• Jeroen (5/5): Prima gelegen plek, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. - Het was fijn dat het in de stad was en alles goed te belopen was. - De overlast van de nabij gelegen club. - Water was de eerste dagen lauw en later gewoon koud. - het personeel waar je ontbijt doet, waren ook niet altijd vriendelijk.

• Mehmet Ali (6/5): Good Place, needs some work - The location was good, the facility was new and well maintained the rooms were pretty, and the insulation from outside noise is amazing but thats about it If you're running a touristic business, have someone who can speak English in your premises otherwise it's really hard to communicate. We waited like 5 minutes to enter the place, then were greeted by someone who did not speak a single word to us since she couldn't speak English. Insulation from inside noise is not good, you can hear everything happening on the corridor, maybe add more insulation on the doors (not sure if that's possible) you can hear even the tiniest voice in the corridor

The location is very central so everything in walking distance. Check-in and check-out are very quick and easy. The host was very responsive. Minor points but still worth mentioning: - little room to move or to put clothes somewhere - noise from the club downstairs - some light coming in from the room door side - room door can only be closed with strong movement

Ho soggiornato con mia mamma per due notti, posizione ottima, camera stupenda, pulitissima, letto grande e comodo, dotata di ogni comfort. Per non parlare di Alessandra che ci ha dato un’ottima accoglienza, sempre pronta a rispondere a ogni esigenza con dei modi cordiali, sempre disponibile e solare. Se torniamo a Firenze alloggerei sicuramente qui ancora! nulla!!

• Manuela (10/5): - Posizione eccellente e camera bella, pulita e spaziosa. La proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. La stanza era poco illuminata. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a fare colazione perché il bar che la gestiva apriva alle 9 (sono stati gentili a darci 2 cornetti e due succhi in un sacchetto da asporto).

Petit déjeuner proposé dans le café en bas, pratique et délicieux. Aperitif offert pour s'excuser des désagréments. Différents poblèmes dans notre chambre, frigo hors service, 2 parties déco manquantes dans le mur, et 2 trous au plafond. Tout le reste était parfait, dommage car la déco n'était pas à la hauteur de la prestation attendue.

• Thomas (7/5): Super Lage, enge Zimmer! - Lage ist das große Plus dieses 4-Zimmer Hotels. Sehr zentral, Fußweite zu allen Sehenswürdigkeit inkl. Bhf, auch zum Piazza Michelangelo. Gut war auch der Balkon der Lobby und die Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby inkl Keksen und Bonbons. Badezimmer war topmodern und ausreichend groß, mehr Platz dort als im Schlafraum Frühstück wird als fabelhaft bezeichnet bei Booking. Richtig, es ähnelt einer Fabel. Es gibt ein Toast belegt nach Wahl, ein Heißgetränk und einen Saft. D ahaben wir alle schon fabelhaftere Frühstücke gesehen. Zimmerstandard war ok, aber sehr sehr eng. Kien Tisch, kein Stuhl (nur ein Hocker) kein Platz für Gepäck und entgegenkommen darf einem niemand im Zimmer. Kühlschrank war defekt, man reagierte auch nicht auf meine Meldung per WhatsApp/SMS, und eine Reception gab es eh nicht.

Host was great to deal with and responsive. - Great location but very difficult to get to by car as it’s in the ZTL Zone and parking was hard to find even though the BandB let us know where to go. It was close but without an address etc, it’s hard to maneuver through the small streets. The host helped with our bags once there so that helped a lot after dragging the luggage on the cobblestone streets. Somewhat difficult and hard when you’re exhausted. All part of the adventure I guess. Room was very hot as the AC is set. Bed was very comfortable and even though people complained about the bar noise, we didn’t notice it too much.

• Mason (10/5): Great location, great vibes! - The location is perfect. We had a very easy time walking around the city from Benci House. We also really liked the high ceilings. It makes the room feel bigger than the square footage. Two things to note that didn’t bother us but might be tough for others, the area right outside is very lively at night (we were there on Friday and Saturday so maybe extra lively when we were there). The double paned windows do an excellent job of dampening the noise but there’s definitely still a low rumble. Again, it didn’t bother us or keep us from sleeping but be aware. The other thing is that the AC seemed to be on (according to the wall unit) but we never felt any air blowing out of it. This was not an issue for us in early October since it was high 60s or low 70s during our stay, but in the summer it might be tough. All in all, I’d recommend to any couple looking to explore Florence for a few days.

A due passi da piazza Santa Croce, vicina al fiume e agli Uffizi. L’arredamento di design é azzeccato, ci sono comunque riferimenti alla natura in Toscana con gli elementi decorativi delle camere, una diversa dall’altra, ispirati agli alberi dei boschi toscani. Pochi attaccapanni nell’armadio, nessuno per poter appendere dei pantaloni. E comunque l’uso dell’armadio é riservato a persone alte almeno 1.80…

• LAUREN (9/5): We had such a great time at Benci House! - Such a modern and quirky property! The location was absolutely ideal and we could not fault the service. My only small recommendation would be for the opportunity for a little more lighting and also, two pillows each instead of 1. Sleeping with 1 pillow was quite uncomfortable for me and this would have helped me sleep better!

• Peter (10/5): 😊 - Perfekte Lage um die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Auto konnten wir in einem benachbarten Gebäude parken (valet parking), alles problemlos. Wie häufig in alten Gebäuden kommt von der Holzbalkendecke das eine oder andere Geräusch, wenn die Obermieter toben.
