Camere sempre ordinate e pulite. Non ci sono aspetti negativi, se proprio devo segnalare un aspetto da migliorare e' l'insonorizzazione della camera al primo piano in quanto troppo vicina ai locali del ristorante da cui provengono rumori durante le cene.

Room was great, but tiny, with few places to store clothes. Tiziana, who is in charge of the reception, concierge and the hotel in general, is overall attentive, but was not at all receptive when we asked for information about the area, nearby activities, and recommended restaurants. She limited herself to saying that the only restaurant she would recommend was the hotel’s own, and regarding attraction recommendations, she said she had none. It is a pity to see such a lack of care for guests, which is so expected in hotels of excellent quality like Le Ortensie.

The staff was exceptional, there day and night to take care of your needs. The restuarant was 5 star food and service. Would not hesitate to recommend if in the area. This is a family run hotel and they were welcoming and super helpful in making arrangements for our day in Roccaraso and dinner at the hotel restaurant that night. The breakfast buffet in the morning was gorgeous and delicious and I can't wait to return. The hotel was perfect in every way.
