For some reason, the boss started yelling at guests in order to make visitors evacuate the lobby for cleaning. I really encourage you not to visit this hotel.

Nozamag86 (8/5): Best Hotel in Hebron - Stayed in Hebron for 2 nights for a wedding in Bethlehem. The hotel is very clean and tourist friendly. The receptionists are very kind and professional. The rooms are comfortable with air conditioning. The room comes with 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea. They do provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. They also have a hair dryer. Towels are not soft but not traveling to Hebron for luxury. The shower does leak onto the floor next to the toilet so we had a soaked towel on the floor for the entire stay. They provide complimentary Palestinian breakfast every morning (cheeses, dips, breads, spreads, coffee, tea and juices). We ordered 2 coffees while waiting for our taxi one day (10 shekels). It is a comfortable place to stay in between sight seeing and being out and about. About ten minute taxi to Old Hebron, 1 hour (depending on traffic) to Jerusalem. I suggest you negotiate taxi prices prior to agreeing to get into taxis to get from city to city.
pavlovsfrog (10/5): Great rooms great service - This is a top notch hotel with lovely staff; the room was beautifully appointed in every way, very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Thus very good value for the price. There are a number of restaurants quite close, one of which is run by the same company as the hotel, and so I believe you are entitled to a discount (though it's not the cheapest place in the area). My only criticism is the location, as it's a good way from the old centre.

They have a superb lounge area with drink facilities. Located on the high street so close to all areas of interest.
AntJa2704 (8/5): Best hotel in Hebron - This is a ***Star house and probably the best hotel in town. What makes it lovable and enjoyable is the hospitality of its staff. They really work hard to make you feel comfortable and at home. We were on a business trip and spend two weeks there during January, a cold and windy period in Palestine, with even some snowfall. Compliments to Tamer, his brother Islam, Mohamed and finally the Managing Director Mahmun who were doing a wonderful job and made our stay there truly pleasant.

This hotel also has a great restaurant that is located up the street in walking distance. Islam was more than accommodating; making sure we had taxi service; breakfast and any other special requests we may have had. Mahmoun was also kind and provided us with special accommodations as well. The building itself has a modern style. The cleaning staff were friendly and the facility was always clean. I will definitely recommend Abu Mazen Hotel if you plan to stay in the West Bank region of Israel.

Hotel staff made me feel completely at home. They answered my questions, found taxis for me, and helped my visit become a memorable one. Breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the big open lobby and the good location in Hebron. Thank you!

Интернет хороший, вид из окна на старый город. Утром петухи кричат. Завтрак добротный, без излишеств, но качественный: питы, сыр, овощи, фрукты, амлет, чай-кофе, хумус, соусы (или супы?). Рядом ресторан, много магазинчиков, пекарня. Есть подземный паркинг. К нам были радушны. Стоимость номера по факту оказалась выше указанной на сайте при бронировании - это претензия к сайту бронирования Hotels.com
TrvlAnywhere (8/5): Review for Restaurant at Hotel! - This review is for the RESTAURANT at the hotel. I tried to add a separate new listing, but Trip Advisor didn't allow “Namera, Hebron, Palestinan Territories” (which is the address shown for the affiliated hotel), as an option. So, I'm just providing the review here. There is a paucity of viable dining options for tour groups visiting Hebron. Our tour group leader used this restaurant for the first time with our group, and we heartily endorsed her choice. The hummus, meze, kebabs, and fries were all delicious, and the staff was quick and accomodating. Equally impressive and appreciated were the very clean restrooms. Big thumb up.

moizuk (10/5): business stay for 6 nights - excellent hotel, excellent value for the price, possibly the best hotel in town, okay location, 30 minute walk to the old city and new city, on a main road, good sized twin room with high standard of en suite bathroom, air-con, wifi, great cold and hot buffet breakfast every morning, friendly staff, would recommend and stay here again
balkurdi (4/5): good hotel, could be better - Room's furniture is excellent. They have slow wifi "free" and kept disconnecting in the room while it was good in lobby. It has central aircondition. Although, administration kept switching aircondition cooling on an off. I requested this to be fixed at least at night time. I stayed for 6 days and this affected me for consecutive days. However, employees were cooperative specially Mr. Rami. Mr. Ma'moun , one of owners and manages of the hotel, is a cooperative and easy going yet he didn't help in air-conditioning issue! You can take a taxi to reach center of city which will cost 2.5 Shekel.
Eastern_princess (10/5): Arabian Delight! - On my way back from the Ibrahimi mosque my taxi driver took me through Hebron. I was amazed to see the hustle and bustle of this city and suggested a stop off for refreshments and a nice meal. He recommended this hotel and it was an excellent choice. The surroundings are very luxurious and elegant, the service attentive and accommodating and the food delicious and tasty. A definite must when visiting Hebron!
PedroJDSilva (8/5): People are very friendly - Hotel is new and well located near of center of city. MAZEN brothers are the managers of the hotel and they deal with gests like family. All people there were great with us every time asking if we need anything, offering coffe, tea and some sweets. Palestinian people are very warm and kind.
DeadSeaFisherman (6/5): Great room, average service - This is a new hotel located at Nimrah area which has an easy access to public transportation and main attractions of the city. Rooms are very well furnished, clean with AC and free wi fi although it is weak at rooms but strong at public areas. This hotel is a family business which was originally a popular successful restaurant so food at this hotel is very good. Service is fine but little slow when hotel is fully booked. During my stay it was noisy sometimes because of many children playing around as many families prefer to stay at this hotel Overall hotels choices in Hebron are limited so this hotel is a good one.
