Il personale è gentilissimo. Mio figlio stava male e non ha potuto cenare, e il personale di sala si è proposto di preparare delle palle di riso e una macedonia per poterlo fare cenare in camera. Deliziosi. Cenare richiede un po’ di competenza gastronomica, perché le pietanze sono cotte al tavolo dall’ospite, le portate sono tante e diverse e un occidentale non competente può trovare difficoltoso orientarsi. Superata questa difficoltà, l’esperienza è eccezionale. Il personale è gentilissimo e di grande aiuto. Necessario, come in molti posti a Shikoku, avere una app di traduzione perché l’inglese è poco parlato. Niente

Yosuke (9/5): ぜひ、また利用したいです。 - 部屋の障子に描かれていた絵がとても迫力があり、良かったです。あとは客室露天風呂がゆったりとした大きさで、カーテンもしっかりと仕切れる状態になっており、気持ちよかったです。宿泊日に次の日の朝食のお願いをしたのですが、丁寧に説明をしてくださり、追加で付け加えていただきました。少しエアコンの音が大きくて、弱にしてもファンがブーンとずっとなっていたので、気になる人は気になるかもです。

Yohsuke (9/5): 道後温泉までだと勿体無い！奥道後は素晴らしかったです。 - 路線バスで向かったのですが、バス停から近かったのが良かったです。今回、お風呂が付いた部屋を押さえたのですが、これが大変良かったです。1泊の間に4回も浸かりました。また、ここに来るまでに海産物をたくさん食べることになると予想し、あえてステーキプランで夕食を豪華にしてみたのですが、凄いお肉が出てきて大満足でした。後から気づいたのですが、このロケーションは紅葉の季節だったらさらに良かったでしょうね…。大浴場の浴槽がやや浅めで、もう少し…肩が浸かるくらいの浴槽があると良かったなと思いました。逆に言うとそれくらい？

Joanne (6/5): Limited rooms for dogs allowed - Clean room with many extra toiletries provided. Pet friendly is limited. We spoke with someone after making reservation to ask what we needed to bring. My father in law spoke with someone and gave them our name. When we went to check in there wasn’t a room available for dog. They did give us a smoking room with a dog crate on the third floor. They said dogs were only allowed on first floor. We heard another dog on the third floor. Also we were charged $150 hot springs tax. I don’t see this listed anywhere. And we never had the time to use it.

Private cedar bath included, however the room faces the entrance/road so the ambience isn't the greatest. Overall I quite enjoyed my stay. Location isn't very convenient.
