Jeff (9/5): A great stay, one of the highlights of our trip. - One of the best rooms we've stayed in Japan, we splurged on the larger room. The amazingly comfortable beds, rooftop public bath, a massage chair in the room, lounge with delicious ice cream, and the in-room soaking tub were all highlights. While the breakfast buffet was not huge, it was very high quality and delicious. We struggled with the AC units in the room and had to get assistance from the front desk. Even thought this was a larger room with a massive soaking tub, the rest of the room was a bit on the tight side. The parking around the hotel is a bit of a hassle.

Sorcha (10/5): Highly Recommend! - Great hotel! The room facilities were great - the massage chair was a nice surprise. The rooftop onsen was wonderful, and is actually larger than the photos make it look. The lounge with the ice pops outside the onsen was also nice. The happy hour in the guest lounge was a delight. We booked two rooms and the staff fulfilled our request of being near each other which was appreciated! There are not a lot of showers in the onsen, so you may have to wait a little while for others to finish. Beds are not the softest, but still relatively comfortable. Little bit of a walk to Takasaki station, but there is also a bus stop close by.

Would definitely stay here again. - There was a massage chair in the room, a tv in the bathroom and a desk which was handy for eating. The coin laundry on site was very handy, and there was also free ice blocks available upstairs during our stay. The room wasn’t big enough for opening a large suitcase comfortably on the floor, but it’s a fairly standard size for Japan. The location was also about a 15-20 minute walk from Takasaki station, so keep that in mind if bringing large and heavy luggage.

The toiletries bar supplied prime class products, the breakfast was excellent, coffee and ice cream break in the evening a nice added perk. The Spa was amazing. Verified traveler (8/5): レストランで食べたかった - 駅からは確かに遠いが、古き良きシティホテルを思わせる食事でありサービスでした。レストランでの夕食は当日の14時までに予約しなければならないのは、宿泊して初めて知った次第。ホテルの周囲は３連休の中日でもあり、また期待できるような店は皆無に近い。これが残念だった。翌朝の朝食は素晴らしいものであっただけにますます残念です。部屋は広く清潔で問題ありません。
HIROSHI (6/5): 周辺は静かです。 - 確かに駅からは少々遠いですが”高チャリ”という無料で利用できる自転車がホテルの近くにあるのでそれを利用すれば駅周辺も気軽に行けて便利です。ホテルの部屋はは多少広い感じはしましたが５階だったため展望もいまいちでした。小型バイクでの旅行だったのですが車と同じ駐車料金がかかってしまい少々納得がいきませんでした。ホテルの朝食はかなり充実しておりお勧めです。　　次回も泊まるかと聞かれたら微妙です。

こうみはるめい (10/5): 高崎駅からのアクセス最高！ - 高崎駅から車で5分小さい子連れで行きましたが、スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で良かったです。朝食のみのプランでしたが、朝食もバイキングで美味しい!自分で量を調節出来るのもいいです。駐車場に車を停める際も、駐車場のスタッフが丁寧に案内してくれました。また何かの機会にぜひ利用させていただきたいです！

Verified traveler (8/5): - 高崎駅からは徒歩20分ほどと結構離れていて、周辺は飲み屋街。スーパーやコンビニなどは乏しいので立地ははっきり言ってよくない。飲み物などは駅前のスーパーなどであらかじめ買っておいた方がいいかもしれない。建物は古いのだろうがかなり立派な作りで、部屋の設備に特筆するようなものはないごくごく普通のホテルではあるけれど、ビジネスホテルくらいの価格で、と考えるとゆったりとした空間で、値段に比して贅沢な気分が味わえるのがよかった。朝食プランつきはプラス数百円程度だったけれどおいしいバイキングで満足度は高い。真夏・真冬など季節や天候、荷物が多さなどに左右されるとは思うが、少々歩いても平気というひとにはぜひともおすすめ。

Ami (6/5): 老舗のリノベーション - 家族で、和室に宿泊。リノベーションホテルのため、お風呂の水回りの古さは否めませんが、その他は快適でした。空調も良く快適に眠れました。朝食は、洋食を2日頂きましたが、とても美味しいです！残念なのが2日とも同じメニューだった事。結婚式場がメインの様ですが、お食事はおすすめデス！
