- Marites (10/5): - clean room. if you need more towels you just ask the front desk. they are very helpful if you need tours to be arranged. there's a restaurant on the first floor with good food. list children as adults if you're going to book this hotel as they won't be included in the count (the reservation only counted the 5 adults) or you will have to pay for their breakfast.

- Christopher (4/5): - Most uncomfortable bed I've had in Boracay. Water for coffee but no coffee, tea or fixings. Balcony door didn't completely close and window wouldn't open or close. Little things that should have been fixed were left as is. Very poor included breakfast and luke warm.
- Zascia (10/5): - Very friendly and warm staff including Jon, Walzy and Charlie who took keen interest in our comfort and satisfaction for our honeymoon. Decent room, delicious food and breakfast included and ease of access to the shore with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. This resort is a true piece of paradise but would not be complete if it were not for the genuine staff who made our stay even more memorable. A
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good for the price. - Location is the main draw card for this place, step right onto white beach from the hotel and far away enough from Dmall where it’s a bit quiet. Literally in front of the white beach pier for boat activities. Price is great for what you get, really big rooms and pretty quiet. The hotel Is ageing and is showing some signs of wear and tear but if you can look past it you get a pretty good stay for a very cheap price. Breakfast is ok, varied options and taste is alright.

- BCM (6/5): Zeer matig - Mooie foto’s en het klopt wel, MAAR: Bedden te hard en niks aan te doen, je kan beter op de grond gaan liggen, het is ws zachter dan het bed. Airco, wat hard nodig is ivm warmte, ingebouwd 3000 jaar geleden en verder niks aan verandert/ onderhouden. Vreselijk lawaai en in de nachten niet te doen. Ontbijt erg beperkt, voornamelijk gericht op filipinos. Verder erg eenzijdig. Vriendelijk personeel en aan het strand
- Kunio (10/5): - ステーション1の船着場の先にあり、ホテルの目の前はすぐに砂浜。アクビティの船着場までは人がかなり居ますがその先にはあまり人もお店まないのでかなり静かです。不便な点として端にある以上、お店やレストランなどはあまり選択肢がないかなと。ステーション2辺りまで歩くと選択肢が増えます。ホテルの従業員はかなり親切です。
- Erickson (10/5): - It’s an old hotel, hence, the spacious rooms are legendary. For a minimal room rate, our room is twice the size of the other hotel we stayed at for thrice the price. Will come back to this hotel for a longer period next time.

- Xer (2/5): - No welcome drinks, Breakfast was only pakbit, Egg and Loaf. Nothing else. Room is spacious but outdated and lack of interior designing. No other amenities... The worst part is, the pitcher's cover was very dirty. The only interesting fact is, they are located right in front of the white beach. All in all, it's NOT worthy as rate is higher while getting less.

- Ariel (10/5): - Friendly staff. Attentive to our needs. Their tour assistant named King made our short stay really worth it because he guided us and made sure we were gonna have fun. I would recommend him to anybody staying at royal park hotel.
- Rogie (6/5): - Previously stayed at this property in 2016 and found it good and value for money. The place has been re-painted cosmetically and bathrooms renovated, the staff were also welcoming and kind. However our party of 6 became unwell with severe chest infection, we are all still unwell. We suspect is due to the air-conditioning and/or linen. We found the rooms smelt damp / mouldy and in one room we noticed a leak coming from the ceiling. Likely filters have not been changed or cleaned. Also not enough seating at breakfast for all rooms. And if you would like dinner/lunch you need to reserve in the morning. A shame from our previous stay, probably not stay again. Thanks

- James (6/5): - The staff was incredible. There was nothing else but the room which was ok. There was no pool or anything extra. There was no private beach. The beach lounge equipment like l chairs and umbrellas were old plastic chairs and there was only a coiple. When i go back i will not stay there because there are many other hotels with nicer amenities for about the same price.

- Jacky (2/5): Terrible service hotel and NOT helpful - We didn't get to stay at we booked (10 Apr to 14 Apr) due to Boracay will close down for maintenance, even the airline reschedule our ticket to earlier time(March) without any extra charge or full refund of air tickets we bought It. We explain the situation to hotel for change of date (20 March) plus we don't mind to pay the extra service fees, but the hotel didn't help us and request us to pay more expensive rooms due to extra service fees and full payment (non-promotion rate) for new rooms.
- Verified traveler (8/5): 5 days- Awesome place but service could be better - We planned a family trip and decided to stay at Royal Park as it was referred to me by my sister. We arrived at 11AM and check in wasn't until 2PM but the front desk told us as soon as a room is available she will get us in it ASAP. we were welcomed with drinks and a very happy, cheerful employees. Party bars and a lot of food places around the area. we have booked to do some excursion for our stay there and was given a fair price. we were waiting for friends to come and once they have arrived they found a better deal and we decided to go with them and asked to get a refund as they were charged cheaper price for the excursion and wanted to be together. The waiter that got us the price the first time have given us an attitude and wouldn't want to associate with us ever since we asked for a refund. breakfast wasn't as comfortable because we were given such a bad vibe that when we ask for drinks we were only given 1 drink per table. he was not very accommodating and I think was not very professional. but other than that, everything was okay but 5 days in that place was a little too much. one of their employees was very helpful from when we left. had a great time but just that one experience we encountered with was just a huge no.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Paradise is Struggling - This is a great location right on the beach and perfect for water activities. The breakfast was adequate with local style food. There is lots to do if you choose to. We spent our time relaxing: swimming, walking and exploring the hills. If you want to be in the heart of the action, this is the place to be. The island in general needs to supply hygienic water to shower and wash your hands. The staff were helpful and friendly. Be aware that Boracay in my opinion seems to be overcrowded with tourists and the infrastructure seems to be struggling to cope, e.g. sewerage. If you want a quieter stay at Boracay, between Tuesday and Friday seems to be the time when it is not so full on. A great marching band at night, echoing through the streets was a splendid performance to see and the fire-dancers were fun to watch. There is lots to choose from in regards to restaurants or food places to cater for all budgets.

It far enough from the center for those who would like to experience a quiet place but close enough to D Mall for those who would like to have fun at night. It's at the border of fun and solitude, and you can choose both.

- Diana (8/5): nice hotel very near the beach - The hotel is very nice for family vacations, reasonable price for a big room, big comfortable beds. It is also very convenient if you want to go around boracay because it has an entrance gate by the street. It is just a few steps to the beach. If you want to eat or drink, their restaurant is just beside the beach and a waiter is always there ready to serve you.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Affordable Hotel - My stay was great. I was able to check in an hour earlier. The staff were corteous and attentive. One staff remembered that I take my coffee black. I was pleasantly surprised that buffet bfast was included and there is dedicated wifi in the room. The hotel also provides free drinking water. Bottled drinks in Bora are very expensive. The location is great. near to both station 1 n 2. The beach front is near the water and not too hot unlike in stn 1. There is a police right beside the hotel. But there is a pulic pathway right beside it as well that anyone can just pass or enter the hotel specially in the middle of the night or early morning.

But the most memorable & enjoyable thing about staying at the Royal Park is the staff. So helpful & friendly and by the end of our stay, Jonel & his team had made us feel like family. - SARDORJON (6/5): Clean but old - Cons: Our room was 101 & there was a window just looking to the wall. At 5 pm people would start cooking & air con will start blowing stinky oily air into room. Breakfast consists of 2 kinds of pork sausages (which we muslims don't eat) , rice, egg & toast. Pros: helpful staff, daily good housekeeping, relatively quite area.

- Chad (2/5): Bed harder than a rock - The hotel needs major up keep it is in a great location but it's dated now. The beds are really uncomfortable and the included breakfast isn't much. The staff is OK but overall I'd stay away from this place. No point in getting a hotel you can't sleep in. Also my reservation had a free welcome drink noted, it's just something else I didn't get.

Trustworthy staff, I have to leave my wallet and cellphone each time I need to swim on the beach and thy have this safe in the reception area. Room is huge and with wooden furnitures. Feels like home. Love the beach chairs in front of the beach and Filipino breakfast. Will definitely be back and book this hotel again. - craig (10/5): Lovely hotel - Lovely hotel faces the beach step off the steps and your in an alfresco type area to sit lay and relax. Eat your meals there in the evening excellent views it has it all.Rooms are clean and spacious the staff are friendly and willing to help
