• Lyn (6/5): Good location but better choices - Location Staff incorrectly labled our key envelope & therefore waited more rhan 2 1/2 hours in the hot weather waiting for reception to open. They also forgot to send key instuctions via WhatsApp for entry..Very exhausting day!

• Nancy (5/5): I would not go back. - ? If you like step and no help with luggage, this is your place. It was dark and outdated. The management was not vey helpful. It was not like italy but rather like the middle east in terms of restaurants and location.
• Miroslav (8/5): Very good location at reasonable price - Very good location about 1km to city centre as well as to train/bus terminal. Host /manager was very helpful- we managed check in even outside reception business hours. It is pretty old building with all typical shortcomings (old fashioned windows/doors, quite cold/no heating or a/c). No coffee machine or kettle on the room. Limited space to store belongings - no shelves or wardrobe.

• Geoffrey (9/5): Superb - Arriving by bus (by train station) there's an escalator up to the top (direct from train station across to the shopping centre with a Pam supermarket and take the escalator) turn left to Porta Camolli, through gate and take left street to hotel. Hotel is small and the owner soon sorted out what we wanted, glasses and electric kettle. There's a nice garden to sit in. Location is good about 15 minute walk to the Cathedral. Siena is so beautiful and we spent hours walking around,lots of shops as well. Nothing
• Giorgio (9/5): Central and cost-effective structure - The facility is centrally located in an old building. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The bathroom is comfortable. One small remark I would like to make concerns the bad taste of the 'brocade' bedspreads and the pictures on the walls (reproductions of famous works of art).

Bien situé dans Sienne.

• Renzo (10/5): - Tutto perfetto, é una bellissima residenza d’epoca con camere private. Abbiamo lasciato l’auto al parcheggio della stazione (2 euro al giorno) e raggiunto la struttura con le scale mobili e un piccolo tratto a piedi tramite Porta Camollia.
• Terrance (8/5): - The property was nice and centrally located. Easy access to the Cathedral and Basilica. We got lucky with parking by finding a spot100 feet from the front door. Didn’t move the car for 3 days. The bathroom was very small and the shower even smaller. I’m 6-3 and While trying to was my feet I would hit the shower controls and turn the water, hot to cold or off. My wife at 5-2 didn’t have any issues. Also 3 flights of stairs with luggage was a bit difficult. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay

It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! Lovely space and everything feels quite walkable here in Siena.

• Mariia (8/5): Good, if you want to stay in the city center. However, it was a bit too expensive for what the property offers. - Great location, early check in, great old house vibes, high ceilings. Also, it was very warm in winter. Very bad noice insulation: you can hear everything from your neighbours and the corridor. So you need to bring good quality earplugs with you in order to be able to sleep. Also, some of the surfaces were not very clean.

The train station is close, but you should use the escalators at the train station instead going at the exit that leads you long way. The building is very beautiful, in the old style, and the room was clean. The host was very kind and pleasant. Good value for money.

• Olga (9/5): Superb - The room was big and clean and very warm, in the winter is important. Location is pretty comfortable close to the heart of Siena and as well to the station.

Room was spacious and comfortable and en-suite was small but modern and functional. It was helpful being able to access the room even though I arrived outside the hours when the reception was open. The building was old so sound-proofing was non-existent. A bit noisy in the early morning when traffic started. Also if other guests were thoughtless it could be a problem.

The reception manager was more than polite and willing to give us informations about the city and modes of transportation. The location of the hotel is excellent! Just at a few minutes walking distance from the main city attractions. Would definitely stay again in a future visit to Siena.

Clean at its finest. 700m from San Zaccaria boat station from the airport. 800m from Ospedele boat station to airport (direct). All walking distance. Amazing location. Details on point bathroom amazing. Would be goodn a heads up that they have a 2nd building a block away that means large bags having to be rransfered from one to another, not as easy. Could improve storage space.

The A/C was inoperative and the room was extremely hot so we did not sleep at all... There was a fault with the water system causing issues with the shower...
