We stayed in a different room initially and had to move to this one later. It was far too expensive for what it was—I do not recommend it.

Ben Hudson Profile (3/5): Not clean on arrival and not usable as intended on first night - Location was convenient and the layout of the apartment has a good amount of space. The condition of the apartment on arrival was not acceptable. Multiple beds had hair and visible stains on the bedding, which meant we were unable to use several of them on the first night. We ended up having to wash all bedding ourselves to make the apartment usable. In addition, there were multiple cleanliness and hygiene issues, including mold in the washing machine lining and inside the refrigerator, a coffee pot containing old coffee residue, a toaster that was rusty and filled with crumbs, and kitchen countertops that had not been properly cleaned. Overall, it did not appear that the apartment had been professionally cleaned between guests. There were also concerns with how the property was represented. The listing is presented as a three-bedroom apartment, however, after booking and paying a non-refundable amount, additional disclosures clarified that it is effectively a two-bedroom unit with an internal room (without windows) furnished as a bedroom. It was not clear at that stage what options were available if a guest did not accept this arrangement, which made the overall presentation feel misleading. Communication was inconsistent. Prior to arrival, responses were limited, and a request for details regarding a wheelchair rental (which the property had offered) was not followed through. During the stay, an interaction with property management was uncomfortable and unnecessarily confrontational. A representative arrived unannounced, knocked aggressively, and raised the possibility of charging us for potential damage related to air conditioning usage. The tone of the interaction was defensive and escalated unnecessarily. Despite all of the above, the only resolution offered was a waiver of the cleaning fee, which did not reflect the impact on our stay, particularly the fact that the apartment was not usable as intended on the first night. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and did not meet the standard expected at this price point.

Brooks (9/5): Over priced for young adults, perfect for a family vacation would want. - The on site staff is really nice, the area is beautiful, the pool was good Most of it was undergoing renovations as of early 2026. Seems to be a family environment so there can be some rowdy kids staying there.

No funcionaba bien la calefacción. Una pena porque ya habíamos parado allí y estaba bien mantenido.
Glave (6/5): - I did like there was a beach nearby, but there was a little to no direction. There’s also very little options in regards to dining. While were there, there was trouble with the water heater. You only left a singular roll of paper towels and toilet paper for the bathroom for several days only one pad for the dishwasher. The doors were broken in the condo the back door to go out the balcony was broken. This could be a really nice spot however it has not been well kept whatsoever. Also, while we were there, it was cold out. It was very clear that the furnace filters have not been changed in a timely manner. The heat for the building also did not work.

VADYM (4/5): - Hello, Please consider this a claim for booking #ORB14271903 - Miami OR 805. We stayed in the appartment # 805 (building C) from 4th to 11th July 2025. In the listing at Booking.com it was advertised that apartment has ocean view with a balcony access , however in reality balcony was closed with no access during our stay due to exterior construction. Hence we were not able to breathe fresh ocean air on the balcony and that was a major disappointment . I asked the reception if they could move us to other unit with balcony access (other part of the building did not have exterior construction works), but reception said they cannot do so. Building management was aware about balconies closure and exterior construction since it’s obviously started way before I booked the apartment on July 2nd, but did not tell us anything about this fact during the booking process. Knowing this in advance could absolutely impact my decision to book this property. Please see pictures attached to prove the balcony was closed from the outside (see the stick blocking the door from opening and construction debris). With that said I ask about a compensation due to Booking listing misstatement . Regards, Vadym

And the couch needs to be cleaned, it has a bad odor.

We avoided the front desk area throughout our stay. When we left i told him at the front desk the room was ready for cleaning and we were leaving, he just glared at me and said nothing. Wayne (3/5): I enjoyed every moment being outside the apartment, because while inside it was miserable. - Directly across the street from the beach and very easy access to Florida Highway. Front Desk staff was very helpful. Self parking so not having to pay expensive amount for Valet was great. Close to Shopping Mall and walking distance to strip mall area. The unit owner doesn't go over apartment prior to your arrival to make sure everything is clean,they charge you $120 for cleaning fee so you would think that a professional did the cleaning but that wasn't the case, the bedroom bedding easily hadn't been washed in over a month(the sheets had the fuzz beads developing on them), the sofa-bed sheets had blood on them. Had to go to Walmart(just after checking in Sunday) and purchase new sheets for sofa-bed because Wife didn't want kids sleeping on them even if they were to be washed. Emailed the host about it they never replied and next day(Monday) while we were out in the City the host brought replacement sheets Never notifying me, they just let themselves into the Unit while we were away. I spent the first day having to clean and sanitize the bedroom bedding and sweeping/mopping entire floors. Kitchen cabinets are splitting and rust developing inside the refrigerator. I left my laundry card so the next guest doesn't have to deal with the headache of getting card. The couch, sofa-bed and queen bed were very uncomfortable to lay on or sit, extremely hard and firm.

Our pillows after I took the sheets off the last day looked burnt on the corners. Another sheet set had makeup stains on it, a night stand the handle was broke, the screws were coming out of the balcony glass door. One of the rooms the TV was not thete even though they said all rooms had tv's. I had to let them know these things so I wasn't charged when we left. We also paid the resort fee twice! Once, when we booked and another time at check in. I message them about this, but they gave me no response. When I told the resort front desk, they could care less that I paid already and didn't even ask the people I booked it through, which was in an office in the same building. Great location though, walk across to the beach was nice, near the pier, which was nice. The bagel/coffee restaurant in the building was good! Decent time, just which it was cleaner and I didn't pay the resort fee twice. I've still never had that resolved.

Lita (1/5): Fair - We did have to wait over almost 2 hrs for a gas leak as well as take the stairs up 9 floors. I know it was probably my and uncontrollable variable but it was unacceptable. What if we would have had to relocate and that would have been difficult the way everything was sold out.

Mikalai (8/5): Hight end building in a safe area with perfect location - location, size of an apt, appliances, beds, the small store is in building with all necessary things. Pool, patio and tennis courts were good. security stuff and reception were nice. The building is height end. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. A balcony chair was broken, bathroom paintings need to be renovated. didn’t get a code from the door on the email. had to call a host late at night to get it via text message. he answered and provided it, assured that it was sent earlier but I checked twice and didn’t find it. A beach umbrella needs to be fixed. Dinning chairs need to be renovated, they look old.

Maria (4/5): Not what I expected - The location was great The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower it was not working since doesn’t mix hot and cold water, so you end up burnt o cold… there us a very old building and was very smelly inside…I haven’t used the kitchen so I don’t know if was everything ok. it was a nightmare to find the garage and the parking spot, very unclear directions
Jha (3/5): The person incharge was rude. - The location was good The host was terrible. The shower wasn’t working. No water. Has to complain. The shower handle was never fixed. The person in charge was rude.

(9/5): The place was wonderful and the view spectacular. - The doors had a code to enter and Guillermo was helpful the next day after replacing Ricardo I did not like the tall young boy at the front desk - un-knowledgable about where the office was so I could meet with Ricardo to check in - I had lots of bags and it was late - He looked at me like I was in the wrong place. He could have been more helpful and should have been able to direct me to the right place (training needed). He did not ask me any questions to check my reservation. When I got to he office Ricardo was not there to welcome me knowing I was getting in a little late. So I had to call a few times to get the code for the condo (frustrated) I had to get someone else to help me call Ricardo (missing in action). I was tired after traveling many hours and was not happy with the welcome I received. Customer Service goes a long way in keeping the customer happy. My first experience with Airbnb might be my last.

Jenelle (10/5): I would stay at a different location next time I visit Fort Lauderdale. - location, view, balcony, parking garage, 2 bathrooms, cooking items pots and pans. square footage, trash chute no bathtub, washer/dryer inside the condo. It had a wine opener but no can opener. The cabinets look good from a distance but up close the cabinets were cheaply done. I didn’t know that I should have brought extra bath towels and face towels. I also had to buy dishwasher soap and kitchen trash bags. I requested and early checkin when I made the reservations. We arrived on an early flight. I was told I had to pay $40.00 to get into my room. I should have been told ahead of time that I would have to pay.
