- DCPan (10/5): - Fabulous location between various local street eats and the famous Tamsui Old Street, this tiny boutique hotel is a hidden gem! I was greeted by the charming receptionist at the elevator who kindly guided me to a few local eats while keeping my luggage safe since I arrived before check-in time. Not only were Irene’s recommendations fabulous, she made sure my room got cleaned first so I could check-in early and get settled in. When I asked about some travel logistics to the venue for my event, she kindly figured out the bus route for me and anticipated my various other travel needs. As you can see from the photo, the room is nice and clean, with complementary beverages and hot water machine for those of you that like to make tea or coffee on the spot. Seriously though, beyond being nice and clean, it’s the concierge like service that really sets the place apart. I would recommend this place whole heartedly without reservation!
- Richard (8/5): Poor location for my purposes - My trip to Taipei was a last-minute change in plans and I didn’t spend much time checking hotels. The quality of the OpenRoom was fine, but I thought the location was poor. For my purpose, sightseeing in Taipei, it was very much out of the way. The room itself was perfectly acceptable and the Internet service was the best of any of the four hotels I stayed in on this trip.

- JIM (10/5): CP值極高！！ - 入住過程雖然發生了點小插曲但是櫃檯小姐的表現確實是大大的加分。 房間部分推薦面向淡水河的房型（可以選擇），不管早晚景色都很漂亮、九樓的高度能把淡水河跟對岸八里盡收眼底。 櫃檯小姐的服務也令人激賞，詳細的講解附近景點、以及大眾運輸搭乘方法；在地人推薦的景點、餐廳還有伴手禮；甚至連為什麼鹽酥雞攤大排長龍這種事情也清楚真的是令人敬佩。 絕對會推薦朋友入住，是我目前住過的所有旅館中最讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。

- JI YUN (10/5): 겉으로만 봐서는 모를 알짜배기 호텔 - 역에서 5분 정도 걸으면 되는 데다 단수이랑 가까워서 위치는 좋습니다. 다만 처음 입구에 도착했을 때에는 빌딩 외관이 허름해 보여 조금 실망했고 게다가 문을 어떻게 열어야 하는지도 몰라 고민했는데, 막상 안으로 들어서니 실내는 굉장히 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 게다가 방도 의외로 넓었고 가장 마음에 드는 것은 바다가 내려다보이는 커다란 창문과 그곳에 앉아서 간단한 술이나 식사를 할 수 있도록 섬세하게 준비된 벤치와 테이블이었습니다. 게다가 리셉션에 계셨던 스탭분이 너무나도 친절해서 정말 인상적이었습니다.

- Yi Ki Janet (10/5): 淡水酒店級水準的旅店 - 以為旅店剛開沒多久, 職員告知原來已開了5年 位置都容易找, 用google map就找到 地下門口像住宅, 有lift, 旅店在9樓, 進去前要先脫鞋, 換上拖鞋 房間十分乾淨整潔 (所以以為是新旅店); 又夠大, 設備跟酒店一樣, 該有的都有. 另外還有溫/熱飲水機, 職員說水機會定期清洗, 可放心飲用 ; 雪櫃有汽水(好像是welcome drink?) 職員很友善, 態度很好, 會主動問有沒有什麼地方想去... 又會告知好吃的店及買手信地方. 訂房時覺得以淡水區來說房價有比較高, 不過被網站相片吸引, 所以還是訂了. 住過後便覺得物超所值, 實際環境跟相片一樣... 真心推薦

The neighborhood is great with street markets nearby on both sides of the street. The room came with complimentary food and drinks and a machine that produced hot and cold water. - Verified traveler (10/5): 8泊の長期滞在でも快適。スタッフが対応できる時間帯にだけ要注意 - ホテルスタッフの対応はとてもよく8泊の滞在を快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、初日フライトの関係で早朝現地に到着したので、事前に確認していた荷物のチェックインをしにホテルに行ったのですが、スタッフが来るのが9：30からとのことで、旦那と2人で計4つのスーツケースと共に時間をつぶすのがとても大変でした。24時間体制でスタッフがいれば100点です。 あと、事前に荷物のチェックインができると返答いただいたときに、スタッフがいる時間帯をしっかり伝えてほしかったです。それ以外は立地、清潔感、スタッフの対応など大変満足のできる滞在でした。
