- Takeshi (6/5): ルームサービス教育 - 部屋内のスリッパが常備されておらず、要求するとでてきた。 一度、夕方戻ってきても掃除が行われておらず、レセプションに告げるとルームサービスは行ったと主張し、私とレセプション立会いのもとルームサービスが確認し結果的に嘘だった。
- Takeshi (6/5): 小さな欠点がでるホテル - 鍵の修理ができない／wifiがつながりにくいなど設備上の不具合、スリッパ準備ができていない／夜部屋に帰ると部屋が掃除されていないなどのサービス上の不具合、が残念です。
