- Anne-Christine (10/5): Beautiful location, excellent staff and nice rooms - Truly nice hotel on the heights of Bonifacio. From the restaurant, the swimming pool and possibly from your room, you enjoy the nature with the Citadelle in the background. Luxury amenities/creams and shampoos in the room. You get a car service which brings you to the port of Bonifacio. Nice service ! It is not far at all but the road is a bit too dangerous to walk. We took breakfast only one day : expensive but simply delicious and same beautiful view on the terasse. The only disappointment was the restaurant which we tried on the first evening. Too expensive for what it is and no extra ordinary flavours. There are plenty of restaurants in Bonifacio (hence the use of the car service!). Our favorite has been Da Passano on the port. Last but not least really professional and friendly staff (all from reception, restaurant to the spa). Dont miss this beautiful hotel in Bonifacio! PS. Thanks for the room upgrade 😀

- weemoonunit (10/5): Beautiful inside and out - The accommodation, service and amenities of the hotel provided the perfect sanctuary for some rest and relaxation. The immediate surroundings were peaceful and quiet and all the staff were lovely and friendly! The free shuttle to Bonifacio was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Bonafacio itself was a lovely place to wander and take in all the viewpoints and historical sites and I’m sure there would have been much more to see and explore had we had more time. Thank you for this experience
- 723marjorief (10/5): Spectacular Views, Privacy and a Spa! - Fabulous views of the mountains, coast and most prominently, the Citadel. A Hotel courtesy shuttle (Porsche SUV) will take you down to Bonifacio where you can walk the seaside for delicious seafood restaurants, pizza, or just a gelato. The spa at the hotel is wonderfully appointed. We swam in the indoor and outdoor pools, used the steam room and sauna, had massages and relaxed in the glass enclosed lounge on chaises. Our garden room was spacious with a charming outdoor terrace. Very private raised wooden walkways lead through wooded areas to the rooms, spa and restaurant. The restaurant has a limited but delicious menu. I have a food allergy and the chef accommodated that graciously. The staff is young, energetic and kind. The vibe of this place is relaxed, healthy, first class but casual, design-forward and geared toward privacy. Mostly couples were there when we were although I did see one family. This is a perfect spot off the beaten path to chill. We were the only Americans there. Highly recommend for a two or three day stay. We hiked up to the Citadel and around the port for our 12,000 steps and stopped at the Carivan d’Ali Bon Bon for candy after.
- 330marjorie (10/5): Respite with Stunning View - Extraordinary small property with privacy and memory-making views. From airport pick-up and reception to spa services and dining, this property is first class. Our room was lovely and the raised walkways through nature to the various buildings enhance the experience. The view of the Citadel beyond the infinity pool is breathtaking and it is the perfect spot to have a cocktail and relax. If there is an evening chill, the staff offers cosy blankets. We were two couples traveling at the end of season and were all pleased with rooms, views, staff and facilities. We partook of the sauna, steam room, heated pool with individual areas with whirlpool jets and massage services. All relaxing and again, outstanding views! This property is perfect for a romantic escape, a 2-3 day stop in the Med while visiting the Côte d’Azure, or a short visit to Bonifacio and the islands. The port city is about 8 minutes from the hotel and offers numerous casual restaurants with fresh seafood, pizza, pastas and sophisticated cocktails and mocktails with a water view. Highly recommend this seasonal (May to October) unique property.

An amazing spa with steam, sauna, crushed ice bath and an indoor pool. Staff couldn’t do enough and were so welcoming in every aspect. - tognir (10/5): Stunning and wonderful views - Stayed for 4 nights as part of a 3 week europe trip. I booked a deluxe room and there was an issue when we arrived where they tried to put us in what looked like a superior room (although insisted it was a deluxe), I could see the car park from the terrace. Julie in reception was amazing and upgraded us to a citadelle view deluxe which looked just like the pictures of the room I booked but better. She was the best and deserves a promotion, she helped us throughout our stay with a flight issue we had too. Beautiful room, very quiet, amazing pool, breakfast was excellent, spa and massage with Alice was superb. No shade on the patio which would be something they could look at improving. One minor observation, the reception staff work so hard and do everything, shuttle, check guests in and out, show you round the property that they really need more staff doing this and another shuttle too. We took advantage of the shuttle each night down to bonifacio, last pick up was 11pm. We only had one issue with this when another guest jumped in the car we booked so we had to wait longer, they should take a note of room numbers/guest names when you call to pick up to fix this and get another shuttle for peak times. We were on holiday so it was only a minor pain. This could be improved easily.

- Stephen (8/5): - Beautiful hotel and amazing views of Bonafacio. But bring the sun loungers cushions inside when it rains for 24 hrs, they remained wet for 48 hrs afterwards. Lovely staff.
- Joseph (8/5): - This was an outstanding five star hotel, but the one thing that irked me was that every time I asked for water I was looked at as if it were an odd request. We stayed for a few nights and every morning, one 75 cL bottle of water was in the room. For two people, that is 1/6th of the amount of water a standard person should drink in a day, someone like an athlete probably more. Not to mention that you’re in and out of saunas and what not, and anyone in that situation needs to replenish water. The restaurant charges $7 for the same 75 cL, and bottles are is “free” if you ask, but again when I did I got confused looks. However it did always come, it just was off putting. It just seemed silly that a a hotel of this caliber would not have water more accessible to its guests, especially for the price of everything else at the hotel ($20 cocktails, $48 spaghetti). That being said, facilities, food, everything else was outstanding.

- Peter (10/5): - Dieses Boutiquehotel hält sein Versprechen erstklassig zu sein. Die kleinen Villen passen sich hervorragend in die umgebende Macchia ein. Sie sind modern und auch bzgl. Interieur auf hohem Standard eingerichtet. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, immer freundlich und kompetent. Hervorzuheben ist der Pool. Er ist in Blickrichtung auf Bonifacio ausgerichtet, erlaubt einige Bahnen mit besonderem Schwimmerlebnis. Das Restaurant bietet französische Küche und Weine auf höchstem Niveau. Der SPA Bereich bietet 3 Saunen und Indoorpool mit Massagen und Co. Der Hotelshuttle fährt fast 24/7 nach Bonifacio und erlaubt so spontane relaxte Stadtbesichtigungen oder Bootstouren. Die Umgebung von Bonifacio ist mit seinen Klippen und Grotten einen Ausflug wert. Fazit: Das Hotel erfüllt alle hohen Erwartungen an ein 5 Sterne Haus.

- Tesi (6/5): Didn't deliver what it promised - Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, bemerkten wir einen feuchten Gestank. Erst später merkten wir, dass auch die Handtücher nicht ganz trocken waren. Ich sagte dem Concierge, dass dies der Fall ist und der jüngere Angestellte versprach uns, die Sache wir in Ordnung gebracht. Wir kamen vom Abendessen und im Zimmer war nichts geschehen, im Gegenteil, es roch stark nach Abfluss. Der zuständige ältere Concierge hatte keinerlei Interesse die Sache in Ordnung zu bringen. Beim Auschecken hat er uns als "Kompensation" das Frühstück von der Rechnung abgezogen.

- Stanley (10/5): The best hotel stay ever! - It was an amazing experience! The staff are super friendly and most can speak some English with few speaking very good English. It was easy to communicate. They offer also free transfers to the marina or free rental of their electric bikes. They’ve gone the extra mile to make their guests stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The chefs they employ are top of the class! We have enjoyed some spectacular meals, the flavours so rich it makes your head spin with joy!! We have enjoyed their beautiful infinity pool on many occasions and found it top of the class too (not heavily chlorinated for a change!). Bonifacio is beautiful and worth a visit and with the free shuttle offered at the hotel you should enjoy your stay hassle free.
