The room smelled funny when we got in but it was more so because it needed air circulation. The A/C was off when we arrived, so I was likely just stuffy.

- Maria (7/5): - Front desk was very nice. Although they were very busy. The ladies upfront did take care of the issues we had. The guy I think was new. The beds were very comfortable. We asked for service and didn't not get any til day 4 and asking for towels several times before actually getting any. There was trash from a previous guest in my room. And my 2nd room smelled horrible like urine. We did get moved after complaining about it twice. The 2nd lady I mentioned it to did finally get us moved and the night front desk lady took care of it. The free breakfast is always a plus but this time it was usually cold.

- Kathryn (7/5): Friendly staff - The staff were very friendly. Good breakfast. Plenty of towels and soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The location was great, very close to everywhere we needed to go. Very affordable. The tables and floors in the room were sticky when we arrived. There were sticky cup rings of soda or juice on one of the night stands, the table by the couch, and the desk that we had to clean before using those surfaces. There was a bright flashing light inside the smoke alarm that went off at regular intervals, which I understand is likely a safety requirement, but it was right over the bed so it kept me up. We had to pay to park overnight at the hotel (not a huge deal, $4 a night, but the first time I've ever had to do that outside of a parking garage, and it wasn't advertised or mentioned when I made the reservation) but nobody asked for our license plate number and it was just the parking lot in the front of the hotel.

- Mckenzie (1/5): Not clean. - The front desk receptionists were very nice and welcoming. I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of my room during my recent stay at your hotel. Upon checking in, I was very surprised and uncomfortable to find the room in an unsanitary state. There were crumbs all over the bed, a noticeable pink lipstick stain, and several curly strands of hair on the comforter, in the shower, and on the sheets. This was extremely concerning and far below the cleanliness standards I expect from Hampton Inn. It made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned or inspected before my arrival. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how it will be addressed. A refund, room credit, or other form of compensation would be appropriate given the circumstances. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

- Ashley (7/5): - The space in room was nice. The pool was nice. The breakfast was horrible. Made us sick. They didn't clean our room. We had to ask for towels and for toilet paper. The website said the room with 2 queen beds had a roll in shower which it did not. They had to put us in a king suite with only a fold out couch which was horrible for my handicap daughter and son in law to sleep on.
