- yukino (8/5): - 繁華街から近く、アクセスが良かったです。 ホテル内も清潔で、なにより朝ごはんは最高でした！金沢名物が揃っており、席も広く、スタッフさんも対応が良かったです。 私たちはアーリーチェックインだったので、スムーズに部屋に入れましたが、夕方はフロントに行列ができていてかなり待ち時間がある印象でした。 ドリンクサービスなどオペレーションが多いため、待ち時間を見込んでおくといいと思いました。

- MIHO (5/5): 普段旅行のときはランドリーを使用しないのですが、それが普通なのかもしれませんが、ランドリーはあてにしない方が良いとわかりました。 - 観光目的地が近く便利でした 車で行きたかったので駐車場ありのホテルを探して予約したのですが、事前に車種はきかれていたものの、宿泊前日になり、当車は大きさの関係で停めれないメールがあり、予定もあるので、もう少し早目に教えて頂きたかったです。軽自動車なので停めれると思いこんでいた自分は悪いですが。それなら、申し込み前にサイトに駐車場ありに表示しないで欲しいです。連携駐車場ありの表示の方が良いと思います。連携駐車場も前日に教えて頂いても遅いです。予め、料金などもサイトにも載せて頂けると助かります。連携の割にはお高かった（金沢では相場なのかもしれませんが）。こちらとしては、お安いホテルで車を停めれるホテルを探していたもので。あと、コインランドリーは数が少なく、混んで使用出来ない場合はお近くのコインランドリーを利用して下さいと張り紙されていましたが、簡単な地図で良いので表記と、名前を張り紙してあると助かります。あと、1家族1個のランドリー使用に制限して欲しいです。空いているときは良いのですが、混んでいて、順番待ちして使用したいのに4つしかないランドリーなのに、同じ家族が3つずっと使用している無神経な家族もいましたので。やっと止まったので次こそ使用出来ると思ったら、また、そのまま連続で使用して、それも3箇所とも。永遠にランドリーが空かずに困りました。

- Daiva (10/5): - We stayed in a triple room. There was plenty of space in the room. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was of good quality. The room had charging cables, cups, a kettle and a refrigerator. The bathroom and toilet were in separate rooms, which was very convenient. You could also take tea, coffee, cosmetics, and other hygiene items. There is a paid (inexpensive) parking lot next to the hotel. The location is excellent. We would have liked to stay here longer. -
