They didn’t give me this instead gave me room with one queen bed and expected 3 of us to adjust in that room as they had maintenance issue. They didn’t even explain this when we checked in and after seeing the room, we went back and we were told that they were fully booked! I refused to leave the reception till it was sorted out , had to wait for almost 2 hrs before they gave us the room. It really mean that they had the room in the first place and didn’t want to give it to us! There was no means to reach booking.com! Very frustrating!

Pools were great! They provided towels to use at beach and pool. Beach is walkable with fireworks on Friday's. Checking in was tricky, they have a separate check in lobby than the other Hilton properties on site my husband endedup just hanging with the car in the little side road next to the building and I walked to find check in . The parking garage across from them is cheaper and also easier to access... we paid for the month pass and it was $235.. would have cost $505 through the hotel.

• Limnios (10/5): Fabulous - highly recommended - The property was awesome!! If one of the several pools didn’t take your fancy, the beach & lagoon are literally a walk through the resort. The towel facility is brilliant - exchange your yellow card for a beach or pool towel and when you’re done take it back and collect your yellow card for the next day. No need to wash or bring back sand to the apartment. We had a partial sea view two bedroom apartment with cooking facilities, which slept 5 adults also had a sofa bed if needed could have slept another couple. Two bathrooms, two toilets & washer/dryer also made it easy to have fresh clothes everyday despite having packed plenty. Plenty of eateries on the property to choose from with lots of atmosphere. Lots of shops also. If you don’t mind a short walk it’s was very close to Ala Moana & Luxury Row, The Army Museum and lots of adjoining properties with bars and food. Wish we stayed a few more days just to enjoy the beach some more. (No photos of the room but it is as advertised)

• sidney (6/5): - This property was so fun and staff was very informative. However there is no “close” parking. And if you choose to use the close parking it is $85 a night. They also don’t tell you, they have 6 hotels in the Hilton village and it’s up to you to find them.
• Brett (4/5): Poorly run hotel, awful service, overworked staff - We are shocked and appalled by how poor the service was at the Hilton after paying over $1,000 per night. The number of staff and amenities were not enough for the amount of guests staying at the hotel. We felt bad for the staff who were running off their feet. There seems to be serious management issues or management is too cheap to staff the hotel appropriately. Both check-in and check-out had long chaotic lines, with only 3 of 6 check-in desks open. The pool/beach towel kiosks were only staffed until around 6pm, despite the pools being open to 10pm (so you couldn’t get towels in the evening). We booked a large multi-bedroom multi-bathroom suite for 6 guests but only had enough towels, linens, and pillows for 4 guests, despite 6 guests on the reservation. I could go on about how poorly run the hotel was, but I am running getting close to the character limit for the my review. Not what we expected for the price.

If you’re using valet parking they should pick you up and drop you off at the front desk not at the parking garage. That is NOT valet parking. We paid a lot for parking and paid a lot to stay there in a very expensive room. There should be a discount or better service for that!!! The daily cleaning could have been better. The map you gave us was not a very good map. Not enough details. It would have been nice to have something in our room to telling us what restaurant and activities were available for your guest in the area.

• Katy (10/5): - After arriving from a very long travel day, our son had a medical emergency in one of the onsite restaurants just hours after check in, the staff at the establishment were clearly trained, acted fast, and with grace and professionalism. When we returned to our hotel room the next day we were graced with a get well gift for our kiddo full of fun activities for him to do while he recovered fully accompanied by a hand written note from hotel leadership. Class act! I would recommend this stay to anyone I know based on this act of kindness alone!

• Chaz (3/5): Workers on Strike = Disappointing - The access to the beach and pool was prime The property did not let us know that the workers have been on strike for the past month. There was nobody to come and clean our room or switch out our bedding. The bathroom was filthy with hair from the previous stay all floors show signs that they had also not been vacuum or cleaned. We also had to go to the 12th floor pick up our own clean towels and supplies for the room like toilet paper. I was traveling with my 1 year old baby and spent most of my time in the room cleaning to make sure she would not get sick. Both of the poolside and beachside bars/food options were also unavailable which meant there was no convenient food or drink other than a distant food truck on the edge of the lagoon and the ABC store which was quite a distance away From when we booked to when we arrived to check into our reservation we were not told about the strike and how we would have to be cleaning and maintaining our own room while on vacation. To add to this disappointment the protesters were screaming on mega phones and blocked entrances throughout the property which had a huge effect on the peace, and my family’s ability to sleep at a decent time. When we finally had enough I brought my concerns up to management and was told I would have my room cleaned (floors cleaned and bedding changed) and we would be refunded our service fees, but neither of these things happened. I called The Hilton corporate office and they said due to the strike they cannot help and referred me back to the manager who did not follow through on her promises. I will never stay at a Hilton again due to the service I received after spending several thousand dollars. There was no remorse and little effort Given to make our stay better after we paid. I’m sure none of the other reviews will go into this much detail about what happened during their stay if they have been compensated at all, but I am disgusted by the way we were treated as paying customers.

• Kevin (6/5): Chaos outside, beauty inside. - It is part of a huge compound and was very hard to find. The hotel check-in/bag drop driveway is nearly impossible to find. It took 2 hours to drop bags off, check in, park, and get back to room. The parking lot is one large structure for 6 hotels and was almost always full and chaotic. The pool and beach was a long walk away (10 mins) and you have to walk through a large bazaar open to the public. This aside, the room was wonderful, the staff helpful, and the stay nice. This would have been 5 stars but the learning curve was a nightmare and deeply frustrating. An email from the hotel explaining this would have been a great idea….
