- Ingrid (9/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit in allen Dingen. Pool sehr schön auf dem Dach und essen im Rooftop-Restaurant sehr lecker. Auch Cocktails 🍹 sind sehr zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko… die Musik die gespielt wird, immer europäischer Radio-Pop und ein Wäschetrockner auf dem Balkon wäre gut.

- David (8/5): Beautiful hotel but on a busy road - Staff were exceptional. I cant thank them enough. Hotel is very nice, good rooms, big beds good bathrooms. Noise from road was an issue for me personally. Only 6 sunbeds by rooftop pool. Hotel is not on the beach but only a 5 minute walk away. Restaurant and particularly bar pricing needs to be more competitive. Alcohol expensive.

They even surprised me with a small birthday cake, which I truly appreciated. - One thing I really loved is how considerate they are with their guests. Even after check-out, if you leave your luggage with them, you can still use their shower room before heading to the airport. They provide towels and even a blower, which was very convenient and thoughtful. They also have weighting scale to check your luggage - The food and drinks at the restaurant were also really good, and the view from the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. - The whole hotel has a peaceful ambiance, and it smells good, especially in the lobby. I also noticed they have a gym available for guests. - The location is also convenient — around 20 minutes away from The Edge and Koral Restaurant. One thing to note: the hotel is very eco-friendly and focused on conserving nature, so guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries. Complimentary items only include a toothbrush and hair net. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

- Dina (9/5): - Невероятно мною любимый отель. До него жила в 2-х других 4* в том же районе, этот лучший. Красивый большой номер. Прекрасное расположение. На крыше есть хороший ресторан. Рядом один из лучших салонов массажа. Персонал чудесный, всегда готовы помочь. Если есть вопрос, проблема, пожелание - все решат, помогут, подскажут. Shanti - отдельное спасибо за потрясающее гостеприимство и внимание. в этом отеле как-то полтора месяца прожила, знаю о чем говорю : ) не всегда стабильный wi-fi. но если вам не нужно работать, то его точно хватит

- Mariyam (8/5): В целом впечатление от отеля осталось хорошее. - Хорошее расположение, вежливый персонал, чистота, вкусные завтраки, но до хороших заведений нужно было вызывать байк или такси, пешком дойти не получится, по дороге тротуар заканчивался. Запах канализации при включении воды в душе и сливе унитаза. В душевой постоянно отваливался регулятор температуры. В тренажерном зале кондиционер слабоват. Но это все мелочи.

- Assel (8/5): в целом все хорошо - бассейн на крыше - топ! особенно на закате, в целом чистый отель, находится вблизи главных дорог, можно везде доехать. мы жили на 5м этаже, и над нами был то ли ресторан то ли еще что-то, но постоянно ночью было слышно, как двигали стулья. и персонал каждый раз спрашивал из какого мы номера, когда мы входили, что доставляло дискомфорт.

Вкусные завтраки, всегда всего хватало и никогда не уходили голодными. Чистые номера с огромной кроватью, есть телевизор с возможностью подключения к своему ютуб. Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал. С радостью рекомендую отель всем интересующимся об отдыхе на Бали🤍

Ожидали немного бол - Удобно, что с отеля ходит автобус в Bali Collection, откуда и до пляжа 5 минут пешком. Скудный выбор на завтрак, кофе (из кофе машины) за отдельную плату. Выбор блюд в кафе на крыше сильно азиатский. Поблизости нет ресторанов в пешей доступности.

- Jelena (9/5): - Отличный отель, соотношение цена и качество. Находится в 10 минутах пешком от моря и променада. Рядом магазины, кафе, рестораны, массаж. Номер большой, кровать удобная, есть балкон. Уборка каждый день. Чай, кофе, чайник в номере. Отличный персонал, предоставляют зонты, полотенца, помогают перейти дорогу, очень приветливы. По вечерам иногда присутствует запах от водохранилища. Уже требуется ремонт в ванной, шампунь, крем для тела - имели не очень приятный запах.

Номера больше подходят для командировок по работе, чем для отдыха у моря. Нет места для сушки вещей. Номера тесные, тëмные. Завтраки скудные, столы не сервированы. Местоположение у дороги, до пляжа топать минут 10-15 пешком.. В тренажёрном зале полуживой кондиционер.
