• Ken (10/5): - With the Ritz-Carlton hotel choosing to place its property right next door— the beachfront location of the Silver Seas Beach Resort cannot get any better. We were in a 950 square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment which looked directly onto the beach from the resort’s third floor. The resort has a superb staff who were all very helpful during our stay. Added bonuses are that the Silver Seas Beach Resort is just a mile or so from the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens and the hiking trails of the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. Nothing!

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas, alquilamos para 4 personas y era una cama rebatible y un sillon cama, con ambos abiertos practicamente no quedaba lugar remanente. Tuvimos un inconveniente y lo solucionaron de inmediato. Tamaño de la habitacion estandar. El sillon cama (uno de tres habitaciones que alquilamos) estaba roto, de inmediato lo solucionaron y nos dieron una habitacion mas grande.

• emeline (8/5): Emplacement au top mais manque d'insonorisation - J'ai aimé le personnel adorable aux petits soins, la piscine chauffée face à la plage avec prêt de serviettes, le parking privé facile d'accès, les commerces à proximité, la surface du logement qui était tel un appartement. Le logement sont assez vieux avec des gros soucis d'insonorisation. Des patins sous les chaises permettraient de ne pas entendre les voisins du dessus quand ils se déplacent à table... et nous avons eu des voisins irrespectueux qui parlaient tres fort, se promenaient dans le couloir devant notre porte à 2h du matin en discutant, laissaient bébé hurler pendant une heure...ça a un peu gâché le séjour :/

Norma, plus the rest of her team in the office, always go above and beyond to accommodate all guests staying at this resort. Any issues that may arise are tended to immediately. There is always an abundance of pool/beach towels available. The maintenance and housekeeping crews are very friendly and do excellent work. The location of this resort is perfect for all beachgoers, located immediately across the street from the beach and ocean. Restaurants, bars, clothing, and grocery stores are all within walking distance. This resort has a beautiful heated pool; a very nice sundeck overlooking the street and beach; all rooms have a full kitchen; gas grills (cleaned regularly), tables and chairs are available near the pool. Nothing - this is a fabulous place to stay.

It’s dated, the furniture was old and worn, it was damp and a little musty . Definitely needs a makeover to bring it past the 1980’s. There was an ingrained cockroach stuck in the kitchen floor tiles. Also during the winter the sun goes behind the buildings at 2 pm and the whole pool is shaded after that 😥

You can walk up or down a mile to all bars, restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes drive to the airport. The pool is very clean, my kids had lots of fun in there. Very responsive staff, even before your arrival. Any question you sent them, they respond right away! Dated rooms, no ceiling fan in the bathroom. Electric wiring could be problematic.

We were also offered delicious coffee made by Norma! Booked a room with a view of the Ocean. We were granted an early check-in, which was a very nice courtesy. Not excited about the rooms location, first floor, directly facing the parking lot, even though the facility seemed to have plenty of empty rooms with better locations available. I didn't complain about the room location or cause a fuss, I was happy to be near the Ocean and just went with the flow. The room was clean and tidy with everything needed for our stay, kitchen was hot, we were next to the boiler room. No ventilation in the bathroom and the bed was very hard. Please keep in mind this is an older facility with a beautiful location on the beach. Staff is amazing, friendly and hard working! The surrounding grounds and pool were well maintained. Convenient walking distance to restaurants, and CVS is also closely available, and a short drive to grocery stores and the Mall.

• Stein (9/5): Beachfront Bliss - We loved the beautiful, large, warm water pool! Location is perfect! Directly across the street from the beach entrance. Our room was small but the kitchenette was very spacious and new. The outdoor grills were wonderful and a lovely patio to sit out. The staff was super helpful and courteous. Our room was a studio outfitted with a Murphy bed and sofa bed. It's was very tight for 4 adults. Also, the pool gets only morning sun because of the highrise next door .

I want to commend Norma and the colombian gentleman as they were all stars in my eyes. They were there whenver we needed something. They are a major asset to your team. I would have liked if the main gate had more security. The door seemed to be unlocked the majority of the even thought it had a pin pad.

I wasn’t sure when I booked if I’d be able to see the ocean but I could. There is a 24 hr CVS about a 2 minute walk down the beach that has anything you need with more groceries than a regular CVS. It is walkable to restaurants. They have a box by the pool with sand toys you can borrow. There are iguanas running around that are fun to watch. They provide nice beach towels.

• Kirenia (10/5): Great location! - Staff are very nice and helpful. Unit is very clean and comfortable. Great location, across the street from the beach and walk short distance to restaurants, CVS and shops. The water was crystal clear, there were no seaweeds and at perfect temperature. Our family had a great time and we will be back!!!

Personal muy amable todo el staf del complejo buena comunicacion atentos ,muy buen servicio para una estancia acojedora ,lugar muy limpio y tramquilo

Falta de mantenimiento en la limpieza en la piscina por dentro,las paredes estaban lleno de grasa y sucio,solo con una limpieza se resuelve,por lo demás un 100 de 100

• Alyssa (10/5): The best place to stay in Fort Lauderdale - We come here multiple times a year. It is in the absolute best location in Fort Lauderdale. Directly across from the beach and just right down the street from the fun. The property is always extremely clean and upkept.

• Stan (8/5): Best location in FTL - Stay at Silver Seas every summer. While it is not new, it is the best location and always a good time. It definitely has quirks, but the price and location can't be beat. It's one of the last remaining old Florida Motel resorts.
