- Tim (8/5): Some good, some bad. - The room was very nice with nice furnishings and a comfortable bed. We didn’t have any cups in our room so we called the front desk. The girl working the front desk was by herself and trying to check in a whole bus load of people by herself, so I just got some cups by the coffee maker. When we left I wanted to get a receipt but there was no one working the front, so I had to call when I got home and the girl emailed me a copy. The room was overpriced as well

- Jakmb2010 (10/5): Good hotel for the price - Great stay clean room. We arrived late at night. Our room was ready for us. The hotel was quiet but the highway wasn’t. We stayed two nights. One night too close to the highway. But the next night we were on the other side. It was so nice and peaceful. The breakfast was okay. The bagels were stale and the banana would’ve been great for banana bread. Other than that the parking and hotel were easy to get to and clean.

They were able to book me and my group for another night stay, and they made sure our room was clean and fully stocked with essentials as we waited out the storm. Would definitely stay here again❤️ Nothing!

- Brett (4/5): Very very disappointed!! - Room size, location, water pressure Shower floor scummy, pool was cold, unfriendly unhelpful staff, breakfast sucked (ran out of milk, never had cinnamon rolls, pancake machine didn't work, ran out of food constantly and didn't refill on a timely manner) obviously they were not prepared for a large group coming in to stay!! Totally NOT worth the $200/night we paid!!

Breakfast was the typical boring HIE type - nothing special. Only throw-away tools, plates and cups - hard to understand that this is still being practiced these days… I ended up having breakfast at nearby restaurants in and around town.

- Minnesota42 (10/5): Newer hotel, great location - This hotel was an easy in and easy out, located right next to a huge Bass Pro Shop and near lots of restaurants. We picked it because of the high rating in the reviews and it was worth it. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. We had dinner right around the corner at Texas Roadhouse. The morning breakfast was perfect with cheese omelets and the makings for a great breakfast sandwich.

- Chris (6/5): Ren was not happy. - We asked for fresh towels and trash to be emptied. Room service knocked on door early, I said we where leaving soon, they never gave fresh towels or emptied trash. Both rolls of toilet paper were almost empty when we checked in. So we ran out, went down to front desk and spoke with Ren, asked for fresh towels, and a couple rolls of TP, she would only give me one. I decided to go out and purchase toilet paper over trying to beg for it. Everyone else at the hotel was very good except for her.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express because I thought it was where my high school class reunion was being held. It was not--there is another Holiday Inn Express less than a mile from this one, and that is where the reunion was held. A number of my classmates were similarly confused when trying to check in or making gtheir reservation. I really wish Holiday Inn Express would give these hotels distinctive names to insure others don't experience the same confusion. It is why I gave my hotel a 9 instead of 10--it was a nice place, but not the ONE I had hoped to be in.
