Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property shows pictures that are not the facilities that you finally use
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Atendimento recepcionista péssima - mal humorada e arrogante. Lampada quebrada no banheiro.
- Verified traveler (2/5): FUJA DESSE HOTEL.
- Geovani (8/5): Muito bom!
Todos me dão no check-out.
- Thais (10/5): Gostei! - Mtu receptivos e café da manha ótimo!
Recomendo.
- sergiogjr (10/5): Best atendiment - Hotel well located, and with a great infrastructure. The service from the staff is excellent. The restaurant is very good with great choices. The rooms are very comfortable. Bathrooms are large and clean.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel bom. Nada a reclamar.
- Maria Teresa (8/5): Bom hotel - Hotel bem conservado.
- Bigbri272 (2/5): Dump - I was here on business and my local contact booked me in here. I was shocked to discover none of the staff spoke English and the decor in the reception area was dated to say the least. When I went to the room I could not believe the noise level from the busy street outside i thought there was a window open but no there was not. the room decor was like a grandmas house from 1974. I immediately contacted my local guy and moved to the hotel along the road with the same name but is much more an international hotel.
- terot (10/5): Excellent hotel - Rooms are very nice and spacious. We had a very nice view to the city and the beach. Bathroom had all the necessary amenities. There was plenty of hot water, and the water pressure was very good. The wifi did not work that well in our corner apartment, except for in the bathroom where the reception was very good. Breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of everything (including cakes). The location was very nice too. There are lots of shops and restaurants very close to the hotel, and one of the main shopping streets is just around the corner. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever return to Rio Grande.
- Gil3e4t (10/5): Villa Moura Executivo: excellent! - Brand new hotel with nice design, good restaurant, comfortable bedrooms and a nice view of the city and sunset. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and very well located. Everything worked fine with no problems at all.
- Manwithplan (8/5): Villa Moura Executivo - There are two hotels in the same street of the same name (same company). I stayed at the Villa Moura Executivo. Only a walk away from the Villa MOURA (Dont get them mixed up!).
After being told that my original hotel was overbooked for the remainder of my stay in Rio Grande I changed to the Villa Moura Executivo Hotel. This turned out to be a very good move! The hotel is brand spanking new being opened in Dec 2012. Rooms are nice and new, clean, well appointed with good furniture and fittings. Bathroom is airy and have great showers. The ‘As New’ appearance of the hotel has influenced my opinion but why not.
Lobby is very modern and inviting. Staff are efficient but friendly. The hotel has eleven floors and I suppose the only surprise was the single elevator.
There is a single restaurant (Bistro!) which serves an excellent breakfast with the expected array of fresh fruits, fresh juices cold meats and the ubiquitous scrambled egg. Lunch and dinner served here and both very good with quick service.
There is a premium to pay but, hey, its worth it. Nice hotel.
