Guest Reviews
- timothy (8/5): - Friendly staff food well prepared and generous. On whole room and breakfast room clean and tidy. Did found outside areas not well lit which wasnt good as was with someone who is partially sighted also the tv had very few stations to watch.
- Kevin (8/5): Happy - I enjoyed my stay needs a bit more attention but great value I would stay again
- Paul (10/5): Farmhouse breakfast - Quiet location very genorous accommodation, small fridge in room beds though on the firm side. Breakfast got better each morning
- Martin (10/5): - Great place to stay breakfast is fantastic
- Philip (10/5): - Excellent overnight stay in this delightful spot in the South Downs, close to Worthing. Beautifully modernised premises in spacious well-kept grounds. Our room was first class, as were the service snd the excellent breakfast, cooked in front of us. Altogether a real find.
- Raz (10/5): - Great stay
- Roger (10/5): - This is lovely. Accommodation is good and practical. The breakfast was really good. Tricky walk to the worlds end pub but you are in the best Sussex countryside so enjoy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to have stayed longer

- Justin (10/5): - Beautiful location, my boy's love it here
- Rebecca (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay and were made to feel very welcome by all the staff from check in to breakfast and check out. The property is beautiful with lovely views. We had a lovely spacious room which was fantastic as we had our 2 dogs with us. Bed was super comfy, lovely toiletries and teas and coffees in the room. Breakfast was delicious and we were lucky enough to sit outside in a beautiful little sun trap with stunning views to eat ours. We also had some lovely woodland walks with the dogs right next door! Only one thing that would have made the experience totally perfect was if there had been water in the room. Even just a kilner bottle of tap water would have made all the difference. We took water from the bathroom tap out of desperation but was not sure if it was drinking water. Thank you though for such a lovely stay!
- Fleur (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Quiet, peaceful, lovely welcome on arrival, breakfasts very good. I would definitely stay here agaain if the room was available
- Markys (10/5): - Beautiful environment, countryside. The B&B is down a narrow, bumpy lane so drive slowly! The room we stayed in was one of the little ones, but it was clean and serviced well. It was warm and the breakfast was excellent with very friendly staff.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Birthday - Nice spacious room. Good tea and coffee making facilities however no bottled water. Breakfast excellent. We went with our dog and no dogs allowed in the breakfast room so we had to sit outside, fortunately it was a warm sunny morning however the outside tables and chairs were dirty and covered in cobwebs so we had to ask for them to be cleaned. No dog poo bins on site and the staff told us to leave the bag by a wall and the grounds man would dispose of it.
- Jonathan (10/5): - Idyllic setting
- Sue (10/5): - What a lovely place to stay. The welcome from Steph was warm and she recommended an excellent pub 'Worlds End' down the road to eat - which didn't disappoint. The rooms were spacious and some lovely touches with toiletries, biscuits, teas & coffees. Breakfast was cooked to order and again the service was excellent. Will stay there again when we are in the area.

- Chiron Health (10/5): Nice B&B - Lovely place. No phone signal on Vodaphone and wi-fi down so I couldn't work as planned.
Lovely staff - especially the chef.
No bath, which I would have liked. Otherwise no complaints.

- James (10/5): Lovely stay - We loved our stay in the B&B. Pleasantly surprised on our arrival to find our family room was in fact a whole apartment with separate bedroom for the kids. The beds were really comfy and they felt incredibly spoilt with a sofa and large TV just for them. Breakfast was lovely, really friendly staff and a hassle free stay.
- Chris (10/5): Amazing B&B - Stayed in a lovely spacious family room. Room was clean, staff were friendly - especially Andy and the breakfast team. Great relaxing location.

- Lee (10/5): Fab location - A very quiet location on a Farm just off the A27, a picturesque place to enjoy a couple of nights stay. With some local Pubs around the corner (walking distance), it gave you eating options. Breakfast was just the best, a very enjoyable full English cooked for you, the staff are so pleasant and nice, well worth a stay here, we will be returning in the summer so we can take some longer walks around the property and local tracks.
- Wayne (10/5): Worthing business trip - Ideal location for easy access to Worthing. Friendly staff and breakfast was great - they catered for my gluten intolerance. Will be staying again👍
- Ian (10/5): Amazing stay - The entire stay from start to end, including accommodation and breakfast, both of which were huge, was AMAZING.

- Matthew (10/5): Weekend break. - Location and accommodation was perfect. Surroundings were stunning and well kept. Room was very spacious with a large bathroom. King size bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were warm and welcoming.
- Bridget (10/5): - Lovely relaxing location
- adam (10/5): - Selden farm is in a lovely tranquil setting, surrounded by countryside. The accommodation is great and we had a lovely time. The best part had to be the breakfast cooked by a very friendly "Brian Blessed" style chef. I normally would never order Avocado with poached eggs, but it was delicious. It was a mix of chilli, lime, peppers and Avocado. Presentation was amazing and blew my expectations out of the water. The next day I had the full english and it was just as delicious, if a little less fancy (which is fine by me!). If we are ever in that neck of the woods again, we will definitely return.
- Beverley (10/5): Very tranquil with wonderful views - Had an amaxing 2 night stay. Check in to check out was very efficient.
The breakfast ( full english) was great and plenty of it. There was cereals and fruit but didnt sample these. The room was very spacious and a lovely double shower with powerful shower. There was everything you would need in the room , from iron, ironing board to umbrellas. The only downside i found there was no mirror in the bedroom part (only a wall length one in the bathroom) which is no good if trying to get ready and the bathroom is being used.
Aoart from that this is an amazing, tranquil place to stay and would not hesitate in staying again with the wonderful views
- Pamela (10/5): - Excellent
- Elzbieta (10/5): - Friendly staff, big rooms, lovely surroundings.
- Steven (10/5): Great, friendly place to stay - Second year we have stayed at the farm. Just full of character and really nice staff. Even offered a member of our extended family to join is for breakfast.
Certainly some element of our room were getting a little shabby, but adds to character and is always clean and tidy. Only the weather spoiled this trip this year..
- Daniel (10/5): Can’t wait to go back. - Had a wonderful time. The room was very comfortable and a good size. The breakfast was fabulous, cooked to perfection and the staff were really friendly.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely staff and great rooms. Nice setting and all round perfect find
- Monika (10/5): 10/10 stay - What an amazing place! Beautiful surroundings, you can't fault accommodation either and breakfast was superb, cooked and served by very friendly staff. 10/10!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Breakfast was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and prepared excellent food during our stay. Our kids were more than happy with the selection of fresh and cooked breakfast offered daily! The service was fast, meticulous and discreet. Very polite people, really made our stay extra special! The breakfast area by the lawn offered incredible views. It was the best start to our day! We cannot thank them enough!
- David (8/5): - The highlight of our stay had to be the breakfasts supplied by chef Andy. Beautifully cooked and presented.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This BnB is a lovely stone building wedding reception venue comprising very well-finished rooms surrounded by rural vistas. Two pubs are very close but closed for Covid.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Amazing breakfast
- Kurt (10/5): Great location - Great location, friendly staff and plentiful, cooked to order breakfast. The chef was very accommodating to our two young children's wishes. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of four, with own front door. Lovely country walks on the doorstep.
