Vistas fabulosas para as pistas. Tiveram a simpatia de fazer um upgrade, apesar de tudo os quartos são muito pequenos com uma casa de banho minúscula.Mobiliário antiquado. O pequeno almoço é limitado

- John (9/5): Lovely short stay while on a roaming ski trip. - We only stayed for a single night but enjoyed it very much. Welcoming at reception and explained everything nicely, good food and an extensive bar area for drinks. Rooms were lovely.

Der Service ist extrem aufmerksam. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr einladend. Ein großer Pool der ganztags genutzt werden kann. Auch der Saunabereich hat Charme. Im Ruhebereich mit Blick auf die Berge fühlt man sich wirklich wohl. Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön. Blick in die traumhafte Landschaft der Dolomiten. Wir buchen garantiert wieder.

- Vučković Aleksandar (10/5): Вреди доћи - Хотел је веома симпатичан, има задовољавајући СПА део, са сауном, ђакузијем, хладним базеном, термалном собом, базеном, и делом за одмарање. СПА део је чист и одржава се. И што је битно вода је довољно топла. Вечера је била јако укусна, особље веома љубазно, док је на доручку могла бити и кајгана а не само кувано јаје, али је свакако довољно квалитетан избор јела био и за доручак али ми из Србије волимо мало јачу храну ујутру :) Има скијашница, лоби у којем може да се одмара после вечере. Стварно вреди доћи. Соба јесте мала од 13 м2 али не проводи се пуно времена у соби па то не утиче на доживљај. нема. Мада је чудно што су врата од соба и купатила прављена на висину од неких 170 цм

Das Essen war super lecker und die Servicekräfte freundlich, nett und lustig 🤗 Im Pool 🏊♀️ konnten wir täglich schwimmen, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Durch die Herzlichkeit hat man sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Jeden Tag bei Kaiserwetter auf der Piste ⛷️ war herrlich ☀️ hier gibt es nichts zu erwähnen

Ho fatto anche una escursione con Carl insieme ad altre persone dell'hotel Serena ed è stata fantastica da ripetere assolutamente! Ho mangiato divinamente e ho dormito con i rumori della natura che circondano questo magnifico Hotel. È un posto meraviglioso. Tutto lo staff mi ha trattato come una regina. Grazie!

- Markus (10/5): - Super leckeres Essen, sehr freundliches und schnelles Personal, sehr schnelles Internet ,tolle Aussicht und ein hervorragender Wellnessbereich. Das Zimmer war etwas altbacken und sehr hellhörig, wodurch ich durch Geräusche anderer Personen in der Nacht öfter mal aufgewacht bin.

Significativa l'attenzione ricevuta a sorpresa per il compleanno di mio figlio, con il tavolo preparato per la ricorrenza.
- Erik (6/5): Niente da dire per una notte in velocità in montagna, ma non per una vacanza in famiglia con il cane. - Lo stile classico alpino e la posizione e’ quello che ti aspetti, una signora nel servizio ristorante e’ stata molto simpatica e cortese. L’offerta cena e’ coerente con un 3 stelle e soddisfacente, la colazione invece ottima e amplia, da 4 stelle Mi aspettavo la terrazza come fronte/ingresso mentre invece era l’esterno del solarium. il bar e’ in una stanza chiusa interna senza sbocco esterno e senza servire tavoli esterni, io con il cane non ne ho potuto usufruire. La piscina e’ freddina e ha solo una vasca grande, con un bambino oltre 10 minuti non stai, di 3 docce per lavarsi prima di entrare ne funzionano 2, o non ci sono indicazioni di come funzionano. Durante la prenotazione viene indicata una camera family, che come si legge nel sito è formata da 2 camere distinte unite da un arco, con il cane mi andava benissimo, come conferma mi e’ stata data la family standard, che invece è una camera normale con un divanetto trasformato in letto per il bambino, questo non specificato nel sito. Le seppioline fritte come scelta nel menu cena non siamo riusciti ad accettarle. Alla fine e’ il prezzo pagato per il 6 settembre che non ci fara’ tornare.

- James (10/5): It was a really nice surprise to have booked this Hotel. We will go back again one day - Exceptional guest care from all the staff. The owner is extremely interesting, friendly, approachable, and generous. These qualities are evident in every detail of the property. The cuisine was sublime, well varied, elaborate, tasty, and artisan food. The relaxation and wellness area, complete with all the amenities, was also perfect.

Il personale - dalla reception alle sale, alle addette alle camere - estremamente gentile e disponibile. particolarmente simpatico, gentile e professionale il barista. Ottimo il buffet della prima colazione. Non ho potuto provare la zona benessere/sauna. Ho trovato all'ultimo momento una stanza il 20 agosto, pienissima stagione. Per cui ero contento "a prescindere". Mi è stata data una piccola stanza singola, molto "francescana", con un letto assai stretto (ma io sono alto 1.90) con la finestra appena alle spalle che non poteva essere socchiusa, pena un terribile spiffero. Panorama nullo: vista su un bel muro bianco....Molto ampio il bagno, ma decisamente antiquato e scarso nelle dotazioni. Non posso giudicare le altre stanze, spero più accoglienti della mia. La sensazione è che l'albergo abbia bisogno di un bel riammodernamento enerale, ma comunque va bene anche così.

- Peter (9/5): Angenehmer, ruhiger, entspannter Aufenthalt - Schöne Lage des Hotels. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Wegen Ferragosto hatte ich ein älteres "Notzimmer" zum günstigeren Preis mit Sonderkündigungsrecht erhalten = fair.
- Alexandra Julia (10/5): Sehr feiner Aufenthalt mit dem Radl - Das Zimmer war klein, aber völlig ausreichend für alleinereisende :) leider war mein Zimmer nicht mit der schönen Aussicht auf die Berge... alles sehr sauber & bequem, Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lecker, am Ferragosto Tag gab es sogar ein Gala Abendessen mit 3 Gängen & Aperitivo zuvor, ein absolutes Highlight! Ich bin mit dem Rad gekommen & konnte das im Skiraum abstellen, sehr fein.

- Susanne (8/5): - Sehr großes Hallenbad mit Wellnessbereich und Terrasse mit Liegestühlen mit tollem Bergblick. Sehr gute Küche, sehr leckeres Essen, haben eine geführte Wanderung des Hotels mitgemacht. Diese war ein Erlebnis. Großer Parkplatz. Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage. Alles super.

Leider zu kurze Öffnungszeiten für Hallenbad und Sauna, sehr alte Zimmer mit Doppeltüren und zu niedriger Türhöhe, Sanierungsstau,
