- Maps10391107688 (10/5): Nice hotel with friendly and service minded staff - We arrived late evening just before CNY after a 24 hr travel to Singapore. Only to find that our reservation had been canceled due to circumstances neither the hotel nor we could control. The receptionist staff, especially Ms. Zun Zar, went out of their way to help us and were able to secure rooms.
- Ho (10/5): - The hotel is staffed with warm and kind people, such as Ms Suriani and her colleagues. Additionally, it is in a good location, a stone's throw from the MRT station and accessible to most westbound buses. The only fault I can find is the overhead bridge outside the hotel that leads to the MRT station. Some parts in front of the library is not covered and might pose an issue if it rains.

We arrive the hotel after a long trip and feel tired, it’s nice that the hotel receptionist gave us a warm and situationally friendly service. The room is clean and dry, with a big window. We are happy to have this experience. A small advice is that laundry fee is a little high. We try to wash clothes by ourselves, but there is no washing detergent to use. Overall, the experience is good.

From the moment we met him, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Traveling with three kids can be challenging, but he kindly upgraded our room from a single king bed to two queen beds without hesitation, which meant so much to our family. Being informed about halal food options and where to get them by Mr. Wai Keong was another thoughtful touch that made us feel truly cared for and comfortable throughout our stay. We’ve traveled throughout Malaysia and Singapore, but this was the first time we truly felt recognized and appreciated as Marriott Bonvoy members. His kindness and professionalism truly reflect the heart of Marriott hospitality. A memorable stay we won’t forget.

The hotel staff quickly prepared a room for me and gave me complimentary early checkin. This enabled me to shower and prepare for my business meeting that I was able to arrive in time for totally refreshed. The Staff are AWESOME. The hotel is located in a convenient location to public transportation and shopping. The hotel is very clean. This is a world class facility.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. But more importantly, what truly made my stay great was the service—especially from a staff member named Suriani. I had an issue with my booking (the kind that can really stress you out when you’re travelling), and Suriani handled it with calmness and professionalism. She communicated clearly, responded quickly, and made sure everything was resolved. It was such a relief to have someone who genuinely cared and took action. Honestly, if there is one main reason for me to return to this hotel, it would be because of staff like Suriani. Her hospitality really stands out, and the hotel should be proud to have her.
- Colleen (4/5): - Large spacious room, clean towels, kettlem tea and noodles provided. Useful for my conference as in location, but nothing in walking distance. Room lighting was dark, no decent shampoo/ conditioner. No shops, attractions nearby.

- 300jennyz (2/5): strongly remind potential customers to purchase travel insurance if you consider to stay in that hotel - I have a very scary experience at Genting Hotel Jurong, Singapore recently. When I stayed in Room 1205, Genting Hotel Jurong from Saturday 9 August (check in) to Sunday 17 August (check out), 2025. Because of “the tiles in the shower cubicle are slippery” and “the hotel did not provide an anti-slip mat in the shower cubicle”, I fell on the floor in the bathroom of the hotel room while having a shower in the late evening 12 August, hitting the back of my head on the bathroom floor outside the shower cubicle. My hushand sent me to the Accident & Emergence of Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Singapore next day. He also reported the accident to the frontdesk, the managers of the hotel, but all of them refused to admit the hotel is liable for the accident. None of those staff members said sorry to us during the communication with them. Then, we reported that issue to the Hotel headquarters “World Sentosa” but we have not received an reasonable explanation about that yet. Therefore, I strongly remind potential customers to purchase travel insurance when you consider whether you should stay in that hotel or not.
