- Lori (10/5): Ever so quiet and comfortable. - Right on the main thoroughfare so easy to find an easy to navigate. Free parking!!! You walk around the corner and there is a beautiful beach. The bed was super firm♥️ The shower floor. I know that might seem weird, but it was super bumpy and was not comfortable on my feet.
- Carmel (8/5): -
- Martin (10/5): A short stay in Spiddel - The ambience and staff Limited to 2 pubs and 1 restaurant unless you want travel
- Aishling (10/5): Relaxing stay in a comfortable setting with beautiful views - Lovely quite comfortable hotel. The views are wonderful. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast looking out a huge window across the bay. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was very powerful. John was an absolute gentleman & a pleasure to deal with. We will be back again.

- Terry (10/5): Special thanks to John, the hotel manager. He made our stay extra enjoyable. - Nice location easy drive or bus ride to Galway City. Our room had a water view. Very quaint and has a good restaurant and pub attached.
Great breakfast included. Don’t pass up on the fresh scones.

- Nancy (10/5): - Was an amazing stay, everything was wonderful
Food was top notch
Host was wonderful
Location was wonderful Nothing, entire stay was amazing
- Ruth (6/5): - Lovely location and didn't have to go elsewhere to eat as restaurant and breakfast were all downstairs The view wasn't as expected of the ocean and we overlooked the roof of the kitchen and downstairs area.
The trek to the top of the building up 4 flights of stairs was arduous with bags so I would suggest only taking clothes and necessary items needed for the next day if only staying 1 night.
- Angela (9/5): -
- Alwyn (9/5): - Location, welcome, cleanliness.
- Alan (8/5): -
- Jane (9/5): -
- Ling Yun (1/5): Not value for money at all - The fork and spoon were dirty with remaining dirt. The location is not convenient for parking as it is right at the intersection area. Description in the booking.com does not match with the actual. There is no city view and no inner courtyard view. Towels were not clean.
- Hans Christer (9/5): Cosy place in a cute town - Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
- Margaret (10/5): Very relaxing - Beautiful bar/restaurant & very nice girls serving & John was a Gentleman. Weather

- Herman (6/5): -
- Patrick (8/5): Ideal place for a relaxing friendly stay - Room very spacious, with a comfy bed.....breakfast was wholesome and filling Did'nt dislike anything
- Oeps ! (8/5): -
- Janet (8/5): -
- Tracy (8/5): Nice hotel - Great location , nice to have a bar on site Lots of stairs to the room , but work the climb for the view. The room was lovely and bathroom was great . We stayed for one night and we ate in the hotel in the evening , food was tasteless so not good value , we moved across the road after dinner to a local bar and had some great conversations there with local people . Breakfast was good
- Eduard (9/5): -
- Patricia (4/5): I would never stay in the place again. - Not much The room is old, tired and cramped. The breakfast was good. The dinner was bad.
- Peter (9/5): -
- Marian (4/5): Left after first night would have been sooner but husband persuaded me to stay one night - View of sea with balcony was an exaggeration of a small space with a metal bar and view over the apartment behind. Totally disappointed with the whole experience
- Brown (8/5): - We’re very appreciative of the proprietor staying up to check us in very, very late due to a flat tire. We didn’t thank the following day in person as we left early to catch a tour bus in Galway.
- Ben (10/5): -
- gregory (7/5): - Homely property in the centre of Spiddal.Convenient to travel to ferry for Aran Islands Nothing
- Sean (6/5): Disappointing and not good value for money - Location Customer service not good. Room very small (beds crammed in - I was a dbl room not a family room). Very expensive for what it was. Service at bar/restaurant wasn’t good
- Eos (8/5): - older establishment run by locals next to ocean about 30min on one bus from Galway. Rooms set above restaurant/bar. No frills stay option for when the city is overrun, too pricey, or just not one's jam.
- Pamela (8/5): Friendly, well run hotel with lovely staff. Would recommend it! - The staff were lovely and the service at dinner and breakfast was great. We left an item in the room and they kindly posted it back. This was very good of them. It’s close to a busy road so the room at the front was quite noisy if the windows were open.
- James (8/5): Suited my purpose - Location and friendly staff (John was very helpful) Pricey for what it was
- Maria (7/5): - The location is brillant, right in the middle of the village. Nicely decorated and clean Breakfast was very basic
- Johannes (4/5): Besser als im Auto schlafen! - Die Sanitäranlagen sind samt Elektrifizierung neu;
- Nuala (10/5): Lovely, host personable and professional. Beautiful location. - Lovely family run hotel
Great location
Good value Not Applicable
- orla (6/5): Homely and comfortable. - Lovely atmosphere in the bar and very reasonable and tasty dinner menu. Lovely view at the dining end of the bar. Poor sound proofing. The water pipes were very noisey in the rooms at night whenever any toilet was flushed.
Also the toilet didn’t flush properly in the bedroom. Not ideal.
- Paul (10/5): -
- Colohan (10/5): - Easy check in, friendly welcome. Room clean and cosy. Sat in outdoor bar area, food and breakfast was delicious and so was the view. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We were lucky with the beautiful weather. Nothing
- Marianne (9/5): - Super nette Unterkunft. Der Besitzer super nett. alles war gut
- Priska (7/5): -
- Clare (8/5): -
