- Emil (5/5): Personel, Lage und Internet waren gut und Reste nicht. - Lage in Zentrum und gut Internet. Kleines Zimmer mit alten, zerstörter und ausgenutzter Austattung. Das Zimmer war nicht lang renoviert. Um zu kacken, must du am Klo drehen. Im Zimmer war keinen Fenster. Auf dem Wand war Feucht oder Pilz.

- Samyel (10/5): BEST HOTEL IN GAZIENTEP and Ive stayed in many! 5 STAR SERVICE! - I did not try the breakfast as I do not eat breakfast ever so i cannot comment on the food. The location is excellent for travellers. The city is truly modern. if you are into travelling further on the Coach station will take you as far North as ISTANBUL and as EAST as Sanliurfa and further. So you dont even have to hire a car! GREAT PEOPLE and TRULY HONEST. I love Gaziantep Whats not to like? The hotel is really swanky and the staff were very helpful. After I checked out the hotel staff called me to let me know i left a piece of jewellery in the room. That caught me by surprise as i am not used to this kind of honesty (being from the UK where theft has been so common place that it becomes the norm). The Turkish people are tremendously Honest and Respectful.

- cem (2/5): Rezalet - Merkezi konumda ancak buzdolabı bozuk saç kurutma makinası bozuk havalandırma çalışmıyor klima canı isterse çalışıyor prizlerin yarısı çalışmıyor. Klimanın üzeri bir parmak kalınlığında toz ile kaplıydı abartısız. Yatak başlığı toz icindeydi. Battaniye kokuyordu pisti. Nevresimlerde sigara yanıkları vardı. Penceresiz oda havalandırma da çalışmadığı icin gece oksijenimiz bitti ve kapıyı açıp havalanmasını bekledik. Yan odalarda yabancılar kalıyordu ve geç saatlere kadar bağırarak konuştular duvara vurduk susmadılar. Sabit telefondan lobiyi aramak istedik telefon da çalışmıyordu. Burayı özellikle otoparkı var yazdığı icin tercih ettik otele gelince otopark girişi göremeyince arayıp sorduk ve otopark olmadığını söylediler. Civarda ücretli otopark varmış biz akıl edememişiz ama otelin özelliklerinde otopark var yazıyor fakat yok herhangi bir otoparka bırakacaksınız arabayı. Kendinize olan saygınızı kaybetmenize sebep olacak bir otel.

- Marianatravels (7/5): Value for money for solo traveller - It was cheap and came with my own bathroom and working air-conditioning which was really needed in the summer extreme heat. The bathroom was old but quite clean thankfully. The room had all kinds of amenities (cotton buds, soap, shampoo, slippers, shoe spoon, shoe shine, prayer mat) and I think an iron too? The guy who checked me in was not friendly. The room is dusty, floor was not clean. The bed was very hard to sleep on but I was exhausted so I just slept anyways.

Clean, air conditioner is working perfectly, clean bathroom. Hot water is working at evening and at morning. Usual Turkish breakfast in the early morning (boiled eggs, grilled vegetables, potatoes, sosiges, watermelon, tomatoes, cheese, natural butter, honey... it's a good breakfast for this money. Restaurant on a roof, with a beautiful view of the city.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Tekrar tercih etmem - Gittiğimiz sürede 12.30 da check-in yaptık oda çok küçüktü belirtilen ilanda yazıyordu ancak normal bir ihtiyacınız olan tuvaleti bile bacaklarınızı sigdiramiyorsunuz tuvaletin yerini bari düzgün bir sekilde koysaydiniz. Duş gideri çok geç gidiyordu. Buzdolabı ve ketil calismiyordu biz gerekli bulmadık kulanmayi genelde dışarıda oldugumuzdan. Gittiğimiz zaman yağmurlu ve soğuktu o yüzden batineyeye ihtiyaç duyduk dolapta olan bataniyede kocaman yanık delikleri vardı. Odalar arası ses geçirgenliği çok fazlaydı. 3 gün kalacağımız için temizlik servisini cagirmadik bir yorum yapamicam. Genel olarak çok kötüydü uyumak için bile tercih verilmezdi beklentiz çok yüksek değildi ancak bu şekilde olacağını da bilemezdik

There was a reason we asked for no payment in advance, payment to be done on arrival, we needed 3 different invoices but they charged all from one company card, so, so annoying, here the major responsible is Expedia than Pamuk City Hotel.

- Roman (7/5): Not bad for the price - The hotel is located in the very center of the city. There was an unexpectedly comfortable bed in the room. I booked a Standard double room and I got a tiny room with a small window (50x40 santimeter) just for ventilation. The bathroom was also extremely small. There was an air conditioner unit outside the window which was very loud, so I had to close the window to be able to sleep.

Benden önce kalanın sabunu lavaboda duruyordu. Duşta traş bıçağı vardı. Klozet kirliydi. Otel sahipleri varsa müdürü mutlaka her müşteri çıktıktan sonra kontrol etmeli. Resepsiyon da gündüz çalışan 2 arkadaş çok ilgiliydi sağolsun.

The check-in is easy with very friendly and helpful personal. It is in the center of Gaziantep, just some minutes (walking) away from the main square and castle. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a great stay and I would recommend it!

- azipprich (8/5): My stay at Pamuk - What made my stay at Pamuk City Hotel was definitely the staff that were very helpful and accomadating to all my needs. From receiving help and interacting mostly with Murat and Edip at the front desk to the darling Zumru that was always so kind in the restaurant. Fayat was another gentleman who deserves credit for being so helpful. Last but not least the night crew were also good to me. Now the actual hotel. The location and value for money are good. Hotel in general has the facilities you need and is clean. The basic rooms could be updated with windows/more ventilation. Some rooms did have the smoke smell hence better ventilation is key to reduce smell for non smokers. If you upgrade from the basic rooms for a small fee I believe you"ll have what you need for a great stay at Pamuk City Hotel. Thanks again to the staff for making my trip and my stay great!

The major problem is that heavy cigarette smell gets to your room from the other rooms and that makes you suffecated at time, you leave your room every night till past midnight when the smokers sleep then you can go back to your room to sleep.
- Taha (6/5): Mr - The hotel looks nice, the staff are very nice, the room was big enough but not that clean. Breakfast is good(a topical turkish breakfast). But there is a serious problem with the room and that is if anyone is smoking in any of the rooms next to your room or above your Room, the odour of the cigarette comes directly to your room , turkish people are heavy smokers and you won't be able to sleep at night if you're like me sensitive to CIGARETTES, and this is a very serious one. The other problem, you can virtually hear anything that the residents in the other rooms in your floor do or say and that means no privacy.

Kapıyı kimin açtığını bilmiyoruz.

- OBK2014 (2/5): Disastrous - A pity, because location is good, and the hotel itself not all that bad either. Yet, my experience was disastrous. With the elevator broken and sleeping on the 6th floor, the rather rude receptionist made me walk up and down at least four times before they could get my key working. Bedsheets were wet! Not just moist, but wet. Upon asking the staff, I was told the dryer was broken, and no dry sheets were available. Sadly, it did not end there, for the nextdoor nightclub kept pumping out loud music until dawn. If you end up here, make absolutely sure you get a room as far away as possible from the front, which is just fifteen meters from the club.

- GrantBud (2/5): Worst experience ever!!!!!! Pervets! - This was by far the most disrespectful and horrible hotel I have ever stayed at. Regardless of the poor sized rooms, which for the price were not so bad, the staff was unbelievable disrespectful. During the day, despite "Do no disturb" hung over the door, we returned to our room to find one of the staff coming out of it. At that time I was a bit naive and let it go. We made sure do not disturb was hung again; despite this at 7 am, one man, using the key, came into our room. Thankfully myself and my wife were decent but it was clear that they were looking for glimpses of women. Afterwards, I confronted them about it, but they claimed that the door said "please clean" and afterwards they switched it, but this was an absolute lie. We were a bit naive about this, as although there were two girli clubs next door (pavyons), but the staff insisted that there was no connection and that they were disgusted with such things. Had we not been absolutely exhausted when we arrived at 5 am we never would have stayed there, but never in a million years would I have expected such serefsizlik. Other complaints were room service taking orders but not providing anything (we waited 2 hours for food before we found out that it wasn't coming).
- gonkobunko (8/5): Average Hotel - Stayed 3 nights. Room was clear and staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean and large enough. Breakfast was finished because of an Arabic group... At first they asked for more money than you see at booking.com but when i insisted its not right, they accepted the same price...At least cheap and clean hotel and good location. There's a nightclub next to hotel enterance, which can be noisy sometimes.
