- Đinh (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with a positive attitude. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. I especially appreciated the hotel's elegant nature-inspired decor, which created a calm and luxurious atmosphere. I truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to returning on my next visit.
- Julia (8/5): Good location, nice hotel - Lovely staff who were friendly welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and linen fresh. Breakfast was good and nice to have an egg station where you could order to your liking. Great location. We had booked a Superior twin room for 3 nights which was confirmed in advance. On arrival we were shown to a Superior double room which only had one bed which we had to share for our first night. Not ideal. They apologised and said they would move us for the 2nd and 3rd nights. However on our return to the hotel our new room was much smaller although it did have 2 single beds. The room was not spacious at all and definitely inferior to the previous double room we were given. We decided our stay was too short to change again but when asked at check out to give feedback I mentioned it. A gentleman came to see me and was upset that I'd put this on my feedback form. He insisted that the twin room was better than our original one and that it only felt small because it had 2 beds in it. I kindly told him he was wrong but that we nevertheless enjoyed our stay.
- Amy (9/5): Beautiful hotel in a great location, suite is well worth the extra cost - Beautiful design, lovely and light, bedroom was fantastic (we stayed in a suite) - very spacious with two balconies and decorated well. Good selection for breakfast. Staff were generally great. Location was perfect for us with everything we wanted to see easily walkable. We had been out and returned close to check out time (approx 15 mins prior) to pick our bags and leave but when we got to our rooms we had already been locked out. We had to go down to reception to get them reopened. This was just bit of an inconvenience though as we weren’t in a rush, nothing major. The only other issue was that the shop across the road was blasting music out really loudly for a period of time (during the daytime, not night). I’m not sure if this was a one off but we were trying to nap and couldn’t due to the noise. It also woke us up quite early. Might be worth the hotel staff having a word as it was quite annoying.

Central location and a stunning hotel, all of the staff are absolutely lovely, so friendly and went out of their way to help in anyway they could and the ladies on reception gave me daily Vietnamese language lessons. The food is incredible, the cleaners are the happiest people I’ve ever met and made a new friend with one of the security guards. Nothing
- Kitty (8/5): A nice stay - The Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is really central so it is convenient to go around major places in Hai Phong. . The buffet was not very good. The prices are a bit too high compared to other five star hotels in Hai Phong (Chabot has similar prices to 5 star hotels like Pulman or Nikko). There is not a swimming pool in this hotel

- Lee (10/5): We loved our stay at the Paul Chabot Hotel in Haiphong and would definitely come back. - The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding - very delicious. One night we heard music after 11 pm which made it hard to get to sleep. I don’t know if the music was coming from somewhere in the hotel or the building next door. It wasn’t very loud but it was noticeable.
- Roman (10/5): Great brand new hotel with lovely staff! - Great brand new hotel and a very lovely staff.We also got comfortably assisted with the slightly later check out. Because the hotel is brand new and doesn't have a volume of visitors, the only small disadvantage was that they can't run buffet breakfast. So we had to order an evening before. Otherwise a great pick!
