• Sonya (4/5): Stay was fair. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely. - Location was beautiful. Close to restaurants and the beach. The cleanliness wasn’t as great as expected. Although older, one of the bungalows didn’t have tiles on the floor in the shower and clean towels had to be requested.

• Louise (5/5): Only seasoned travellers need stay. - Location was close to ferry Mosquitoes everywhere and no way to keep them out as holes everywhere and no mosquito net provided over bed. Very uncomfortable sleep. The smell of the cleaning products was very overwhelming.

Jd anak ku pada kesandung, termasuk aku 😞. . Klo boleh saran, tirai kamar mandi dsamain aja sama tirai jendela,, itu pink merekah amat kyk org jatuh cinta 🤣

• Bernadeta (8/5): - The location was central to the beach and different restaurants/bars. The staff were very helpful and welcoming from the beginning to the end of our trip. Jerry was able to rent out a scooter for a couple of days which made getting around the island simple. The staff managed to find us a travel adaptor as ours did not fit in the wall - all in all, the staff were a highlight! There is not much available in the room itself (bed, small bar fridge that could hold some water at most and a small bathroom) with the bathroom being quite dimly lit and a gap in the window which let mosquito's into the bathroom at night.

The view comes with some stairs to climb if u are in number 4,5 or 6. But its worth it !!! Pool is perfect location to watch the to and fro along the path. Restaurant is good value and delivers consistent food. Free brekky is really good too Nothing

• Katherine (5/5): Fantastic location however needed minor fixes and some TLC. - The location was great. We stayed in one of the top villas, which had an awesome view. The staff were so kind and helpful and the food was delicious and affordable. The villa wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. There was permanently open windows in the room and bathroom and gaps around the doors so bugs could easily join us. The bed was rock solid. There is also a lot of very steep steps to get to your room if you are at the top. (Given you get a beautiful view)

• Daniel Hitchcock (9/5): - Amazing spot at the end of the beach with a great restaurant and bar, walk along the boardwalk to another beautiful quiet beach which has its own surf break in a short paddle. Also lots of Restaurant/cafes along the walk. Walk the main beach to more restaurants. Staff were great and Jerry would sort any of your needs while your on the island. Bungalow 1 was great. I wasn't bothered by this, but there are stairs up to the bungalows, but that's the same with a lot of places in that location. A handrail on the right-hand side going up would help.
• Emily (6/5): Great spot for a few days to explore Lembongan. - Great location at end of the beach. Easy to find, the bar had a great outlook. I new Lembongan was hilly but there was about 65 stairs to walk up to get to my room, my other group members were like we aren’t walking up and down those stairs so once we were up for the day they didnt go back to their rooms. My toilet had no water in cistern so I had to manually fill it with the hose in order to flush it. The guys working in the bar were lovely but very slow!
• Rhiannon (7/5): I probably wouldn't stay again - Breakfast was OK, wish there was more to choose from OMG the stairs were a killer, would have been great to know about them before booking and some of the staff at the restaurant were a bit moody - a few of them were great though and really made us feel welcome.

We had trouble starting the aircon and getting it to stay one. The staff were hard to communicate with and tried to overcharge me for the room.

Check in was easy and the best was the comfiest we have had on nusa lembongan The staff asked us on the day before we were scheduled to check out if we were checking out- when we confirmed with the staff and showed them our booking, the staff then said "our manager called and wanted to know when you were checking out." I had to then confirm with the staff that we were checking out. They asked us numerous times throughout the day if we were checking out, even though we had paid in full until the next day. We ended up checking out on that day and found alternative accommodation and cut our losses as we didn't feel comfortable staying when we felt like they were trying to push us out.

• Henry (6/5): Bitten by mosquitoes all night, good location though - Amazing location, good sized room We got bitten by mosquitoes all night. They do not have mosquito nets over windows and there is an open glass window in the room and in the bathroom which can’t be closed. Mosquitos come through all night. The bathroom could be deep cleaned more.
• Sarah (2/5): Would not stay again - The location and ocean view were beautiful The room was not clean, there was mould in the fridge, the bathroom window was broken and closed with plastic bags, the bidet was leaking all over the floor, the shower had only cold water and barely any water coming from it. There was hole above the aircon in which multiple geckos kept coming into the room. We expressed concerns with this to staff on 3 separate occasions, the third time it was stuffed with a towel but this didn’t work. Geckos were also coming into the room through the broken window. There’s also a gap between the doors to the balcony even when it’s closed in which small animals can get through. We checked out after one night (we had booked for 3 nights) because we were not comfortable here at all. When we checked out, the staff told us we would find geckos in every hotel room on the island and “you will see”. We checked into another hotel, spent two nights and did not have this issue at all.

• Fe (7/5): Great location. Wonderful staff. Great view from restaurant. - Location Restaurant with a view The staff are fab! Bathroom is quite outdated and whilst clean it’s “grubby” but the room itself was spacious. Gecko inside the AC unit was problematic in the early hours of the morning.

The bathroom is not nice, there were cockroaches. The staff who checked us in and those who wait on the tables are not nice, they complicated the check-in, they spoke mockingly. The breakfast is very limited, we had to order more and pay to eat well. You have to climb a lot of stairs, the family room was the last one, and the elderly woman in the group was in that room.
• Leigh (7/5): Happy surfing in paradise - The views are spectacular. The location is good especially if you like surfing. The restaurant has very well priced great food and again the view is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and helpful and remember what room number you are right from the beginning. The stairs are not for the faint hearted and you need a moderate level of fitness to conquer them each time you go to your room. My air conditioner barely cooled the villa but not all the rooms experience this so it might just need to be serviced.

Didn’t have hot water, but not a deal breaker considering the climate.

Headboard was very dusty does it mean it had not been cleaned for a while ? Also, perhaps cleaning the AC filter will help the AC run more effectively ?

Balcony wasn't cleaned properly. There's construction going on at the accommodation and there was empty boxes, aircon units lying under all the balconies so you can see it all as you walk up to the accommodation.

There was rubbish lying around in piles instead of in bins. The staff were not friendly aside from one staff member. The shower drains stunk of urine and the bedrooms in general were dirty including shelves, cupboards and the balcony area.

Restaurant bar area was great for views of sunsets and included breakfast was choice off the menu and was excellent. We stayed for 9 days in the end and requested a change to a bungalow with views over the bay after 2 days, not all rooms have a view. Staff were very accommodating. They have live music on 3 nights a week which is great but if you want a quiet stay choose one of the top rooms.

• Sharon (5/5): Please do your research. Many hotels on the Island same price with better facilities. The best feature about the hotel - Once we arrived the view was spectacular. The service was good. Checking in was in the bar area with limited information provided. Breakfast was a choice of very basic options, but very nice. Evening meals are value for money, sitting on the roof top bar watching the sunset was a highlight of our 3 night stay, highly recommended. Embarking on shore from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan we walked to the hotel. The walk was not far but was difficult. Had to walk through the busy streets, to find ourselves at the bottom of steps to the hotel. Bedrooms really need updating, no coffee or tea options, no TV. We had to ask for clean towels. Hot water was not working, we had maintenance take a look. Showering we selected to wear our thongs, floors were in need of cleaning. The size of the room was Ok, but really need updating. The walk to the bungalows. If you have any mobility issues this is not the place to stay. There are 7 levels, we were fortunate to be on the 3rd level, higher up provides an amazing views but you might have a heart attack getting here. All food purchased has a 16% surcharge added. If you pay by credit card add an additional 3% on top.
