- Marie (6/5): - While the hotel staff and manager were nice people, there were a lot of issues we came across which would make me not want to return unless they made serious improvements with proper maintenance. 1) Airport Shuttle service - not available as advertised - which I did not find out until after booking and was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. 2) Bathtub did not function - we couldn't use the tub because the drain would not open and water sat in the tub when we tried. Only the shower was available for use. 3) Spa was under construction - so no services available at this 'hotel and spa'. 4) In-room safe was not working properly and would take multiple attempts to lock safe which was unpredictable with how much time it took to lock. 5) The biggest inconvenience was the room keys / lock was not functioning properly and for a 2 night stay, going in/out of room came with risk of lost time because the key cards would not re-program easily and on one of the occasions, the hotel needed to call a lock smith and we were locked out of our room for an hour or 2 which interrupted our night's limited time with family. They did not have a back up real key, the master key card did not work & the tech was not working to reprogram the room key. They offered to move us to another room which was also an inconvenience with all our belongings for just a 2 night stay with a really early flight departure for one of us. Mgmt was very apologetic and provided airport taxis for our departures.

Không may đến kì nguyệt san ngủ bị tràn ra ga dường và khăn tắm 1 chút,các bạn chụp ảnh bắt đóng phí phạt để giặt ngay khi mình vừa xuống sảnh buổi sáng khiến tâm trạng mình không vui chút nào.Trước đó mình gia hạn phòng và đã thanh toán tiền phòng.Thay vì tế nhị lẽ ra các bạn nên nói vấn đề này thu thêm khi mình trả phòng,nếu không thu mình sẽ tip riêng sau.Vừa sáng sớm chuẩn bị đi chơi bị gọi lại đưa hình ảnh thu thêm 200k khiến mình và bạn trai không vui vì thiếu tế nhị.

- Nhan (6/5): - Overally, the hotel is clean and quite near the airport. However, breakfast is quite poor. Food and Beverage staff is not friendly. I booked 1 single room and 1 double bedroom. For double bedroom, he said I will have 3 voucher only for breakfats whileas it’s supposed to be 4 voucher. I didn’t like to argue with him at the restaurant. My single room added my 2 years old son. And my double bedroom is for my brother’s family which has 3 people. The F&B staff said he is flexible for me by adding more noodle in my soup so my 2-yr-old can share with me. My son will not be allowed for breakfast. My family is 4 adults, one 11-yr-old girl and one 2-yr-old boy but there are 5 breakfast voucher. Moreover, the evening receptionist looked not welcoming. Security guards are the nicest staff overal.

Shower’s drain was blocked and there were sharp nail under the room carpet next to the ceramic floor. We report them to the receptionist, hopefully these will be fixed. On a positive note however, restaurant staff was very polite and responded carefully to our request. Choices at breakfast are limited to 2.

- Angie (8/5): Great and convenient place - Front desk and restaurant Staff are super friendly and professional, quick to respond to requests, rooms are clean and efficient. Be prepared for a hot room when you first get in, The AC took a couple of hours to cool the room, but once it’s on, it works perfectly. Don’t plan to bring durian back to the hotel as requested by staff. Breakfast menu is the same every day, and you can request different dishes If you want to. There are free instant coffee tubes and tea bags but ramen noodle is not free , hotel should have been more clear on stuff that is left on counter, whether they are free or charged. Location is so close to the airport, and surrounding areas have many eateries and coffee shops. I wanted to return to this hotel later for 5 more days and asked if they would honor the same rate but they refused. I then booked a 8.2 hotel 2 minutes away and got a much lower rate than my previous rate at Ciao. They’re losing my business and missing out on my loyalty and patronage.

The rooms could use an upgrade, it seems old. It is a quiet area and not much noise. Otherwise, the people who work there are very nice. Breakfast option. You couldn't order food at the hotel, that wasn't an option. I couldn't see that.

- Sỹ (3/5): DO NOT BOOK!!! - The hotel gave me different room than the one in the image. The toilet is clogged each time being used. The horable thing is the receptionist know that and they request me to make the full payment before i can see the room. Receptionists even laught and loudy chat with each other when guests is near by. The service is horrable, restaurant is closed at 10 AM, so they can force you to go to a separate resraurant right next to the hotel ( same owner). They use a cheap mattress and pillows like a motel, it make my back hurt. There are even construction site nearby which work overnight. Overall, it's like living in a gang's hotel and i'm feel like a fool booking here.

- Adrian (8/5): WARNING ! Unmarried couples cannot share a room. - A very modern hotel, recently refurbished. Comfortable bed , great deep soaking bathc / large bathroom. WiFi a bit erratic, and TV has very few Western/English channels. Breakfast a bit disappointing , like most VN hotels in the Covid period , the buffet has been cancelled and they switch to a single dish a la carte menu with no refills on coffee or juice. Waiter was excellent. I missed the hotels.com smallprint , they do not allow unmarried guests to share a room. That included my fiancee. Strangely, they would allow me to pay for another room , yet allow us both to stay in the original room, so it's a bit of a scam. This archaic VN law has never been enforced at the 20+ hotels I have stayed in. Strange that the Hotel enforces this, so probably a scam.

Something i have not seen in hotel rooms before was a weight balance. We really enjoyed how awesome the door system was and how nice the staff was to us.

I told her I had reservations and she didn’t care or didn’t listen. I was shocked! I was confused and asked her what time could I check in and she said 2pm. So I asked her if I left my bags and returned at 2pm I can get my room and she said yes. Not sure about their thinking. The restaurant was nice with a great food selection. I noticed two people eating there. I asked if we can get seated and have breakfast. The man asked for my room number and I told him I didn’t get a room yet and will return at 2pm for the check in. The guy told us we could not eat at the restaurant with out a room number. Very bad business decision!! Nice food selection going to waste.

The hotel itself is fine but was let down by the spa being closed for refurbishment also my colleague had no hot water in the shower in the evening although later it was fine in my room. - Bonnie (10/5): Great hotel near hotel - We stayed here the first night of our trip after a grueling day of travel. When we walked into the lobby, we were hopeful, because it is lovely. And then our rooms! Beautiful, clean, modern, lovely. We came back for our last two nights to relax after a fast-paced three weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia. We looked forward to our return during the entire trip! The lovely rooftop swim pool was a bonus.

- Bonnie (10/5): Oasis near the airport - We arrived late at night, exhausted by a very long travel day. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, the check in was quick and the staff was friendly. And then we opened the door to our room! We just smiled and let out a sigh of relief. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was wonderful, and the enormous bed was perfect. We began our Vietnam visit here and are looking forward to ending it here as well.
- David (10/5): Nice hotel. - Very helpful and friendly staff. The Porter boy was very helpful giving me directions for local things I wanted. Very nice hotel.
- Tim (8/5): Nice hotel conveniently located - The hotel building was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The room was also clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The only negative for us was the bathroom. My wife did not care for the window between the bathroom and the bed. The window had blinds, but privacy and light shining through into the bedroom was a minor concern. Also, stepping into the tub/shower was a bit of a stretch due to the height and width of the tub (even for an average sized man in good physical condition). A sturdy vertical hand rail would have been appreciated. The restaurant was conveniently located in the lobby and served good food at a reasonable price. The hotel has two buildings, the main building with the lobby and restaurant, which is the building where we stayed, and a building with rooms directly across the street. The hotel has a Spa, but it was being completely remodeled during our stay. It appeared to be almost complete so it should open soon. The roof level has a pool, seating area and wonderful views of the city. The hotel is close to the airport and a very nice park.
