Rebecca (10/5): Perfect place to stay in downtown San Jose - Very clean. Nice staff. Location was perfect for walking around downtown or going to SAP center. Parking was easy with In-N-Out privileges. Literally, the only thing we could come up with that wasn’t perfect is that they only had one towel hook in the bathroom. Such a minor thing!

Charmika (8/5): Overall, I did enjoy the place. - I loved how it was convenient in the downtown area. I didn’t have to move my car to go anywhere. The room was spacious. The staff were very nice. I didn’t like the fact that as I was getting ready for bed that when I pulled back the blankets, there was a sheet on the bed that had blood stains EVERYWHERE on it. It was so disgusting so I took the sheet downstairs to tell front desk and all I was given was a new set of clean sheets to change the bed. I want offered a new room. I had to sleep continue on the same mattress my husband and I. I felt disgusting the whole time knowing I had to continue to sleep on a mattress that was in contact with blood. And I’m sure the housekeeper saw that before she/he was in the process of making the bed.

Noisy - other guests walked down the hall in the middle of the night: chatting, yelling, laughing. There was a 2 inch space under my door so the sound echoes into my room. I was woken up 3 or 4 times during the night. NOT the restful get-away I was hoping for. Also - a security note: the elevators have no security feature so anyone can walk thru the lobby right into the elevator and access the room /floors. There are no bellman or doorman so anyone can access the room levels. I did NOT feel very safe!

We arrived with half the hotel I think but the front desk worked as fast and efficient to get us all checked in quickly. Room wasnt ready on time. 749vh (4/5): PLEASE KEEP YOUR SUITCASE LOCK AT ALL TIMES - This is my first time doing n California and I had a bad experience in this hotel. The 1st red flag is when woke up the next day and the cleaning staff enter my room without knocking and I was in my bed naked.. they didn’t see me undress because I was in the bed when the heard my voice the they exited my room.. I made sure after the point I no longer wanted cleaning service.. I notice two days later something was missing out my bag. I immediately reported to staff.. I there for the game and I was happy to see my family.. it just the point they went inside my book bag and I notice it was gone.. when I got home I notice a video camera was missing I usually set it up so I can see if some one enter my room .. I did call the hotel to complain again and left my email address.. management never emailed me back.. moral of the story.. I will never go to this hotel and keep your suitcase Locked

Gal (9/5): A great hotel near San Jose airport - The location was great, just 7 minutes from the airport and close to a good food market. The room was very clean and comfortable I only wish there was free parking on the premises. We had to park our rented car at the adjacent parking lot for about 28$ a night. If you come there with a car, Be sure to use the parking lot only when you know you're done driving for the day.
