- Jason (10/5): Spacious room, good value, just hot at night - Really great room for the price, large and spacious, clean and quality service. Unfortunately the air conditioning for the whole floor I was staying in wasn't working so it would get quite hot at night.

- Yauheniya (2/5): - The hotel experience falls far below expectations. The room fails to meet the detailed description provided. In the family room, which was promised to have 2 twin beds and 2 king beds, we were instead provided with 2 twin beds and only 1 king bed. Furthermore, the room itself is in a state of disarray, with noticeable dirt and grime. Upon using the tap, brown water mixed with sand flows out, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. The condition of the toilet is equally disappointing. Horrible cigarettes smell around whole hotel.

Receptionists are rude, don’t understand the basic customer service skills, hardly speak English (which is not an issue but given this is a hotel they can at lest attempt to use google translator), don’t understand how to resolve issues.i used the spa and it was great. Had a massage with a guy and he was very good. Gym was ok. Lobby area looks like Soviet times which I like but surely not for everyone’s taste. Hotel is far from the centre but yandex is very cheap and easy to get. Don’t let distance put you off. It feels this hotel caters for Russians only.

Ceck-in molto lungo, ristorante con poca scelta e anche qui molta attesa con personale totalmente assente in alcuni momenti. Camere ampie e pulite ma totale assenza nei dettagli, colazione varia con dolce e salato ma se si scende più tardi si trovano i piatti vuoti non rimpiazzati. Comunque per il rapporto qualità-prezzo va più che bene.

- Sergey (6/5): Будет с чем сравнивать. - Забронировали семейный номер с 4 полноценными кроватями, а предоставили люкс с двумя, с раскладушками для детей. От люкса одно название, номер простенький, меньшей площади и дешевле семейного... Правда надо отметить, что после обращения к администраторам, нам предоставили бесплатную парковку (место перед входом в отель за 5 долларов США в сутки) и один бесплатный завтрак (простенький завтрак по цене 1000 российских рублей на человека). Поэтому мы посчитали данный инцидент досадным недоразумением. Тем более провели в отеле одну ночь - 9 часов. Знаем отели в Минске поинтереснее и комфортнее, с не большой разницей в цене.

- EDUARD (10/5): Современный комфортабельный отель - Современное здание. Номер (улучшенный) просто огромный, из двух комнат, с двумя санузлами, двумя большими телевизорами, большим количеством кресел и столиков. Кровать большая и удобная. Два шкафа.Сейф. Минибар. Воду ставят только при заезде (2 маленькие бутылочки), потом только из минибара за деньги. Чайника с принадлежностями нет. Два халата, тапочки. Хороший завтрак. Заселяют и выселяют быстро. Персонал очень вежливый.

Was surprised to see how modern everywhere was and how clean and lovely parks. Even the roadsides were cultivated and all grass areas cut and cared for

- Steven (8/5): Good area, but a little spartan - Located on a major road, just across from a beautiful park area (and Lukashenko's house). Breakfast was a bit Soviet style and the place could do with a coffee shop for snacks and quiet meals. It has a spa with most things you could want though maybe the fitness equipment could be upgraded a little. I booked a superior room (probably the same level as a standard room in an international chain) which was short on convenient electric sockets . It was quiet, even so close to the road, with a good view of the park, reasonable bathroom and toiletries, mini bar and a partially opening window (I am not keen on hotel rooms without opening windows). Close to malls, restaurants, cinemas, sports facilities, stadia and modern offices. Overall a good proposition.
