- Irene (10/5): - Great staff , clean rooms, a really nice little hotel!
- Gregory (10/5): - We arrived late, rang the bell, and very quickly the manager came to the window and checked me in. The room was clean and the bed was good. The climate control was perfect. I would stay here again.
- Roma Mari (4/5): - They mistakenly give us the 1 bedroom instead of 2, so we had to transfer all of our stuff to the other room
- Diane (10/5): - Really like the renovation
- Danielle (10/5): - I arrived late and the person who checked me in made me feel welcomed and it was a very easy process. Got right into my room which was amazing since I was exhausted
- Lucian (4/5): - Was bit over ten times by some type of bugs.
- Hilary (8/5): Easy - Very easy and easy out, simple, clean, no nonsense

- Carla (8/5): - Fair price. Bathroom is dated and needs to be updated. But functional and clean.
- Paulette (10/5): - Clea. Very nice. Greatl place … easy to find
- Gary R (6/5): - Room smelt really bad and had a hard time sleeping. The sheets had a bad smell. Only good thing was the bathroom which was clean
- Brian (6/5): - Nice simple room. Clerk(manager) was not welcoming.
- Salomon (10/5): - It was great, clean and comfy
- Derek (2/5): - Dirty, smelly tweekers looking in cars
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean, no frills, well-run, good rest - Spotless, clean! Nice family runs the place. Classic, basic motel. Very firm mattresses. Quiet, nice little town.
- Monte (10/5): - Older property completely refurbished. Very nice.
- Stephen (8/5): - Clean basic motel. No breakfast, but clerk recommended Lumberjacks for breakfast a few minutes away, which was good.
- Kimberly (8/5): Quiet, smaller motel caught in the ‘60’s - Nice quiet location. Rooms were large, but could be improved by enlarging the bathroom space. Also could use more closet space - my room did not have one. There was nowhere to hang anything.
- Charles (10/5): - —
- Jeremy (6/5): - Was clean. People were nice and was quiet. The only thing was the bed was very hard.
- Greta (10/5): - This was a very nice stay. The bed was comfy, the A/C worked well, and it was quiet. The only weird thing was that there were no towel racks in the bathroom. The check in person was super nice.
- Jill (10/5): - A very clean and comfortable establishment.
- Janiel (6/5): - The stay was good for the price it was clean. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and I didn’t like the bathroom was very small and the toilet was so close to the sink. But it’s a quit call area and it was not too bad.
- Jennifer (10/5): - I booked this last minute when I was too tired to continue my drive and it was a great experience
- Irene (10/5): - Great staff, clean rooms , pretty property!
- Nagarjun (10/5): - It was good especially the proximity to the ocean was a big plus!
- William (10/5): - Extremely clean and well worth the money.
- Curtis (10/5): - Very clean. Quiet, slept very well.
- daniel (10/5): - This is a older motel, but its nice location and clean.I like being able to park in front of my room because I'm traveling on my motorcycle.
- Steve (8/5): Decent - It’s not a bad option. Price wise it’s good, it’s older but been recently renovated and repainted, so no problem. There’s a little group of hotels right here that are similar, all fine.
- Cheryl (8/5): - Everything was good and as described
- fred (10/5): - Excellent mattresses, price, TV location.
- Lauren (10/5): Great spot, quiet, clean and safe!! - Really good spot, lots of food choices and 2 supermarkets right down the street, Dollar Tree, fuel stations, etc. Felt like safe part of town - Room was clean, quiet and easy parking. Thankfully the room smelled great, no smokers there which was AWESOME - will totally stay again!!
- Gayle (8/5): Nice visit - Very clean. only complaint is that the mattress was very hard.
- Joshua (6/5): It work - Just needed a basic place to sleep for a couple of days for an event. It served that purpose well. I would not hesitate to use it again for the same reasons. If i were plannig couples or family trip i would pick something else.
- Cathie (10/5): - Neat and clean. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
- Barbara (8/5): - Very clean place but our dog did not feel comfortable going pottie in the decorator rocks. Maybe smaller gravel in front of rooms would help.
- Thomas (8/5): - I didn't like that i wasn't supposed to have any visitors. Not anyone going to stay. Just a friend coming to visit me. My purpose here is to visit old friends here in town
- Tami (10/5): - Everything was wonderful!
- Corby (10/5): - It's a nice old style motel where you can park in front of your room. I liked it very much.
- KARL (6/5): - Quite
- tommymM427JG (4/5): Not really a handicapped room - Willims has about three motels from which to choose. We picked this one because it was a dog friendly. It is very much an old style motel, reminiscent of some of the old route 66 places. We asked for and thought we got a handicap room. However, the door to the bathroom was not wide enough to get my walker through. The toilet was so low I felt I was sitting on the ground. It is an Indian-run operation and I don't mean Native Americans. On the bright side, beds were comfortable, and our room was spacious. Everything was clean. No breakfast was offered.
- Evelyn (10/5): - Room was spacious. Very quiet area. I was able to park my car right in front of my door.
- Rex (6/5): - Updated but bathroom was very, very small.
- Vincent (8/5): - I liked the ability to pull directly up in front of my room. Keep an eye on my vehicle. I feel that the sink in my room was a little too retro.
- Joe (10/5): - Great little motel. Comfortable and clean. The shower head needs to be replaced but otherwise we enjoyed out stay.
- Haleymae (6/5): - Sketchy activity in the parking lot and adjacent rooms, charged extra fee for pet, heating and AC thankfully was not central but also didn’t
- Christina (8/5): Friendly Staff - Front desk was helpful in suggestions of where to eat and what to see around the area.
- Rodney (10/5): - Property was clean and with plenty of parking
- Michael (10/5): - I would stay again next time in town.
- Melyssa (10/5): - Dated but very lovely one night stay. SUPER CLEAN and comfortable. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again when passing through for business.
- richard (6/5): - Nothing fancy but clean. area around the motel was good and there were restaurants nearby.
- Tim (8/5): - Friendly and clean facility. Great shower!!
- Chris (6/5): - Property was dated but well kept outside was freshly painted and the inside was clean for the price nice motel in my opinion
- Amber (8/5): - Excellent AC and really nice staff.
- Rafael (10/5): - Great place,home away from home
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good deal - Quiet, clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price on a holiday weekend.
- ram (8/5): - clean decent safe motel in a good area - safeway, Mcdonalds, taco bell all close by.
- Nancy (8/5): - Enjoyed our stay.
- Michael (10/5): Clean budget motel - I had a non smoking room and was glad to find it did not have any smoke order. Often you find with budget motels the nonsmoking rooms do have cigarette smell. This one did not. Also the bed was comfortable. Plenty of channels to watch on the TV.
Convenient restaurants nearby. Had breakfast at Lumberjacks. Also there is Loose Caboose Cafe to the north a bit, good for sandwiches and salads for lunch, they close at 3 pm though. The Ramen place "Ramen Cubed" is great, for the small seared tuna plate or bowl of ramen. Nice town. I was there during "Frontier Days."
- la casa (8/5): - A good y quiet place, the town is beautiful
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good for those who enjoy peace and quiet. - Though the palace was quiet peaceful and affordable there were no shops or restaurants and you will have to drive some 31 miles of winding road which is about 53 some exhausting minutes to get to some decent restaurants and shops.
- Gordon (8/5): - Ok for the price
- Rafael (10/5): - Great staff, always with a smile. Make me and my crew feel like home away from home
- Michael (10/5): - This is a good value for a low-budget place. Older but clean and well-kept. No lot lizards or voucher types. Would stay again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Raspberries - Dead roaches outside the doors, shower floor dirty, furniture dusty. Would not stay here again.
- Julie (8/5): - Large parking lot, they only have queen beds
- Robert (10/5): - Great place to stop along the 101
- Rita (8/5): - Good place to stay for a night.
- marianne (10/5): - Everything here I need to get a good nights rest.
- Rita (10/5): - Nothing fancy, but easy and had amenities we needed.
- David (6/5): - The bed was too hard and not enough pillows
- Russell (10/5): Nice and clean - Very clean, nice room. Liked that it had a mini-fridge and microwave.
- Shawn (8/5): - The property was good for a travel motel. The room did not smell, the heater worked, and the dog was welcomed. The do charge a bit extra to have a dog in the room, but what place doesn't at this point.
- Claire (10/5): - Simple, clean and quiet motel.
Good value and pet friendly.
- Erica (4/5): What the heck is this? - Lipstick on a pig. Super out of date, coffee that has nothing sanitarily packaged, bathroom ridiculously small, toilets had a hard time flushing, carpet was sticky, blankets were thin, mattress was hard, pubic hair on towel, towels were too little and thin, shower made for children being VERY small and 10 coats of paint covering all visual defects. Gave it 2 stars because you can survive here and thats it. Put it this way, Motel 6 is an upgrade. Motel for truckers!
- Zack (8/5): - Better customer service
- Krystiianna (10/5): Best little motel in town - I can't say enough good about this place. Super cozy, extremely clean. I woke the lady up at midnight when I rolled into town, and she made my check-in so very easy. She was friendly and fast. The bathrooms were really clean. The next day after I showered, I was there when the cleaning crew came by. I asked them if I could swap out my towels only, and she offered to come in and clean the floor and empty my trash. I told her it was ok I just wanted a clean towel, and she was very friendly. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. Great location. I will absolutely stay here again.
- Valerie (10/5): Little Gem in heart of downtown Willits - I chose the Lark Inn on the day I was driving home from Oregon to Marin County California. It was mid September, looking for a place under $100 for a good nights sleep.
Well, I was very happily surprised with this lovely little place:
1) extremely clean and safe environment
2) wonderfully solid & comfortable bed
3) nice closet nook
4) large bathroom, stall shower, good sized bathroom counter space sand all meticulously clean
5) great screened windows in bathroom & bedroom - opened all night for the fresh air
6) yes, rug in bedroom yet newer & clean
7) friendly staff for check in & out
8) will definitely stay again on future trip
9) also nice small refrigerator, microwave & on wall flat screen television
- Phillip (8/5): Clean place to stay - We went to the steam expo. It was a nice clean place to stay. The odor in the room was a bit strong but we opened up the bathroom window and door and it made it all better. I would recommend this hotel as it was clean.
- Laraine (8/5): - Very comfortable and clean
- Irina (10/5): Good motel - Everything we needed to stay for a night was there. Comfy bed, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Area looked safe. I walked my dog in the dark. Fast food stops and gas stations are near.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Hospitable staff. Great central location. Comfortable and roomy.
- Giovanni (8/5): - The area is beautiful and we enjoyed our getaway.
- Melanie (10/5): - The staff was knowledgeable and kind. There was everything you could need and more in the room. Electric fire place pillow chocolates, extra blankets n pillows, make-up towletes etc. The cutest shopa and restaurants across the street. A
- CHERYL (6/5): - A bit outdated. No cell phone plug-ins in lamps or clocks.
- Tammy (10/5): Coastal drive - I thought it was a fine place to stay
- LAURA (10/5): - Hotel was well maintained for older property. Room was comfortable and clean and appeared to be recently painted. Small updates like new comforters would go a long way for modernizing. Owner family was very pleasant. While there was no breakfast or on-site laundry, there is a laundromat across the street and a block from McDonalds
- J T (10/5): - WEasy to book anmd find.
- Barbara (10/5): - Loved the clean motel and it's location. Close to fast foods, restaurant and gas station.
It was quiet too!
- Lucas (10/5): - It was very clean and in good condition. A/C worked well on a hot night.
- Harold (8/5): - Cheap, clean and convenient. After reading other reviews concerning sticky carpets I was concerned. But my carpet appeared on the newer side.
- Charles (10/5): Lark Motel - Was Great! quite, easy access and parking!!
- Zak (10/5): - Nice and clean place to stay, no complaints
- ali (6/5): - Booked a queen sized room and instead got a full sized bed. The shower was dirty and had dirt on the bottom. In the bathroom, when you get off the toilet, it rocks and hits the wall. Would not stay here again.
- Anil (4/5): - Sticky carpet in my room.
- Victor (10/5): - It was good, my suggestion is that they should give the customers heads up about not having non smoking rooms available
- Victor (10/5): - very nice
- E (6/5): - Check-in was easy. The room was large and comfortable. Wifi steady. Water pressure in the shower was good and hot water hot. There wasn't a closet. The electrical- lamps and plugs need serious work. The beds were firm and the pillows lacking. Still, easy to get to and good for a night.
- Jim (8/5): - Property was fine. Very clean room except carpets were sticky. Basic room but ok for the price.
