Guest Reviews
- Peter (10/5): - Brilliant service from the staff, really welcoming & accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Local community were also great & really friendly, highly recommend. Thank you
- Gary (10/5): - Very nice room, quiet and well equipped for what you need
- Robert (6/5): - Dirty, toilet, evidence of urine in the bowl. Advertised as a Bistro, but advised when we arrived as now only serving breakfast. Small room (which after complaining given larger room)) Noisy, bar, loud music, would never stay again
- Jenny (6/5): Like the curate's egg - good & bad. - Comfortable room & bed. In town centre so v convenient. Could only get scalding hot water out of shower (room 2), despite trying all knobs in all directions so had to wash hair in washbasin. Breakfast very disappointing (hot drink & a hot filled roll the only options). Very noisy somewhat rundown pub.
- Claire (10/5): Lovely experience - Friendly and helpful staff who even took us back to the event in the morning to pick our car up! Comfortable rooms and a lovely cooked breakfast.
Cosy atmosphere - very old building but lots of character
Would stay again
Thank you x
- Samantha (2/5): A total dump. Staff were non existent only bar sta - Stayed for a wedding on arrival we were checked I by bar staff. Asked do we want breakfast to we said 9am.
Beds were clean but the all Round the hole was hotel itself had piles of rubbish dumped everywhere. No on site staff to speak to.
Went to breakfast for 9am Chef was late but the staff just ignored us. We had to leave with out breakfast. To which we had payed. There was a pile of rubbish in corner of dining room covered in either a carpet or some velvet. Absolutely minging.
- K (6/5): Ok! - We arrived on friday late morning, i had managed to contact hotel to ask if we could arrive at 11.30 as we had a wedding at 1.00. When we arrived rhe room was not ready but didnt have to wait long. The room was ok quite small and no where to hang clothes just 2 coathangers on the back of the door! Bed was clean and comfortable but you jave to climb into bed fro.the end as no room to get in the side? Bathroom was ok but shower had no pressure and wasnt very warm. Breakfast was lovely and the lady cooking it was very polite and helful.when leaving yiu just put your keys into a box noone avout. Would i go again not really sure!!
- Nicola (2/5): - Room was so small no where to hang clothes up. Bed was on a slant. Blood rushed to head during the night. Not good when you have high blood pressures. No breakfast on the second day. Horrible night sleep. Want a refund
- Laura (6/5): - Lovely breakfast and staff, lots of dust in the bedroom when I moved the kettle and bowls, and hairs in the shower too. Also a lot of clutter on the stairways. A nice comfy bed and pleasant staff for breakfast service though
- Tom (6/5): - A lot of clutter around the place, breakfast was lovely and the bed was comfortable and clean
- Alan (10/5): As always top quality - Its my 3rd stay and not the last for sure. Very good breakfast, room clean and comfortable, staff very friendly, nothing to complain.
- Joanne (10/5): Quirky pub - Lovely friendly staff and locals and a good freshly cooked breakfast.
- Angela (4/5): - Website out of date. No staff present when we arrived. We went away, phoned, came back and staff member wasn't welcoming - didn't smile or give her name without being asked. Not enough room to walk easily around the bed. Broken shower/toilet light fitting over the mirror. Cracked tea cup. Shower grouting mouldy/water damage to plaster by the shower. Only one bedside table and a chair the other side. Rusty convector heater. Rusty radiator next to the toilet. Toilet not clean. Taps not clean. Stained paint behind the whb as no splashback. Bed frame creaky turning over, sitting down, getting up. ?Dried phlegm on the wall beside the bed. Old cheap hard lumpy pillows. No bedside lights. Dent in wall plaster behind the door. Metal window frames peeling paint/dirty/cobwebs, cracked glass. Walls very thin, a gap where you can see through into the room from the area outside. Emergency exits ?not adequately signposted/obstructed by chairs, ironing board, fans. Fire extinguisher amongst items on the landing/corridor - next service date 01:07:2024. A pile of paint tins, furniture, shoes, ?medication in a bag etc on another level of stairs/landing
The woman who cooked our tasty breakfast was the only friendly person we met there. The bed linen was good quality cotton. The bed mattress was comfortable. There was plenty of toilet paper.
- Paul (4/5): - Whilst not expensive, the hotel was very basic. The worst problem for us was the fact that the Breakfast staff weren't expecting us. The person who registered us got us to fill out a breakfast form, but didn't pass it on to the kitchen staff. As a result, the poor woman on breakfast duty was totally panicked and things didn't go to plan. For example, we were offered no cereal or fruit juice, and none were available for self-service, despite the reception woman having told us this would be the case.
- Tony (4/5): - Room No.2 ( above the bar!) was of a good size for 2 people with cases etc and looked recently refreshed with new carpet and a lick if paint, however it was let down by the fact that we had no hot water all weekend from the basin tap, and uncontrollable hot water from the shower which had loose control.
The included breakfast was good
- Catherine Connolly (8/5): Very characterful inn. - This is a very ancient timber beamed pub and inn in an historic old town. There’s car parking at rear, and a buzzy atmosphere. Friendly local darts players filled the pub but there was a quiet peaceful area with parasols and trestle tables outside if you wanted a quiet drink. Delicious Guinness pulled by an expert.
- Barry (2/5): - We walked out of this 'hotel' immediately after registration when we saw the room. It was a shabby pub not a bistro. The room was nothing like the advertised photographs on Expedia website. According to the owner the website photos are 5 years old. There was junk stacked up one of the staircases. We booked a double room and were given a family room which didn't even have bedside lights. We were so disgusted we handed back the room keys and left to return home.
- Wai (8/5): - Staffs very helpful and very nice people in there.
Nice room / clean room everything
- Rachel (8/5): - Lovely welcoming B&B experience.
- David (10/5): Another comfortable stay at the Inn - Very clean and well presented room. Reasonably priced drinks, to be honest the whole bar was cheap. Friendly and considerate hosts, along with the clientele. Well done Joe and Darren, and family
- Abi (10/5): - Lovely stay and wonderful staff and locals helping us get to a wedding. Ever so kind and accommodating!
- Madeline (6/5): - Evening staff helpful. No dining facilities (was advertised with these). Room above bar noisy. Breakfast served as pre-ordered then man who served it disappeared and I finally left the hotel without seeing anybody, just left muy key ona desk.
- J (6/5): Could have been better - Nice clean decor in room although the bathroom extractor fan was thick with dust and fluff (can’t understand how when everything else seemed clean)
TV didn’t have any aerial connection so it was replaced with a new smart TV but not connected to the WiFi.
Bistro wasn’t open and the rest of the town was lacking in eateries, especially early in the week.
- Sue (4/5): Disappointing - The rooms were the smallest we have ever stayed in. The floors were sloping, the bathroom was the width of the shower cubicle. The second room we booked was equally as small neither room had a wardrobe but one had a rail and some coat hangers. In the second room booked the TV didn't work and the owner wasn't interested in sorting this out. The toilet in their bedroom had a very feeble flush and both showers were more of a trickle. We booked this hotel as it offered Bistro food but when we arrived we were told they weren't doing food at the moment. The signs are still outside saying that it had a Bistro. They did however do a cooked breakfast for us in the mornings. The room shown on your website is a lot larger than what we had. The electrics in our room had bare wires showing. Also there was a gap where the window didn't fir properly. All in all a very disappointing stay.
- Duncan (2/5): - Shower was full of black mould. Questionable wiring and light in the shower. No hot water to sink in morning other than boiling the kettle. Perhaps in the shower but we weren't prepared to try. When next door room came back at night we could see there light through a crack in the wall below wood beam.Welcoming broken pane of glass in front door of inn. Bar staff and customers were very friendly however not as previous rewiews
- Rob (4/5): - There was stuff everywhere in the hotel, the bar, and the dining room areas. It was cluttered and messy. There was no hot water from the bathroom sink. The room was clean, but tatty. Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful.
- Stewart (10/5): Nice - Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worse Stay Ever! - Very disappointed in my stay, mould around the windows, no heating, bar an electric fire.
Minimal hanging space, only a hand held shower that took ages to heat up. Small towels. No Food available in the evening, Bar area dirty and cluttered.
- Miss Rebecca (10/5): The inn at bromyard - Beautiful old pub
The staff and locals were so friendly and we had a great time in Bromyard
The breakfast was amazing
Thank you
- P C (4/5): Mixed experience at Bromyard - Very friendly and kind staff. Excellent cheap beer! The breakfast was tasty and served in good portions.
The Inn is very charming but in desperate need for a lot of TLC! It was quite shocking looking at so much rubbish around the common areas. The room was really small but clean and cozy.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Stay at Inn at Bromyard - Place a little tired and shabby. Description on Web misleading i. e no evening meals.
Bedroom rather small with not much room between wall on one side.
Breakfast adequate.
- Peter (8/5): - Really old building old timbers
- Abigail (10/5): - Lovely hosts very welcoming and cater for every need. Comfiest bed in a hotel room we have stayed in. Breakfast was included in the rate, and was the tastiest full English. Would definitley stay again for another wedding in Bromyard
- mark (2/5): Rubbis - Moved room tv did not work. Second room toilet did not flush properly
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not recommended - Strange place! Seems like its undergoing a bit of renovation - boxes everywhere. Only one ceiling spotlight worked in our room and that was hanging out of the ceiling. Didn't seem to be a manager there. The carpark was a bit rough and we were concerned leaving the car there - but it was fine. The pub was very busy when we arrived - so the locals obviously like it. On the plus side, the room was nice and clean and spacious and the bed was very comfy. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies in the room. The barmaid was nice and friendly and breakfast was good.
- Liz (8/5): - Warm welcome, very good breakfast.
- Steve (10/5): - Darren and Jo lovely couple so helpful and very friendly definitely stay again
- Chris (4/5): - Disappointed that the Inn part was closed. Lady that spoke to us on phone said it was closed for refurbishment. Photos on website didn’t accurately show the current condition of the area where breakfast was served, or the now closed beer garden. A local restaurant where we eat said it wasn’t closed for refurbishment but had been temporarily stopped from trading. Bedroom was nice, bedding clean but shower was broken and toilet stained. Breakfast was best part of stay just a shame about area that it was served in. Could do with being refurbished in Inn area. Wouldn’t be a place I’d book again
- Linda (2/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! - This is the filthiest place I’ve ever had the misfortune to book with hotels.com. On entering the property I was shocked at the state of the “bar” it looked like it had not been hoovered or cleaned EVER. On being shown up to the room we were supposed to be staying in, it was slightly cleaner butt no way had it been refurbished like the girl said. The door lock was broken, mould in the shower (a lot of it) a light with bare wires hanging down over the shower 😱 and an electric shower which looked like it belonged in a museum. My partner turned on the bedside table and the bulb exploded! That was enough we walked out and headed for the Premier Inn in Worcester where we had a lovely stay.
- Sara (2/5): - Too loud can hear through walls, and i expected noise as a pub underneath, but people shouting and swearing at 3am knocking on doors meant i got no sleep.
- michael (2/5): - when we arrived the property looked shut the bistro & bar was closed, the shower room lights did not work the bed lamp was broken, the light above the bed was the wrong bulb, the family from hell was next to us all night swearing and shouting, and to top it off there was no breakfast as arranged with the owner, no one around to complain to.
- Hurshil (10/5): - To start with, the hosts are the most incredible set of people! The stay was so good and the breakfast was so personalised and tasty! It was so close to the wedding venue and free car parking. Really would recommend to stay !!
- lisa (8/5): - Owners were lovely. Breakfast amazing.
- Stafford (8/5): - The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good
- Paul (10/5): - Great staff
Rooms a bit tired
- Paul (10/5): - Very friendly and polite
- mark (8/5): - Room was very small but overall did the job for us given we were travelling to a wedding nearby
- Chris (4/5): - Poorly welcomed,
No lock on our door ,
Dirty room above noisy pub.
Smelt of urine.
- martyn (4/5): Very disappointed with price - Wasnt the best. Bed was so uncomfortable. Misses has been bitten really badly which im not happy about. Bathroom was dirty. Mould in the corner off the shower. Will not be staying here again. Well over priced
- Nathan (6/5): 👍🙈 - Everyone at the place is very friendly and helpful, however it is very laid back.
It is a pub foremost, and a hotel second.
If you like a drink and need somewhere to spend a night. This is the place for you.
It’s not the ritz. But it’s not ritz money so…
- Sarah (4/5): - Upon arrival at the inn I struggled to find any staff, the pub was cluttered and barely looked like it was used. Junk piled everywhere. The room itself was good, it was clean and tidy, a decent size and the bed was comfy. The ensuite was also clean and the shower useable. However the room is directly over the bar which was noisy. The owners (I think) in the room next to mine were also very loud until about 4am, arguing, slamming doors and stamping up and down the corridor. When I went downstairs in the morning at my specified breakfast time I again could find no staff. After wandering around and shouting hello for 15 minutes, I did find someone and had breakfast. I left soon after this and again couldn't find anyone to hand my key too. The room was clean however this is not somewhere I would recommend. The staff don't seem to have any customer service skills or care for their own business.
- Julie-Ann (2/5): - Saw the bad reviews and unfortunately the property needs an update.
- Sean (8/5): - Room was small but lovely. Very noisy at nights which we didnt mind but bare in mind when booking. Breakfast delicious both mornings. Very cluttered with junk in the corridoors and corners which doesn't look great but also could be a fire hazard? Staff really friendly. Good size car park behind. Lovely pub. Great price.
- Michael (4/5): - Both of us had tummy bug after breakfast
- Mike (2/5): Think twice before booking here! - We stayed for one night, going to to a wedding reception locally.
Room was okay bearing in mind it's a 17th century building. Walls, floor, doors paper thin so noise from bar below, corridor and next room. Not rowdy so tolerable.
Disappointment's, lots of rubbish at the top of the stairs, toilet seat split, bulbs out in ceiling lights, no hot water at the shower although hot at sink?
Biggest disappointment for us and other people staying there who had booked breakfast for the following morning. On rising, pub was deserted, no staff, no kitchen staff. no breakfast for anyone! Folks left keys on the bar and departed.
- Susan Emma (2/5): - The worst place we have ever stayed , the room the toilet was not flushing ,no running hot water in the tap, toilet filthy , dangerous socket on the wall hanging out , ceiling spot lights hanging out , no remote control for TV and no bed sheet on the bed !!!! The staircase which was not in use but could see likes of rubbish , absolutely disgusting and I would not let me dog stay there !!!! Awful place , went elsewhere for breakfast, best thing about it was leaving , I highly advise to stay away !!!!!!
- Patricia (10/5): - Lovely helpful staff
- Michaela (6/5): - Staff were lovely and very helpful but room was far too small. We booked a double for 2 adults and a dog but there was barely space to walk around bed. It was also very noisy, from the bar, through the walls and from outside because of single glazed window
- Lydia (2/5): - The rooms were above the pub area, so were incredibly noisy until quite late at night. Single glazed window, lots of traffic noise.
There was a very loud argument going on outside the front door between the owners or patrons, with lots of drunken shouting until the police arrived.
We had arrange a 7.45am breakfast with the owner (included in the price) - when we went downstairs, it was deserted. Waited for 20 minutes and eventually gave up.
We unlocked the front door, put the room keys on the bar counter and left the premises without seeing anyone.
Toilet seat was broken, shower was a tepid trickle. Piles of junk shoved into various corners of the staircase.
- John (4/5): - check inn was ok booked time for breakfast with the young lsdy behind the bar for 0830 sat morning, half later I asked the same lady I needed to change tome to 0800 she said yes no problem so all is fine.
I get to room 5 first thoughts it's a bit small but it's fine as I was on my own, bedding and towels were clean all is well, went to switch TV on no signal looked at the back of TV ariel coax is having down with no connection, a nice lady came and put the amazon fire stick in,fine went to use it later could not recive channels.but I thought o well I can manage. Switched lights on in room only one of the of the 3 spot lights worked and it was hanging down went into the bathroom switched on lights only one of the 3 spotlights was working, go to empty my wash bag my items slid off the glass shelf above the sink it was unfit to put anything on.so couldn't use it. Went went to have a shower it took the water 15 minutes to get warm enough to have said shower and that was just warm the water did not get hotter all shower. Went to have a wet shave in the sink no water at all coming out of hot tap. Saturday morning I go down stairs at 0755 for my booked 8am breakfast nobody about no member of staff anywhere and the dinning room looked as if a bomb hit it, so waited 08.15- 0830 still no one I had an appointment at 0930 so feeling a little fractious finally 1 person arrives at 08.45 nobody told him that a breakfast was booked for 8am
- Adrian (6/5): - It was in a good central location the staff very welcoming and helpful the room was clean and well appointed the breakfast was very good hot and plenty of it. The down side was mattress on the bed was very tired and sagged to the middle so not comfortable for two sleeprs the shower head holder broken so had to crouch to get head wet, three of the five downlighter bulb were out. These relitivly small easily fixable things made this a 3 instead of 5 score.
- Helen (6/5): Great breakfast - Very friendly hosts who want you to enjoy your stay. I gave three stars only because areas need to be tidied up and some repairs needed.
In the dining room there are a couple of old and broken chairs in the window area. If these were taken away it would make a massive improvement and improve ambience. Also an old curtain which has seen better days covering what I presume is a door, again in dining area. Just changing that also would make a difference and make it more welcoming.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and in fact we had two nights of good sleep. The bathroom is clean with spotlessly white towels. Only thing is the lack of power in shower, but for two nights we coped. Water temperature was spot on. TV had good reception with clear picture.
Tea, coffee and biscuits supplied.
Heating was good.
It is a very old building with crickety stairs and floors in rooms can be sloping. All adds to the charm though. The breakfast was superb, and beautifully cooked. Good coffee.
We probably would stay there again.
The hosts are lovely people and the Inn at Bromyard has got so much potential.
- Simon (8/5): - New owners making a effort
- Mark (4/5): - Convenient location, friendly, helpful hosts and a decent breakfast, but our stay was badly affected by the poor standards in the room;
No heating, no tv signal, faulty kettle, broken shower holder
and very little space to move as the room was so small.
- Wayne (10/5): Fantastic - Lovely little old hotel.Lovely warm welcome.
Friendly locals.Great Beer.Room was small but comfortable Tea,coffee and bottled water.Amazing filling tasty Breakfast.
Will definitely stay again
- Simon (6/5): Friendly - This small hotel was lovely! Room was beautiful- large, clean and warm. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They did inform us that they were hosting a disco that evening, so we were well informed 👍 unfortunately the disco continued to midnight, and the music was so loud the furniture shook. Impossible to sleep until disco guests had left loudly, but once gone we slept like the dead. Our b3d was really comfy and breakfast was perfect!
- jonathan (2/5): Extremely Bad - We were a family of 4 adults attending a wedding. We booked the 'Suite' room which it said came with free Breakfast and could sleep 4 adults at £140 a night. We had a call the day before to say the room would be ready for us from 12 noon, but we had to pay £20 more for another 2 adult breakfasts. Therefore total stay cost was £160.
On arrival, we were given the key but found the room was not made up. The last residents had left the room a mess with soiled towels, unflushed loo etc. As some of the top sheets were off,, this also showed the disgusting state of the mattresses and pillows which were very stained/old. The carpet was filthy with ingrained dirt and hair and goodness knows what. The bathroom was ancient with damaged fittings and filthy tiles. A stainless steel catering shelf served as a wardrobe. The staff were apologetic and promised the room would be cleaned for when we arrived later.
When we got back, whilst the beds were made, the room was still awful as it didnt solve the carpet and bathroom state. The toilet had some cleaner in it but was still filthy. This was the quality offered for £160 a night!.
I discussed this with the landlord who was a very nice chap and very apologetic. We did not pay for the room as decided to leave without staying. We had an unexpected 2.5 hours drive home which of course ruined the wedding and stay experience. This room should not be let out until deep cleaned/refurbed.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Absolutely dreadful - do not stay here - The room was terrible. Freezing cold and damp. Windows streaming with condensation. Wardrobe replaced with a stainless steel catering shelf. Shower covered in orange mould and toilet absolutely disgusting. Bar rowdy below the room and had to battle our way through to get in and out. Absolutely awful and did not feel able to stay so left and had to find alternative accommodation for the night. . Also overcharged - room advertised at £70 per night for the room and got charged £140.
- Jo (8/5): The Inn at Bromyard - This place has character. The staff were friendly and lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Bed not too comfortable, but I had been dancing all night at a wedding.
- Ben (8/5): - Lovely building busy bar.
- Malcolm (8/5): - When we arrived at the property we were shown to our room No 5, the room should have been a single not a double in my opinion as there was very little space to move around. The room was clean with a large shower and toilet in the en suite.
We were only there for one night so did not ask to be moved.
Staff were Friendly and polite.
- Brian (10/5): - A friendly pub in the centre of Bromyard, and very good value. My room was comfortable and very clean.
- Anita (10/5): - It was exactly what we needed as a family with two teenagers: a comfy double bed and two full size singles, plus a car park. The bathroom was tiny but ok. The room was a nice and clean with tea making facilities plus water which is always welcome. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was really good, quality ingredients, freshly cooked. We just needed somewhere to crash after a family party but Bromyard looked like it'd have everything you need in walking distance too: shops and restaurants.
- samantha (10/5): - nice staff, excellent breakfast
- Sian (8/5): Pleasant stay - Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good value for money with parking and dog-friendly. So everything we needed for a one-night stay following a party in the area.
- G (8/5): Interesting three nights - Friendly and helpful staff. A quirky medieval hotel with loads of character.
Meals in the evening were good as well.
- Mike (6/5): - The building was 500yrs old so you you had to accept the small rooms we had a laugh geyying in to our 4ft bed with little room both sides of the bed but for people who like oldie world buildings it was great.
- Michelle (8/5): - A really old 15th century property, however the bathroom smelt a bit mouldy, the tiles need re-grouting and it needs a bit of an overhaul. The beds are very firm with plain white bedding. The room was clean and tidy and the owner gave us a bigger room than what I booked which was really nice. Being an old property there is no double glazing and as a light sleeper I was woken up by passing traffic a few times during the night.
- mike (6/5): Exactly what was needed - The pub is in a perfect location with good parking. The room was clean and tidy with good amenities, shower was not the greatest, but it was hot. Bed was very comfortable. The welcome and hospitality was great. And the Full English Breakfast was spot on.
- Elleanor (10/5): - Mark was lovely and understanding of accommodating us when we needed to check in earlier because of a wedding. Patient with our calls when we’d locked ourselves out and overall an amazingly generous and kind host. Beds and rooms were lovely and right next to shops, take aways and a restaurant. Definitely recommend.
- Alison (6/5): - Positive- Owners are lovely! Room was clean and breakfast was great
Negative- room was so tiny, the entrance, hall and stairs are very untidy. Looks like it needs a good tidy and some TLC!
There was no hot water at all so it was a freezing cold shower or nothing!
- Wendy (6/5): - Beds were comfy, breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly but, there was no hot water at all, couldn’t wash or shower!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Inn at bit tired and needing updated. Room very small for one person with no tv and the shower did not work with only a trickle of cold water. Staff were very nice.
- Ian (6/5): Pub with rooms. - Friendly host, large room, good WiFi, convenient parking, central location but surpisingly quiet. Interesting Tudor building but everywhere was a little tired - nothing like the photos on their own website.
Breakfast was fine but no choice offered other than standard English with a couple of cereals and an orange juice. Excellent coffee. No sign of the promised restaurant.
- PETER (10/5): - Staff really really helpful and an excellent breakfast
- Peter (2/5): Best avoided - Stayed in a standard double room. Heating was completely off and no supplementary heater provided so, with sub-zero outside temperatures, the room was icy. No extra blankets provided. The single-glazed windows did nothing to keep out the booming traffic noise from the busy road next to the place. Walls are paper thin, so every sound from other rooms is loud and clear. The place is closed and locked by 9pm, so late-comers may have a problem. Overall, primitive, basic accommodation, very expensive given the poor level of quality and comfort.
- Andy (8/5): Olde world comfort and service - Avery comfortable stay with a warm welcome and a really good breakfast .
- Manuel (6/5): - Could do with a refresh.
- Philip (8/5): - Friendly , helpful people .Nice local pubs . Lovely countryside and cities not far away.
- Mark (10/5): - Really friendly owners - very nice breakfast - cushions & blanket in room rather ‘tired’, but landlord and landlady were lovely.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Quirky and cosy pub - Booked The Inn for a one night stay when attending a wedding at a venue nearby. Our room was cosy and comfortable. The host, Mark, was friendly and welcoming. We had a delicious cooked breakfast with local ingredients, which went down a treat before our journey home. Thank you!
- Mike (8/5): - Very old and quirky property, felt like you were on a ship, sloping floors that really old places have. Excellent breakfast and service, good choice of drinks but no dinner available when we visited. Enjoyed our visit.
- Kirsty (4/5): Not the stay we hoped for - Accommodating for an early arrival, but disappointing stay. No hot water on arrival nor the following day, not ideal when your going to a wedding. No shower gel or shampoo just a large bottle of antibacterial hand wash.very dated and sadly over priced for a nights stay £95 was a lot of money for a disappointing stay. But friendly owners.
- David (10/5): - Excellent period property with a really vomfy room. Breakfast was superb and the owners were very friendly. Would happily stay again
- Julie (10/5): - Lovely old characterful building. Very nice hosts and lovely location.
- Philip (10/5): - Had a great time, owners very friendly and a gorgeous little town.
- Glen (8/5): - Enjoyed our stay at The Inn in Bromyard. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Mark was a helpful and welcoming host.
- Mike (10/5): - The property is 15/16th Century. It is quite a privilege to stay in such an old property. Naturally there are quirks that come with age, so expectations need to be adjusted. Nevertheless we had a very nice stay. We were welcomed warmly and well looked after throughout our stay. Each day started with a full English breakfast and a good cup of fresh coffee. Thanks for a great stay.
- Christopher (8/5): A nice stay. - Always tricky to review an historic building when they are hotels. The welcome was lovely and breakfast was excellent. Bathroom needs an update. Beds were fine, we slept well. It was quiet and pleasant. The odd eccentricity can be overlooked. Only thing I would say, because it was a pub walking through the bar to breakfast was the debris of a previous nights good time. Old food and glasses, which is not great but can be mostly ignored. The bar does close early so those in the hotel can get a good nights rest. We were out late with family so that would not have bothered us.
- MISS (8/5): - Lovely, warm welcome. Very helpful to meet our needs.
Really comfy bed just the shower was very slow running.
Perfect cooked breakfast.
