- Wei-Chih (8/5): 整體感受尚可，夜班某服務人員素質有待加強 - 夜間櫃檯服務人員素質有待加強，外出要求協助關上車庫房門，回房後發現車庫門並未關閉，詢問服務人員竟然強詞奪理，表示他已預先知道我們即將回房便事先將車庫門打開，此舉與事實大相逕庭。不願承認錯誤且胡言亂語，態度實不可取。建議飯店加強人員訓練，要求服務人員誠實面對客戶，不可信口開河搪塞敷衍。

- Lonnie (10/5): Clean and spacious with poor WiFi - Massive room with space to spread out. Bed comfortably fit my lady and me. Jetted bath tub barley fit me at 6'2. Never made it to the free breakfast from 7 to 10 in the morning so i can't say much about that. However the issue for me was poor WiFi security, just open networks for each room. Along with bad signal quality, meaning fluctuations in strength constantly.
