- Imbert (5/5): - Quiet 🤫 Nothing
- Dianne (6/5): - Convenient to where was needed
Nice hot shower. Outdated and in need of some maintenance.
I booked for friends and this is their review.
- Dennis (5/5): - Free Netflix. Guest washing machine and dryer worked well. No blind on the bathroom windows for privacy at night. The bed was terribly sunken in the middle. No chain on door for security.

- Pauline (1/5): - The bed was very uncomfortable- the mattress was broken & you could feel the springs.
- Valmai (1/5): Didnt stay, the room was a shocker with it being noisy and stuffy , "no refunds on change of mind" - Nothing good here.
That we decided to head for home and not stay here. We didn't end up staying as we decided to go elsewhere and give up $200.. The room was stuffy with no screen on the windows. The road was very noisy and the walls were paper thin to let the road noise in. The small tv was mounted up near the ceiling. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. The remote check in via a screen on the wall was bizarre. The hotel rang after we left to see if they could "correct the issues" , but these issues are beyond help. For $200 we would have expected better, even if it is "budget", they could do so much better. They advised "absolutely no refunds" and i suspect we are not the first to decide to go elsewhere after checking in. We do not recommend staying here.
- Campbell (4/5): Turn in motel. (Cheap price, we were disappointed though) - Location was good, noise from the highway didn't effect us.
It only cost $100 for the night.
The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was sagging about 8cms before I lay down, then another 5 to 8cms when I did. (I weight 82kgs) The bed was very uncomfortable for both my wife and myself.
The hot water for sink, handbasin and shower took about 4 minutes to come through and then was only a little warmer than body temperature.
- Andrew (7/5): -
- Sally (4/5): - The rate is lower than other

- GREG (7/5): Convenient, and inexpensive. - The room was comfortable. And you could walk down along the Hopkins River easily.

- Mccluskey (5/5): -
- Avash (6/5): -
- Graham and Michelle (5/5): - Breakfast not included. An electric kettle and microwave and minimal crockery and cutlery were also included.
The room was satisfactory for an overnight stay.
- Dennis (7/5): Overall it was good though. - Cheap and Spacious. Only issue was we had to sleep in car for 1 night as we could not get in contact with reception and although they gave us an extra stay we did not receive confirmation of that until the day we checked out but we had already left not knowing they approved an extra stay.
- James (10/5): Very nice I enjoyed staying here thanks and the lady to and Nathan - Very nice place 👌 All good thanks 😊
- Barbara (7/5): Apart from my comments above, the stay was comfortable and very warm. - There was no breakfast. The location was excellent. There was a sign saying extra would be charged if the room was untidy. Perhaps a broom, shovel and brush and dish cloth could be included. There was no sharp knife. It was difficult to cut my bread and cheese. Also there were no wine glasses. A couple inexpensive items that would make a visit better.
- Rehan (9/5): -
- corey (1/5): Unsafe. Poor communication. - Was mould in the room so didn’t risk staying after it was seen. Mycotoxins are very dangerous. No refund given and poor communication from accommodation when trying to get refund so I’ll take this up with consumer affairs. It’s a health and safety concern. The mould in the shower.,
- Gitika (7/5): -
- gary (8/5): was a good 3 day break - the place and tidy nothing to tell
- Nagamuttu (1/5): Do not stay here, Booking.com please remove them off your listing - Nothing Everything
- Matthew (5/5): Cheap for a reason - Location, ease of check in AC unit was loud, only 3 channels on TV
- Symone (6/5): - Very clean and comfortable. Self check in and out. Noisy tenants and area. A bit expensive for a very outdated room.
- Martin (8/5): -
- Geoffrey (4/5): not go back - it was clean park was no good as i have waking problems
- Tony (7/5): -
- Molly (9/5): A great place for a quick trip to visit family. - The ease of check-in was great. Our room was beautifully presented and clean. The parking.
- Jacklyn (7/5): For the night at short notice it done the job - Self check in Car park extremely tight. Minimal area to turn around in.
- Geoffrey (8/5): -
- Rachael (1/5): An accommodation best experienced briefly. - self check in The hotel was so unpleasant that it strongly encouraged constant sightseeing. I checked in, assessed the situation, and immediately left — only returning at 11 pm when exhaustion won, then departing again at 7 am.
The carpet was visibly dirty and unpleasant to stand on. Live wires were dangling, which added a light sense of danger to the stay. I kept the door open whenever possible (except while sleeping) and avoided using the heating or air conditioning, as it looked like it would simply circulate dust and whatever else had already settled in.
I skipped the shower, fairly certain I’d come out dirtier than when I went in, despite a full day of travel and walking. I didn’t refill my water bottle because I didn’t trust the tap, and the kettle remained untouched for similar reasons.
To be fair, after a very cautious inspection, the bed sheets were sufficiently clean. Overall, the room succeeded mainly in ensuring I spent the absolute minimum amount of time inside it — which, on the upside, meant I saw far more of the area on my road trip.
A stay that truly motivates you to leave.

- Hannah (8/5): Good value for money. - The property was spacious, lots of parking outside. Helpful and friendly staff! The room was perfect for what we needed it for. The bed is comfortable! The room could defintley do with an upgrade. There were some belongings left in a few different drawers in the room so defintley could’ve done with a deeper clean.
- Norris (7/5): - Bed Parking
- Daniela Andrea (9/5): Una grata estancia. - La ubicación La relación calidad precio. Me pareció algo costoso para el tipo de alojamiento dado que siempre está anticuado.
- Raghuveer (8/5): -
- Elizabeth (4/5): - Property was in a good location. Very dated, a cockroach was in one of our rooms and the door didn’t shut properly so was rattling in the wind. Check in was difficult due to being closed even though the timing was stated around the property.
- Paul (7/5): -
- Belinda (2/5): Not happy Jan - Pretty central The beds were saggy, bedding was bally. No staff to speak to in person. Bugger all milk for cuppa. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. We ran out and I had to get my tissues from the car and I have a bowel disease. No face washers. Had to use hand towel to clean face and it smelt. And when we first got there they put us in a room we didn't want nor would it cater to our needs. 2 mid 40 yr olds and a 76 year old. No way could we manage bunks bit we did get moved into another room after we mentioned it wasn't the room we booked.
Also found the small spoons were not cleaned properly
- Jim (3/5): -
- Philip (4/5): -
- Guest (4/5): - Location was ok The toilet was absolutely disgusting!! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks!!
- Lyons (10/5): -
- Vicki (3/5): Nil - Well not much The bed was to low to the floor and very uncomfortable, it had lumps in the mattress. It was clean. I had to eat my food on the bed because there was no table or chairs, half a toilet roll and no spares. The place was cold, when you put the old air con on it made a noise so you couldn't sleep over the noise
- Bahal (10/5): -
- Craig (5/5): -
- Lee C (8/5): - For a budget motel this is a good deal. The room is large and clean and nice a quiet. It's a little distance to the main restaurant and entertainment precinct but it only a few minutes by car which is mo problem really. Ive stayed here before and will do so again.
- Graham (5/5): you get what you pay fore - costs the room was clean, the bed was ok, there wasn't any chairs in room had to get some dirty ones from outside. there wasn't a table in room
- Shivaganesh rao (7/5): It’s a good one to two night stay place -
- Willis (7/5): - Great location comfortable rooms good amenities great service when something wasn't working the onsite person very helpful Room is very dated and bedding a little old first night our room had no hot water but we were given new room next day and a free night for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated
- bugeja (9/5): - Everything was in order Nothing to complain to complain about
- Alana (7/5): Stayed for a basketball tournament - This is a budget motel. You get what you pay for. It was clean and comfortable. We were there for a basketball tournament so didnt spend much time in the room. The facilities were basic but that is what you expect at a budget motel. Perfect for a short term stay
- Marilyn (2/5): Not value for money - Nothing The bed was old and sagged
There was no spare blanket and it was drafty
- Caitlyn (2/5): A motel in need of huge upkeep - One of the last places with availability on the night I needed Poorly updated, felt and looked dirty, dirty dishes in cupboard. Ground maintenance terrible. A place in needs of heaps of upkeep. Paid $200 for the night, have stayed in cleaner places for $80
- Yvan (10/5): -
- Heaver (8/5): Fair price for the facility - Price Parking was tight, a press button light over the touch pad would be a good idea...
- Stephen (9/5): -
- White (4/5): - Nobody at reception, had to talk to a computer screen. The bed base was very ricketty no extra blankets as the night was cold. A power board hang from higher up and it kept cutting off while boiling the kettle. Shower was over the bath tub
- Brij (6/5): Passable stay if on a budget - Good location. Clean and had all the amenities one would want Bed and pillows were terrible. Shower was dripping all night and outdated rooms. Passable stay
- zetta (10/5): - Very clean and the hot water and water pressure was amazing
- Eddie (9/5): -
- Shakira (7/5): -
- Matthew (7/5): - Easy to check in as it was self check in, comfortable beds.

- Jiyuan (8/5): -
- linda (6/5): -
- Kim (8/5): -
- Devin (7/5): Good -
- Baldwin (1/5): Will not return. - Nothing. The bed in room 6 is uncountable.
- Troy (8/5): Very good -
- Mcguigan (4/5): disappointing but suppose good for cost. - The self check in and the code on the door. The sinks tap was constantly leaking as soon as I first used it, the shower floor looked disgusting, there was rubbish and jewellery in the bedside table drawers from previous guests, the double bed was incredibly low to the floor (wouldn't recommend for elderly), texts with staff before check in were kind of rude. this hotel is known for being the sketchiest hotel in town.
- Baldwin (1/5): Avoid Room 6! - It’s cheap..
Check in is simple. As a couple, we had room 6. There was a single and a double bed.
Immediately on opening the door we noticed the double bed lacked a base. It was very low.
We later discovered the mattress has a ridge in the centre which was both uncomfortable and meant each person was lying on an angle away from each other.
Additionally, mould was apparent on a variety of surfaces in the bathroom. Particularly the window.
I’ve stayed here a number of times for work. Usually in room 4. It’s a slightly better room with a double bed which has a base.
- Bill (10/5): Exceptional - The reception closes at 10pm, and I arrived at 10:05pm. Unfortunately for me, I had the wrong phone number getting the very clear and easy to understand texts on how to get into my room. In hindsight, the staff did all they could. I never did get inside the room, so I can't say anything about that. The area is a bit creepy in the middle of the night, which is to be expected I guess.
