The room I stayed in the hot and cold regulator valve in the shower was not working, so you either took a cold shower or hot. Someone who was living at the hotel, yelled and hollered at my sister-in-law and my nieces and nephews because they didn’t think they should park where they did. Lots of full time residents in this hotel.

Our room was clean and spacious , the beds were comfy, and the staff was really friendly. The gal who checked us on Friday was also working Saturday night and she was just so nice and fun! We will stay here again.

• num1chiefsfan (2/5): Don't stay at this location - While I was staying at another Staybridge property in the same city, I wanted to extend my stay an extra night. So I went through Priceline and thought I was extending at the property I was at. Come to find out, it turned out to be this location. I had to go through another online app and got a better rate, and got my stay extended. I called Priceline immediately to let them know what had happened. They, this property told Priceline that they see where i am staying at the other location and where told told call back in morning (Monday) when the manager would be there. So I called Priceline back Monday, and they contacted this property and spoke to the manager and was told I out of luck because of their refund policy. I do understand that they have a non-refund policy, but for making a simple mistake like this, the manager couldn't have approved the refund!? She has the authority to do it. So, with that being said, I'm out over $100 because of simple mistake. I will not, and I recommend others as well, NOT stay at this location and stay at the one on 80th and Dodge

Would have never booked if new how small couch is - it’s for 1 small child. Could not book anywhere else after I saw the room, because of sports tournaments around all hotels were booked. The hotel had a bad strong smell throughout the hotel. It gave me a headache. Parking lot is horrible and extremely small, and the parking spots are very small as well. There was hardly anywhere to park, and you are not allowed to park at the businesses nearby. There was work being done on the entrance cement and there was lose cement on the ground. A truck pulling a trailer was parked right below our window and was running for a while causing or room to smell of exhaust from the running truck. it was so loud we were not able to sleep. The cost was extremely high and would not recommend anyone stay here.

• Tanya (10/5): This Staybridge location, with its family-friendly accommodations and helpful staff, made our getaway so much more pleas - The location was great—central to all the places we planned to visit. The property itself was clean and updated, the staff were SO friendly and accommodating! We invited family to the hotel to let cousins swim together and grown-ups chat or play cards. The den (small room adjacent to the breakfast area) was available and perfect for us! I was surprised to find out that coffee, soda and hot cocoa would be available, complimentary, for us as well! We would definitely try to stay here again for future visits to Omaha. I would love to see a hot tub here! Also (though this is being nit-picky), I would love if all lost and found items were kept at the front desk. The item we were missing may have been locked where only the manager could access, and since we were checking out before the manager was due to arrive, we could not find out if it was there. Thankfully, it was small and inexpensive.

• charlat774 (2/5): Tub Did Not Drain and Complaints Dismissed During Stay - I submitted this review originally on the hotel website but it appears to have been deleted.... Hotel concerns appear to be dismissed or hidden from future guests. We recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Omaha West. The shower did not drain adequately in room 123. After each person that showered you would have to wait several minutes for the tub to drain before the next person could go. By the end of the shower you were standing in water that was midway up your shin. We were staying two nights and the next morning my husband stopped at the front desk and told them about the issue. He was told “I will put in a note but we don’t have anyone to fix things on the weekend. You can stop by later and see if we have another room.” We were leaving for the entire day and would not be back until late Saturday night. No one fixed the issue. We again showered in the sludge of the tub.This time we only used the water sparingly and shut it off except to rinse, yet we were still standing in water. We were traveling with my father who is in his 70’s and this is a safety issue. When we checked out on Sunday, I mentioned the issue to Cheri, the front desk manager, and she said “I will put in a note.” The most frustrating part of this was how dismissed we were about this issue. I understand that things happen but there is NO WAY this situation had not been reported or addressed by previous guests. It was negligent for us to be put in that room with that issue. We are frequent travelers. After sending the general manager an email, we were given back partial points for our stay, however a full refund of the stay would be more appropriate given the conditions of our room.
• Juan (5/5): Passable - Breakfast It was somewhat clean. The restroom smelled like menstrual períod. The extra blanket for the sofa bed was torn, and the pillows smelled like they haven’t been washed. We got a hearing aid room and I didn’t ask for one on my reservation.
• Michael (10/5): The best hotel experience I had in years. - Spacious living area, wonderful amenities of home. They thought of just what you need for the kitchenette, bathroom. Could’ve been more happy with the whole experience. Wonderful breakfast without having to run to McDonalds.
• Marianne (10/5): - Very friendly check in. Beautiful and comfortable lobby. Wish there were appetizers every night. Room was very nice and comfortable. The only negative: outlets didn’t always work by the beds otherwise we usually choose Staybridge
