• Mariangela (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La camera era pulita, accogliente e curata nei dettagli, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio fin da subito. La posizione anche se non centrale, è comoda e permette di muoversi facilmente grazie alla vicine fermate dei bus. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Antonio, il proprietario, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, soprattutto in un momento per noi delicato. La sua comprensione e umanità hanno fatto davvero la differenza. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura a chi cerca un ambiente tranquillo, curato e con un'’accoglienza sincera.
• Diego (9/5): - Camera con bagno spazioso in condominio residenziale, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema relativo a rumori. Posto auto su strada senza problemi nel trovarlo e nella gestione (il quartiere è residenziale pertanto sono parcheggiate anche altre auto). A 50 metri Esselunga e grande parco comunale, poco distante stazione La Spezia Migliarina. Nessun problema per check in (avvisati mezz’ora prima, non abitano nella struttura) e check out.

• Szilvia (5/5): Arra jó volt hogy tisztálkodhassunk és lefeküdjünk. Pihenés alig… - A falra festett részlet, Antonio elmondta hogy mi merre van, mivel érdemes közlekedni. Be volt készítve 1-1 víz és croissan. Közel volt a vadútállomás. A takaró egy szakadozott lepedővel volt letakarva, nem volt huzat, így csúszkált le-fel, és nem szeretnék olyannal takarózni amivel más is…! Rozsdás WC kefe tartó. Papírvékony falak!!! Hallani lehetett hogy egy másik szobában éppen sex zajlik(2 órán keresztül), és ez minden este így volt.Nem volt rendesen felmosva.

We wanted to contact owner and cancel the reservation but he told that he is out of town and sugested that what I was saying is untrue even though I sent him photos of mold. I highly advise against it. Booking returned only small part of payment. Owner didn't want to do that. Terrible disapointment

Inoltre, vi sono 15 gradini prima di accedere alla porta principale del b&b. Illuminazione della camera Vernazza del tutto insufficiente. La chiave della camera stacca la corrente quando si esce perciò il condizionatore è come non averlo!Abbiamo fatto il checkout con la Signora addetta alle pulizie...

Train station nearby with direct trains to Cinque Terre, Parma, Genoa, Pisa and Milan. Boat tours going straight to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre start in the La Spezia harbor. Very big grocery store and coffee bar around the corner. Antonio recommended 6 restaurants to us, we tried 4 of them: all of them had amazing local food! The city of La Spezia is in general less crowded than the Cinque Terre! /

Althought they fixed the peoblem the next day, it was disturbing. The bathroom was not very clean and over all it was cold. We had no soap, just a small bottle of shampoo.

Attentive host, Antonio, explaining the surroundings. Room is spacious and clean. It is a quiet place. Found a cafe around the corner where you can have a coffee and croissants. When we arrived, no one was there. Long story, we waited 1 Hour and 10mins, outside on the stairs in front of a unit block. Not good, especially when you have limited time and on holidays.

Tea/coffee available and host even provided us with a breakfast brioche! Property is about a mile from the old town/port and in a residential area. There are buses/trains to get you there but we took our bikes - there are great cycle paths into the centre. The location is reflected in the price but you should be aware it is a way from the centre of La Spezia

He answered our questions and gave us a few tips for our Stay in the city. Friendly and welcoming Person! The room was quite comfortable,very clean and had everything we need for a good stay.

The street parking is not easy to find a spot. The host doesn’t speak English. We use WhatsApp to communicate and get through it.
• Carsten (4/5): - Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, die zu zu einzel Appartements umfunktioniert wurde. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Für die Schlüsselübergabe muss mit dem Host eine Uhrzeit vereinbart werden, da er nicht ganztägig vor Ort ist. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Leider riecht es im gesamten Haus sehr merkwürdig und die Badezimmer sind stark von Schimmel befallen. (Vorallem die Duschen). Wirklich schade da der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und nett war und auch gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben hat.

• Laura (4/5): Disappointing - The bathroom was not very clean (the tiles had mold on them) and in one of the room there was an ugly smell. The host told us that we can do the check-in earlier if we pay an extra fee of 10 euros. We agreed and got to the appartment earlier than 3pm, but the rooms were not ready. We were able to leave only our luggages and still be charged for an early checkin, which was not fare because the rooms were not ready.

• Alessandro (8/5): - Wir waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden! Der Hausherr Antonio war sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend, sowie die Putzfrau die wir an einem Tag mittags angetroffen hatten! Einzig die Parksituation war etwas schwierig! Wir hatten aber irgendwie immer Glück, bei jeder Ankunft ist immer gerade ein Auto weggefahren so das wir direkt parken konnten. Für die Tour zur 5 Terre empfehle ich das Auto stehen zu lassen und mit dem Bus zum Hauptbahnhof zu fahren. Dort gibt es die Tagestickets um mit dem Zug zur 5 Terre zu fahren! Wir sind die Tagestour in Monterosso al Mare gestart und sind dann Dorf für Dorf nach Riomaggiore! Wir haben wünderschöne Tage gehabt! Werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederholen!

Remise de 20 € et remboursement du petit déj.(petit dédommagement compte tenu de la nuisance !)

Antonio che ci ha indicato alcuni punti di interesse turistico ed alcuni ristoranti. camera molto bella ed elegante, pulizia ottima, posizione leggermente fuori dalla solita via di grande comunicazione ma cmq ad 1 minuto da essa. Tra i comfort: aria condizionata, phoon, mollette bucato, parcheggio recintato all'interno del cortile ma senza costi aggiuntivi
