• Ljubov (9/5): Nice hotel in the center of old Cusco - The property was located in quite street and in the center of the old town. The stuff on the reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean with huge terrace with a city view. The breakfast room had amazing city view too. The water in the shower drain didn’t go down.
• Rebecca (6/5): Cute hotel, good location, hot water issue - Quaint hotel up in a nice area, good location and decent breakfast with a great view! No hot water in the mornings which is an issue. This was explained that they turned off the hot water overnight and if the hotel is full, there is no hot water in the morning. Hotel room did not have any natural light apart from an internal window that faces on to other rooms (may not be all rooms)

Camas cómodas Comida fresca al desayuno Buen servicio de habitaciones Se escucha las conversaciones de las habitaciones del lado , y de afuera , ventanas y puertas delgadas , poca aislacion de sonidos , mi ducha estaba tapada me ofrecieron una habitación nueva , por lo que se solucionó rápidamente . Nunca vi waffles Almohadas podrían mejorar mucho
• Marcelo (9/5): Ótima acomodação, localização excelente e equipe super simpática - Quarto espaçoso e silencioso, cama confortável, chuveiro com água quente e bom café da manhã. O sinal do wi-fi é muito bom, o que foi fundamental para que eu fizesse meu trabalho remoto. A equipe é excelente, simpática e deu algumas boas dicas sobre locais para comer na cidade. Não bastasse tudo isso, a localização no bairro de San Blas é a melhor da cidade, na minha opinião. Há muitos cafés e ateliês e um mercado tradicional por perto, e a acomodação é próxima o suficiente da área central para que pudéssemos fazer tudo à pé.

And the wifi speed is like it’s 2010. ( I tested multiple if their wifis). No window outside. My view was other rooms. Some of the lights were flickering all night every night.

• George (10/5): Great Stay. Great Staff. - Located in San Blas, which is close to everything you want to see in Cusco and its a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great resturaunts nearby. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel is spacious, clean and very quiet. The staff, especially Luce, is awesome. They are friendly, helpful, and nice to talk to. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is excellent, and the showers are powerful and hot. I stayed here for about 17 days, coming and going between trips elsewhere in the Sacred Valley and the rainforest. Like most other hotels, they will store your bags while you go away on shorter trips to other places. This is a really nice place to stay and appropriately priced. Nothing.

Justo fuimos por el cumpleaños de mi mamá y nos atendieron de forma cálida y personalizada, además que también nos ayudaron con información del lugar y puntos cercanos. En todo momento sentimos que estaban al pendiente de nosotros. Además que la ubicación al salir es súper linda porque da a la cale Tandapata que es súper linda y de noche también se ve súper lindo. Todo ok!

• yuval (9/5): - מקום ממש נחמד! כל העובדים היו מקסימים ואפילו נתנו לנו להשאיר את התיקים בכל פעם שנסענו לטרק. המקלחת הייתה מפנקת - עם זרם טוב וחמה ממש. בלילה האחרון הייתה כנראה תקלה והיא הייתה קרה. ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה- בופה עם אבוקדו, ביצים, ירקות ופירות אבל בגלל שיש שם עובדת אחת לפעמים צריך קצת לחכות. המיקום נהדר! השכונה האהובה עלינו בקוסקו. בסך הכל היינו מרוצים. ההמתנה בארוחת הבוקר הייתה לפעמים קצת מבאסת והמלון יקר יחסית למה שקיבלנו
• Vinicius (9/5): Muito boa, todos gostaram da viagem. - Eu gostei de tudo do lugar. A equipe foi bem atenciosa e prestativa, o lugar estava em uma localização muita boa, era limpo e organizado. O café da manhã foi bem diverso e gostoso. A equipe também nos ajudou bastante com nossos tours, agendando guias e motoristas, além de diversas indicações de lugares para ir. A única coisa ruim do hotel é que ele tem 3 niveis. São dois predios de três andares conectados, sem elevador. Se você tiver algum problema de locomoção contacte as atendentes para que elas lhe deem um quarto mais em que precise subir menos escadas.

• Lynn (8/5): J’y retournerais volontiers! Autour ou prèsde beaux petits restos, café, marché. - L’accueil et l’emplacement et la magnifique vue au petit déjeuner! J’ai eu deux différentes chambre. Une avant le départ d’un trek et l’autre après, dans les deux cas, l’eau de douche se ramassait sur le plancher, les plastiques cellants ont tombé.
• baez (6/5): Baja calidad Servicio al cliente - Las habitaciones tienen mucho detalle hermosas y lo que más me gustó fue la vista y el desayuno , dulce salado bastante variedad estaba en un buen lugar muy céntrico y con mucha vida nocturna El personal arrendé 2 noches el día anterior estaba en machupicchu y justo comenzó una protesta pararon los trenes no pude salir del pueblo de aguas calientes avisé al hotel y me dijieron que estuviera tranquila que ellos me esperaban tuve que arrendar otro hotel haya , al día siguiente se mantuvo pero ya debía volar a mi país me fui por vías alternativas y cuando llegué al hotel después de 8 horas agotada me dicen que ellos me cobrarán por no modificar la estadía y le indiqué que nadie me dijo nada cuando avisé y me dijo nose aquí no aparece nada le mostré el mensaje y me dijo bueno yo la puedo recibir le cobro una noche pero avisaré en la aplicación que usted no llegó para que le cobren la multa , estaba tan molesta pero ya estaba muy cansada y solo quería ducharme y descansar , ok te pago la noche y yo vere con ellos por qué tengo todos los respaldos que les avisé con tiempo , doy gracias que en la aplicación me ayudaron pero que mal recibimiento y sobre todo como residentes sabían lo que estaba pasando en aguas calientes , tampoco te guían por qué para llegar en auto me dejaron en la plazoleta san Blas y subí con maletas muchas escaleras , cuando me fui en la mañana le pregunté y me dijo otra señorita si quieres te puedes ir por mercado san Blas y es liso , entendí que debiera ser los primero que te debieran decir cuando arriendas el hotel , te ofrecen taxi 30 soles al aeropuerto y por aplicación Uber 17 es muy pintoresco el lugar pero no volvería por calidad de servicio al cliente no te guían solo cobran y te envían a la habitación

• Olga (9/5): - Great location and comfortable rooms on several levels. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Lus. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and direct access from a taxi, so hotel stuff carried all our luggage bags. The hotel also has oxygen to support those ones who are struggling to accommodate and they call clinics in case of emergency.
• caroline (10/5): Very central, comfortable, friendly and reasonably priced. - We loved the location first of all but then we loved the clever hotel design, the comfort of our twin room, the fact that there was a radiator in case we were cold , , and that there was amazing water pressure so the showers were really great. Breakfast starts earlier than a lot of places and offers a good selection of fruit, cured meats, eggs, cereals etc The staff were so friendly and helpful and Lus, at reception made our stay so much more comfortable. We decided to try the massage on offer, so we both had one. On consecutive days, with different masseuses. Who come to your room with all their equipment. We can highly recommend this and were impressed by how much good it did. They also have luggage storage facilities. I should add that the views on the town are also very good. Nothing.

The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Janet who gave us great recommendations on where to go. The tv didn't have any international channels on it, so we weren't able to watch the news.

• Lucy (5/5): Passable - The hotel kept our bags for us while we went on a hike for 2 days. While the staff were very nice, I wouldn’t recommend staying here simply due to the noise at night. There was extremely loud base music playing until midnight on the night we stayed here, even white noise wouldn’t drown it out.

• Rachel (10/5): Beautiful View In An Artsy Area - Very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The breafast was delicious and healthy. It's in a quiet area away from the main square. The window of my room was in line with the terrace, so if I opened it, people could see right in. It also is up a hill from the main square, which is great after you drop off your luggage.

As a woman on a menstrual cycle this is just not acceptable. No water from the tap or shower. Felt horrible the whole day impacting my holiday. Cleaning/showering is a basic need. Therefore I am going to email and request a refund.
• David (7/5): Nice breakfast and breakfast view. - The location was great for exploring the San Blas neighborhood area. They provided a good variety of breakfast foods and the view of the rooftops and city from the breakfast room is very nice. We liked that there was a heater in the room because it was rather cold. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, clean and the bathroom was well-appointed and had hot water. The staff was pleasant. We were dissatisfied with the hotel charging us a VAT charge (only applicable to Peruvian residents) and they tried to pass it off as a commission. They are clearly not following the policies as a booking.com vendor and should be audited. The room itself, which they call a courtyard view was on the ground floor and was rather dark and cold. Thankfully, they had a heater. Don't expect privacy if you opened the curtains to let natural light in since all the rooms are facing each other. Our room window faced the stairs so we kept the curtains closed at all times.

The rooms and patio/terrace are gorgeous with amazing views from San Blas neighborhood although it does require a bit of uphill walking to get to your hotel each day from the main plaza. The breakfast was alright but they will make you a fresh egg of your choice each morning. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable and I had to wear ear plugs to sleep bc the walls were very thin

The location was perfect - the hotel is right by San Blas, which we loved, because it is a beautiful square and the vendors are less pushy than they are in Plaza de Armas. In addition, there are very nice restaurants nearby, as well as a small corner store and a pharmacy. Breakfast had a wonderful view and the balcony view was one of the best that we saw in all of Cusco! All the staff were super friendly! Danitza, in particular, was amazing and helped us with so much! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!
