We usually skip the breakfast offered at hotels but this one was very exceptional and the staff preparing it was just great!!! I recommend the Fairfield in Butte and will stay there again.

There was a birthday party here at the same time and 6 girls huddled under the pool shower nearly the whole time because the pool was absolutely freezing as noted. The room was adequate.

- rlfraz (6/5): Okay, but not amazing stay - The Fairfield is a newer butte hotel with the amenities of this tier of hotel free breakfast and pool. The room size are large for the two queen rooms. When we stayed there were 3 sports teams including ours so it was very packed. When checking in there was no recognition of bonvoy status, the front desk staff seem apathetic. The breakfast was good and had all the usual offings including dairy free creamer/milk. The reasons for only 3 stars Limited parking Our tv didn’t work and front desk staff were not interested in fixing it after 3 times of asking over 2 days they finally fixed it. Breakfast staff needed more help Front desk staff was not friendly Construction pallets stored in the entry way and lobby.

Three employees and there was definitely an issue with the three of them. Then in the morning we found a very dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower curtain. Also sink drain clogged. Wash cloth and drain reported when checked out.

Very sad that your staff was so lazy as to not want to help.

Big TV with plenty of channels. Aircon worked great. The lifts were quick. We had breakfast included, decent selection hot and cold. Oatmeal, cereal, waffle maker, fruit, different hit selection like bacon, sausage, cheese muffins etc. Front staff were nice and friendly, very quick and efficient. Overall great stay, highly recommended.

Area(s) kept clean and all was QUIET. Thankfully we did not encounter any parents who just let their children run amuck through the hotel. To my fellow travelers who were at this hotel at the same time we were, thank you for being quiet through the hallways of the sleeping quarters. We were on the fourth floor. Internet service was NOT good. Very slow and at times just didn't work. This needs to be addressed. The room was very nice and the sitting area was comfortable. It would have been nice to have more than "basic cable" attached to the tv. The bathroom was well laid out. However, it felt like the toilet was something they pulled out of a day care center. Way too low.

Wendy and Julene made everyone who came to eat breakfast welcome. They were always checking to see if they could get you something or do something for you. Now mind you ….. this is a self serve get your own style breakfast. These ladies really help start your day with their friendly smiles and interactions. It was more than food….it was true hospitality… like you were a guest in their own homes. The Fairfield in Butte Montana is the place to stay!

They sent us to a new room that was the wrong size. We went back and they said Expedia booked them the wrong number of people. I talked to hotels.com and they called the property. Marriott said the booking looked correct when they pulled it up again. The larger room was sold out, so they upgraded us to the family suite. Whole process took over a hour. They treated us like second class citizens for not booking through Marriott. We will never stay there again.

My bathroom had hair all over the sink and in the shower. The bed was very comfortable, but there were not extra blankets in the room.

- Kimberly (10/5): - We travel a lot for sports and this has been the BEST experiences. The staff was effecting at check in, the rooms were extremely clean and the whole facility was well maintained. The breakfast was the standard Marriot breakfast but the staff that served and cared for us was exceptional. It felt like I was at my aunties house and she was lovingly caring for everyone, taking dishes, cleaning, refilling drinks and grabbing food she noticed might we might need. BEST Fairfield Inn I’ve stayed at in the last 5 states and 7 hotel stays! Thank you to the staff for exceptional customer service and care for the facility!
