• marine (8/5): Le JEJU STAY SOFT - La chambre était bien, bonne proportion, la salle d'eau était bien décorée et propre, couleur agréable, il y avait un micro-onde et un distributeur d'eau à l'accueil. Proche de la mer et du temple à visiter. GS25 et Nice to CU, restaurant, coiffeur, onglerie etc... à proximité. 👍 L'isolation à renforcer, on entendait les valises dans le couloir, les clients parlés, il faudra changer le revêtement du couloir d'accès aux chambres. Pas de lave linge, pas de bouilloire, celle qui était à disposition ne fonctionnait pas!!

• Blondeau (9/5): PERFECT ! - Great hotel, the staff speaks English which really is a plus. The hotel is completely new, then the furnitures are too, which is very enjoyable. There was a TV in our room, we were able to connect our Netflix account very easily to it and it was very enjoyable to be able to watch our series in our room. If you need a kettle it is at your disposal in the hallway in the drawers same as towels, cups, toilet paper etc... I really recommend this hotel ! There is a smell of fresh paint, I personally don't mind at all and you can smell it only in the hallway.

Tout étais sale et rien n'était propre on nous a laissé un dentifrice usagers, des tasse avec un fond d'eau, de la poussière partout, un miroir recollé avec du scotche, la douche qui fonctionne à moitié, des matelas ou les ressort te fond mal au dos enfin bref la pire experience de ma vie
• Magda Rocio (1/5): Dirty and unpleasant experience - Nothing in particular The hotel was very dirty — the bathroom had mould on the walls, and the bed looked like it hadn’t been changed in a long time. The whole place felt unclean and poorly maintained. Reception staff didn’t speak English, which made everything even more difficult. I honestly didn’t like anything about this hotel.

• Masanori (8/5): - 宿泊料金が格安なので満足です。毎日シーツやタオルの交換、ミネラルウォーターのサービスがありました。外観や施設内はやや安宿っぽいですが、部屋自体は清潔で快適でした。コンビニも徒歩３０秒圏内で、東門市場にも徒歩で５分程度で行けます。

• Iines (9/5): Perfect for a solo traveller - Even if the staff spoke limited English, they were still super kind and helpful. The room description said a hairdryer was included with the room but there was none to be found. But I guess if I were to ask for one I would have gotten it(?)
• Verified traveler (2/5): - 매달 제주로 출장을 갑니다. 스테이호텔은 제가 20년넘게 다녀본 수많은 호텔중 최악입니다. 불결한 화장실 찢어진 벽지와 이불의 습함 이상한 냄새가 나는 별로 시원하지도 않은 에어컨 끈임없는 모기의 공격 엄청난 스트레스를 안고 재대로 자지도못하는 그런 호텔입니다.

• HYUN (10/5): 착한 가격에 더한 충실한 서비스 - 저렴하고 민박이나 모텔 정도의 청결 상태이지만 7대가 들어가는 부속 주차장(바로 주변에 자동차가 60대 정도 들어가는 대형 공영주차장도 있어 주차걱정은 전혀없음)이나 매일매일 제공되는 하우스키핑, 충실한 관광정보 제공등은 제대로된 호텔임을 증명한다. 또한 바로옆에 제주목 관아(관아에서 제주스테이호텔 간판이 보일 정도...)가 있고 차를 타고 약 4분 거리에 용두암, 10여분 거리에 동문시장, 제주시청등이 있어 관광지 접근성은 매우 뛰어난 편이다. TV는 볼 수 있는 채널이 많고 누워서 보기에도 불편하지 않은 크기의 모니터이다. 주변 환경은 매우 차분하지만 적막하지는 않아 분위기는 좋다. 한 건물 바로 옆에 큰 CU편의점이 있어 술이나 물, 간단한 식사와 간식 수급이 용이한 것도 좋은 포인트. 위에서 말한 공영주차장 옆에는 GS25편의점도 있다. 홀로 이용시 재투속 의사 있음. 아쉬운 점이라면 에어컨 성능이 좋지못한 편이라(에어컨도 룸에 비해 작은 편인것 같음) 적어도 30분은 틀어놔야 시원한 정도라는 점 정도? 그래도 전반적으로 꽤나 만족스러웠다.
