• Andreea (1/5): Nu recomand acest hotel! - Singurul lucru care mi-a plăcut a fost ca am putut lasa bagajele încă 2 ore după eliberarea camerei. În primul rand curățenia lasa de dorit. Nu merita măcar o stea. Era infect acest apartament. Foarte multa mizerie. Imi pare rău că nu am facut poze apartamentului ca să le pot posta. Noi am avut un apartament cu 2 dormitoare și living. Am vorbit cu domnul care se ocupa cu rezervările și i am cerut alt apartament mai curat fiind și cu copilul și au refuzat. Le am explicat ca suntem de acord sa ne ofere și un apartament mai mic dar sa fie curat și au refuzat. Nu faceți greșeală sa va cazați la acest hotel.

• Louna (3/5): Très décevant, crasseux et pas à l’écoute du client. - l’emplacement, le lave vaisselle et la clime. L’hygiène était désastreuse. Le sol collait, l’aspirateur n’était pas passé avec des cheveux au sol, des miettes, des fourmis, de la crasse partout au niveau de la cuisine. Le lave vaisselle n’avait pas été vidé avant notre arrivée. De plus les ustensiles de cuisines et les assiettes étaient tous ignobles et dégoûtants. Le volet dans la chambre principale était bloqué et cassé. On nous a dit qu’il allait être réparé mais rien a été fait. Les canapés lits n’étaient pas installés et il manquait des draps (de plus ils étaient troués). Nous avons demandé à être changé de chambre ou à avoir une réduction du prix mais rien a été fait pour nous, même pas un message d’excuse. Je déconseille.

• GALIP (8/5): Ich würde wieder diesem fairen Apartment Urlaub machen wollen. - Die Lage ist Prima. Bushaltestellen nur 2min von der Wohnung. Der Strand ist in 11min erreichbar. Super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Alle Elektrogeräte voll funktionsfähig und sauber. Wir hatten sogar ein elektrischen Teekocher. WLAN stabil. Klima Lebensretter :) Die Waschmaschine war verstopft, wurde aber am selben Tag noch zum laufen gebracht. Wir hatten keinen Wäscheständer, bekamen auf Nachfrage Gott sei Dank einen. Das Geschirr war wenig, hat aber durch improvisieren immer irgendwie doch noch gereicht. 2 schlafZimmer Wohnung ganz oben im Dachgeschoss. Schöner Ausblick dafür auf der Terrasse!

Mi sobrina toda picada de animales el colchón de la cama grande casi en el suelo fatal el apartamento estaba bonito pero no tenía nada de limpieza en 10 días no nos cambiaron ni las toallas..

У нас возникли технические проблемы с кондиционером и они решались довольно долго. Так же мы ждали уборку, но никто так и не пришел за неделю нашего пребывания.

Написано, что прибывает 4 человека, отдельно пишешь в сообщениях , подготовьте пастельное и полотенца на 4х и посуду на кухне. Все равно по приезду надо опять 100-500 раз писать донести что-то . И все разом не могут принести , это очень утомляет. По поводу сдачи тоже приходится по много раз напоминать, так что готовьте сумму лучше без сдачи. Работа менеджера

• Igor (2/5): - Не хотел писать плохой отзыв, до этого несколько раз останавливался в этом отеле, было достаточно ок, но думаю нужно, возможно это им поможет. То что всегда реагировали на просьбу починить очень медленно, например душ протекал со шланга это еще было терпимо, но есть вещи на которые я думаю нужно реагировать оперативно. В этот раз комната перестала закрываться, отказал электронный замок. Сначала они везли ключ два дня, предлагая бросать номер открытый, что для нас не допустимо у нас два ноутбука с собой и расставаться с ними жалко, да и поработать иногда нужно, а без них не получится. Когда ключ привезли, оказалось он дверь не запирает полностью, причина в том же электронном замке. Мастера мы так и не дождались, это еще сутки прошло. В общем плохо и печально (

Мы отдыхали с маленьким ребенком и нам была крайне важна работающая кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями👍 Персонал реагировал на все просьбы быстро, очень приятные, позитивные люди. Шторы в гостиной необходимо срочно заменить, они были полностью оторваны от шторной ленты. И висели как тряпка..
• maria 2511 (8/5): - Соотношение цена-качество. Удобно, что есть своя кухня, для меня это было важно. Посуды для приготовления достаточно. Посуда и приборы все чистые. Хороший интернет. До пляжа не далеко (минут 15), но мы были в октябре. Летом ходить , конечно, жарко на такое расстояние. Вид с балкона на мечеть , красиво. В номере за 3 дня не делали уборку, не меняли полотенца. При заселении ресепшн не работал, пришлось через горничную просить, чтобы заселили. На ресепшн должны были дать сдачу в 5 долларов , но так и не отдали , так как ресепшн по сути не работает. Тесные номера. Так как рядом мечеть, то около 6 утра призыв к молитве в течении минут 5. Так что будьте готовы ежедневно просыпаться около 6 утра.

• Oleksii (10/5): - Очень уютный отель расположенный буквально в нескольких минутах езды от любой локации которая может вас заинтересовать в центре Анталии. Чистота, порядок, условия в номерах заслуживают уважения. Помимо нескольких кондиционеров (рабочих, что последнее время удивительно для Анталии), номера оборудованы всей необходимой техникой и удобствами. Даже нет проблем с типичной для города историей "бочек" для горячей воды, которая в других апартаментах зависит от солнца. Сотрудники в любое время окажут вам всю необходимую помощь, а уборка проводится буквально незаметно для постояльцев, в удобное для них время. Очень рекомендуем и обязательно приедем ещё

• Layth (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich top. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, und in der Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte, Restaurants sowie einige Spa- und Wellness-Geschäfte. Insgesamt eine sehr praktische und zentrale Lage. Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt leider einige Wünsche offen. Für den Preis hätte ich mir etwas mehr Komfort oder modernere Einrichtung gewünscht, auch wenn das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt noch in Ordnung geht

Он находится на -1 этаже: грязно, сыро, темно, неуютно. Окна старые , жалюзи не открываются. Посуда старая , машинка стиральная опасна для жизни В ванной душевая грязная. За эти деньги я в шоке что есть такие варианты

На балконе есть немного ржавая сушилка Не понравилось ничего ! Неуютно , уборка посредственная, посуда плохая, стиральная машина в ужасном состоянии. Не рекомендую однозначно , тем более за такую стоимость.
• Yelena (5/5): Не рекомендую - Единственное что понравилось это локация (10 мин пешком до пляжа ) и девушка приятная на ресепшен Данный номер на втором этаже .Номера конечно уже очень уставшие , требуется хотя бы косметической ремонт. В целом белье чистое ,но на полу были чужие волосы , балкон грязный,в ванной машинка стиральная вся ржавая и опасно прикасаться Посуды чтобы приготовить кушать практически нет. Нет минимального запаса соли , моющего средства. За такую стоимость однозначно не рекомендую. Но у нас был экстренный случай, поэтому пришлось остаться

• Elena (7/5): Впечатление осталось хорошее. - Отель располагается в пешей доступности к морю. Недалеко магазин Мигрос, где мы покупали продукты, в полутора километрах ТЦ Мигрос. В номере все есть: электическая плита, посудомойка, стиральная машина, чайник, электрогриль, моющий пылесос, гладильная доска с утюгом. Очень удобным был электрогриль. Кондиционеры прекрасно работали. Регулярно проводилась уборка и менялись полотенца и постельное белье. В номере водились рыжие муравьи. Белье старое, попадалось с дырками. Сушилка для белья поломанная и местами ржавая. Недостаточно посуды для приготовления еды, в номере была одна поцарапанная кастрюля и малюсенькая сковородка. Пришлось купить небольшую кастрюлю, в которой мы и готовили пищу.

• Valerij (1/5): A terrible experience — I regret booking this hotel - Nothing I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case I believe it’s important to warn future guests. I booked a room for 10 nights on the ground floor. The room had a strong and persistent sewage smell, like from a public toilet, coming from the bathroom. It didn’t go away despite ventilation. It was awful to stay there. I spoke to reception and asked to cancel the remaining days and get a refund, but they refused. On the fourth day, I paid an extra ~15% of the total cost of my stay and got a room on the third floor. This second room didn’t have the sewage smell, but it had several issues: – One of the two air conditioners made a loud screeching noise – The washing machine didn’t work properly — it could only run at 60°C – There was no hairdryer in the room, although it was listed in the description and available in the first room. I asked for one at reception but never received it during the remaining 7 nights – The bathroom was extremely small — you couldn’t even stand inside with the door open – The bedroom was also very narrow, with barely any free space Appliances and furniture in both rooms were partly old and worn out. In the first room, the kettle didn’t work and the shower head holder was broken. In both rooms, some surfaces were cracked, and the washing machines had heavy rust — especially in the first room, where it looked extremely unhygienic. This was the worst experience I’ve had in over 40 bookings on Booking. I regret choosing this hotel and strongly do not recommend staying here.

• Alexandra (2/5): Rip off prices for the expectation given - Not much. Close enough to bus station. The room was in a basement without lights going down the stairs. The house was not clean the way you'd think for the amount of money we paid. Didn't have the basic things that a long term accommodation should have. Example soap. If you try to change anything they'll just over charge you because you're a tourist. Mouldy bathroom. Being in a basement apartment at night we could see rats running around the window and the side of the building, so be extra careful to close the windows at all times. The staff is nice but the manager itself is a rip off tourist business woman. Definitely don't expect the standard European of cleaning and amenities you'd find in other countries. Ps: if they can't provide with basics, the staff should leave some of the things that other customers buy and leave behind, such as dish soap, instead of just throwing them under the stairs. At least other people can make use of it.

• Roman (1/5): Couldn’t recommend at all. - The location was convenient, and the apartment had good potential based on the listing. The bed was acceptable, and we appreciated the extra blankets and kettle that were eventually provided. Some basic needs were partially met — but only after repeated requests. Unfortunately, many things were disappointing or unacceptable: • The apartment did not match the listing — several promised amenities were missing (no oven, toaster, tea/coffee maker, outdoor dining area, cleaning products). • We arrived to a dirty apartment, and were told the cleaner was sick. First cleaning was only on day 3. • Cleaning was only done every 2–3 days, and there were no supplies to clean ourselves. • The view from our bedroom was not a garden, but a parking lot with a motorcycle parked just under the window. • There was black mold and rust in the bathroom. • Outdoor stair lighting never worked during our stay — dangerous at night with kids. • Worst of all, cats regularly urinated and defecated outside, just in front of our windows. The smell was unbearable, and the host’s only action was to rake the waste into a flowerbed. • Most of our messages were ignored or answered too late. We felt neglected and misled. This place may look nice in photos, but in reality, it was unsanitary, unsafe, and lacked proper hospitality. I cannot recommend it for families or long stays.

• Samata (3/5): Poor - The location of the hotel is good . The receptionist were good and helpful. We stayed at ground floor which was close to the water piping system ,so the room was damp and moist . No toiletries except towel and toilet paper available .

• Shahzad (1/5): Bad experience - AVOID !!!! - Nothing First time ever I’ve had such a bad experience on a holiday. What is showing on the picture is not accurate. 1. If you arrive late to the property (despite letting them know) there is no proper reception. You will be waiting outside the property for 2 hours. There was another family with 2 children, one 6 months and another 3 year old that was already waiting for a few hours. It was horrendous in the heat. I had to ask our taxi driver who dropped us off to ask someone to get a hold of the property. 2. There were bed bugs and you cannot sleep, it is very dirty. 3. The toilet and the room is dirty. Nothing is clean. 4. On one of the days was no electricity or water between 1pm to 5pm so we couldn’t use the shower or go to the toilet. 5. I have asked to pay on arrival to the property but they charged me without letting me know. That is robbery as they charged me more than what I initially agreed to pay on checkout. Our apartment flooded with water after heavy rainfall and all our luggage and belongings were damaged and wet, power was shut down, we came back to a dark and flooded apartment late at night, they did not call or message to inform us, they just left a sticky note on the door and neither did they help us remove our bags and belongings from the flooded room, they just gave us keys to another apartment and left. Absolutely terrible service, they do not care about you or your safety.

• Maksim (7/5): Nice location but not for long stay - The apartment is located in a great location. To the beach 10-15 minutes, near a lot of stores, easy and quick access to the city center. The apartment was quite dirty, dirty dishes and only 1 fork and a couple spoons. And there were 5 of us. We were 3 days and it wasn't too critical, but if you're going to be longer and cook for yourself in the kitchen, this accommodation won't suit you. Also we had the top floor and there were constant sounds of rain coming from the roof, leaking barrels

• Ali (1/5): not recommended at all - Nothing at all and all but the location was accepted Very dirty apartment and not cleaned. corners full of dust, rusty water tubs, wall mounted clock stopped working long time. no lift available and no one will assist you to take your bags to the 4th floor. broken chairs. access card stopped working all of a sudden and we went by stairs (4 floors) then we discovered it's not working. we called the person in charge, and he sent someone to provide us with new one, but we have to go down and pick it up as he refused to come upstairs!! exhaust fan is very dirty and not clean. All ACs are weak. Wi-Fi is very weak and most of the time no signals at all!! the lady in the reception is not speaking only Turkish language and it was difficult to communicate with her. not recommended at all
• Bálint (8/5): Good value for money - It has a great location, not far from the beach and from different shops and the public transport. There is air conditioning in every room. The wifi works great. The basic facilities (kitchen, bathroom) are ok. You can park in front of the property. A bit more kitchen facilities should be in the apartments. (Such as glasses, forks, spoons.)

• Hana (9/5): Superb - It is the best option for a family. It's near the beach all the facilities are around the hotel. The only issue is that there is no elevator in the hotel, and it was difficult for the baby trolley.

The apartment looked nice, was clean, and had all essentials for a wonderful summer vacation stay with family. The bus stop was also nearby, so it was easy to commute around the city.

We were 10 mins late checking out as my disabled daughter needed the toilet, the staff abruptly knocked the door for us to leave, there should have been a little more flexibility considering we came at 9.30pm. This could have been done in a more polite manner.

• Ezatullah (1/5): Worst experience ever! - Nothing! Our stay at Ale Apartments in Antalya was a complete disaster. The rooms were uncomfortable and unsanitary, with condensation, damp, and mold everywhere. The air conditioning was not working, and the kettle, microwave, and electric hob were all inoperable. The owner was rude and dismissive, and when we brought up our concerns, he quickly left, leaving us in a freezing room, promising that someone would fix the air conditioning the next day. No one showed up, and we spent an unbearable night in a freezing room. To make matters worse, when we contacted Booking.com for assistance, they were unresponsive and provided no help whatsoever. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they failed to take any action or provide any meaningful support. We strongly advise against staying at Ale Apartments, and we are extremely disappointed with Booking.com's lack of action and customer service. We believe it is irresponsible to list such apartments on their website and hold them responsible for the entire ordeal. We will not be using Booking.com again and encourage others to avoid this service.
• Sergei (6/5): Pleasant - Good location Apartment is pretty worn out. Dirty furniture. Leaking shower hose. In booking was informed that free upgraded to bigger apartment but host was not able to provide.
• Kateryna (8/5): Very good - The apartment was big enough, warm and equipped with everything for comfortable stay. The location is good, there are some restaurants and a few supermarkets nearby. It's 10-15 minutes walk from the sea. Wifi connection was not stable. One day we didn't have hot water. No 24 hour reception. If you need something in the evening, you need to phone for someone to come.

• Whiterosesam (9/5): Would highly recommend for visitors / explorers. Not so much for tourists on a beach holiday. - Great location, not too touristy but had supermarkets and plenty of restaurants / food outlets very nearby. 10 minute walk to the beach. Not everyone will appreciate the call to prayer several times per day from the Mosque next door, but we felt it made our trip more authentic. Fantastic value for money as a self-contained base for exploring the local area. There are quite a few apartments, and it can be a little noisy with people coming and going through the stairwell. The balcony was very small, with a view over a side street, but considering the price this is a very small point. If we wanted a huge balcony with a view we would have paid four times the price at a seafront hotel.
