- Lynne (8/5): - Good room. The staff were very helpful. Poor European menu, few options. The cold plunge pool in the onsen does not have a safety rail.

- yukari (10/5): - 大浴場が広く、露天風呂も2階にあるので 最近騒がれている熊被害の心配が無く、清潔で最高に快適でした。スタッフの方は良く気付き、素早く対応して下さり 助かりました。夕食、朝食がとても美味しかったです。 あえて言うなら、隣の部屋の声や物音が聞こえました4人位で声が大きい方々でした。建物の構造上仕方がないと思います。 それ以外は、とても快適に過ごしました。

- ママさん (10/5): 満足な二泊 - 浴室の貴重品入れの鍵をなくしたところ、すぐ対応し開けてくれました。結局見つかりましたが。チェックインも予定があり少し早めでしたが、部屋に入れ荷物を置くことができました。 満足な2泊で、良くなかった点はありませんでした。
- SATOSHI (10/5): 素晴らしい温泉でした - お風呂も部屋も広々していて、ゆったり過ごせました。お祭りを見に行く時に、雨が心配だったのですが、傘を貸して頂き、雨が降る中も安心してお祭りを楽しめました。道の駅が目の前にあり、楽しめた。 高校生が合宿をしていて風呂でやや騒がしい感じがした。
