• RichRog (9/5): - Wir haben schon öfters hier übernachtet, die Lage ist gut in der Nähe Sky Train BTS. Das Frühstück Buffet ist für die die Thailändisch gerne essen mit genügend Auswahl. Und auch Kaffee Automat steht 24 Stunden in der Lobby kostenlos zur Verfügung. Im ganzen sind wir zufrieden.

• Tatiana (8/5): Общее впечатление от отеля очень приятное, но его немного ортили муравьи. Возможно нужна дезинфекция - Приветливый персонал, удобные матрас и подушки на кровати, достаточно чисто в номере. Хороший завтрак. Очень много мелких муравьев в номере на 9 этаже. Плохая шумоизоляция

No noises as it is a couple of minutes away from the Road and BTS Line. The rooftop pool is quite nice, some more loungers would be better though. Breakfast was quite good, with new dishes everyday.

• Jean-Francois (9/5): Hotel agréable à prix raisonnable - Alors que mon épouse et moi sommes habitués à des hotels plus luxueux, il faut reconnaitre que le Romance Hotel est agreable pour un prix tres abordable. Le lit est tellement immense que la couverture arrive tout juste à le recouvrir ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien, très varié pour répondre à toutes les cultures culinaires. L'hotel propose un self service de laverie, ce qui est très agréable pour les séjours longs. A notre arrivée, la personne à l'accueil n'a pas su faire fonctionner le TPE et nous avons du payer notre séjour en espèce. Pas de restauration à l'hotel ou à proximité immédiate (à l'exception du petit déjeuner) Un oreiller supplémentaire est gratuit, mais le deuxième oreiller supplémentaire (nous étions 2) est à 100thb (prix pour tout notre séjour), ce n'est pas tant le prix qui dérange mais le fait de faire payer un oreiller sup...

• Enni&Michi (8/5): Für kurze Aufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen, Preis Leistung echt top. - Frühstück für das Hotel war sehr gut. Betten für uns zu hart. Sehr nah an der BTS, Top. Für den Preis, gab es nichts vergleichbares in Bangkok und wir hatten schon einige. Bis auf die Betten, gibt es nichts zu meckern .

• Botanh (10/5): Superbe et construction d'un nouveau building moderne - Nous venons presque chaque année dans cet hôtel pour une escale à Bangkok avant de partir dans les plages où autre et c'est toujours un plaisir 😀. Rapport qualité prix et la gentillesse du personnel. Ils ont construit un nouveau building plus éclairé et moderne ! L'emplacement est idéal près du BTS, et le piscine sur le toi toujours agréable après une grosse journée de chaleur. A bientôt 🙂

El baño era grande y nuevo. El desayuno muy bueno y completo Las vistas desde las habitaciones bajas no son muy buenas. La zona de debajo de la piscina y el gimnasio esta desaprovechada. Estaría bien aunque esta cerca del BTS un Tuk Tuk para ir llevando a la gente a la parada

• Manon (7/5): - Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Un 7-Eleven se trouve à proximité immédiate, ce qui est très pratique. La piscine est idéale pour se détendre en fin de journée. Les chambres sont très propres et le petit-déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, est bon et varié. Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné des principales activités, même si cela reste tout à fait faisable. Un peu plus d’équipements autour de la piscine serait appréciable, comme des canapés ou davantage de bains de soleil.

Всё очень аккуратно и чисто. Огромная двуспальная кровать, удобные подушки и матрас. Отличный завтрак! В течение дня кофе и чай на ресепшене бесплатно. Бассейн в главном здании на 10 этаже. Бассейн небольшой. Только то, что бассейн небольшой.

Piscine se situe dans un autre bâtiment. Papier toilette payant .... petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon . Je pense il faut diviser par 2 le prix de la nuit.
• Dhanzee (7/5): Good location and comfortable stay, but the reception staff should be more professional - The room was clean and comfortable and had a good breakfast buffet. very close to MRT Unfortunately, I found the handling of my check-in to be quite unprofessional. I arrived at the hotel carrying only USD and was not aware of nearby currency exchange options. After a long journey, I was quite tired and requested the reception staff to temporarily accept USD until I could exchange money later in the day (evening). However, my request was declined, and I was asked to exchange the currency before being allowed to check in. This was highly inconvenient, especially considering that I had a confirmed 5-day booking and sufficient USD that could have been reasonably accepted as a form of security until I completed the exchange. As a result, I had to walk for approximately 30–45 minutes in very hot weather to meet this requirement, which caused significant discomfort after my travel. I kindly suggest that your team adopt a more customer-oriented and flexible approach, particularly for international guests who may face similar situations upon arrival. Understanding a guest’s circumstances and offering reasonable solutions would greatly enhance the overall experience.

• Noam (7/5): Great rooms, but poor reception staff - The rooms are very good (clean, comfortable, with a great shower and strong air conditioning). Overall, the facilities are really good. However, please pay close attention to the following issue. In tourism, one of the most important factors is how guests are treated. Unfortunately, the experience at the reception (especially with the woman in the reception, think she is the manager)was very disappointing. There was no warmth, no smile, and no basic courtesy such as greeting or saying goodbye and “thank you for staying.” For guests who are staying long-term, this kind of attitude is even more unacceptable. There were also additional incidents that reinforced this negative impression. This behavior comes across as rude and unprofessional, and it significantly affects the overall experience. The hotel itself has great potential, but the conduct of the reception staff( particularly the manager) is harming its reputation.

I found it odd that when I requested 2 pillows from a girl that was in the office beside the reception desk asked me for 100 baht for a second pillow! I paid it and she said we could keep it until we checked out!
