- Murakami (10/5): - 接客も笑顔でとても良かった。 私は２度目の宿泊でしたが、朝食がお気に入り。大浴場も気持ちが良かったです あえて言えば、駅からちょっと歩くこと。 そして大浴場は気持ちが良かったけど、ホテルの規模にしては、洗い場が少ない。 そしてゴミ箱❨洗い場の❩が無いこと。髪を洗い櫛についた髪の毛など捨てるところがなく、少なかったので流してしまった😅ゴメンナサイ
- Florence (10/5): 10 min à pied de l'aéroport à peine - Personnel très gentil et très aimable. Acceuil toujours ouvert. Les valises peuvent être déposées le matin avant le check-in de l'après midi. J'ai pu faire le temple de Minoh pour ma dernière journée au Japon. L'Hôtel est à 10 min à pied des terminaux de l'aéroport donc idéal quand le vol est très tôt et que la navette ne passe pas encore (elle débute à 6h du matin). Chambre qui fait le job pour une nuit. La mienne n'avait as de prise usb, il faut un adaptateur pour recharger son téléphone ou autre. Notre vol était à 7h30, on y est allé évidement plus tôt mais attention : l'aéroport ouvre ses portes à 5h30.

- Chris (5/5): アクセス良好 - 空港に近いのと空港の送迎バスがあるのがビジネスホテルとしてはすごく魅力的だと思います。また、最近ホテルのすぐそばにコンビニが開店しましたのでより利便性が高まった印象です。 部屋の温度が低めでしたので暖房を入れたまま寝ました。おかげで室温が快適でしたが、エアコンからカチカチと音が鳴り続けていました。エアコンの音で起きてしまい、エアコンを止めてまた眠りにつきましたが案の定部屋が寒かったです。また、タクシーが必要の際は自分で手配しなければいけないのが残念でした。Wi-Fiも速度もセキュリティ面でも信頼できませんでした。

- Yuri (8/5): 素泊まりにはベスト - 出張で前泊しなくてはいけない時によく利用させてもらっている。朝食等もつけずに、素泊まりで使用しているが、ロケーションの良さとシャトルバスが朝早くから運行しているところで魅力は大きい。一晩眠るだけという人にはかなりおすすめだと思う。 シャトルバスを依頼するときに毎回電話でしなくてはいけないのが少し億劫に感じる。また何度も宿泊しているが、会員登録が今回されておらず記入をしなくてはいけなかったのがよくわからなかった。

- Jana (8/5): - We have picked the hotel because we had an early flight from Osaka Itami airport the next morning. The airport is 7 mins walk, ideal. The hotel airport shuttle goes from 6am despite airport opens at 5:30am (check-in starts from 6am). The stuff that we talked to didn't speak much English so it was a bit of guessing.

- YUKI (8/5): 旅行の飛行機の時間が早かったので前泊しました。祖父母と孫との旅行だったので睡眠時間の確保が出来たこと、和室で4人揃って寝られたことはとてもよかったです。 - 空港から近いところ。 和室で4人揃って布団で寝られたこと。 空港までバスが出ており移動が楽なところ。（チェックインの時はお迎えはありません。） 自分たちが悪いのですが、道がわからなくてぐるっと遠回りしてしまいました。 空港周辺で横断歩道も少なく、目の前に見えているのに辿り着けなくて苦労しました。事前確認大事です。

- Madeleine (7/5): - Staff were absolutely lovely. The amenities were fantastic. The hotel provided gowns, extra pillows, razors, toothbrushes etc on all the floors. The distance from the airport was perfect- just across the road.and there was a shuttle. There were shops close by to get snacks but the restaurant was sufficient for dinner. Bathroom and toilets were great. I found the bed slightly on the firm side. However, my back felt really good the next morning so it can't have been a bad thing.
