Guest Reviews
- Yessica (8/5): - Good location, easy check-in, well-maintained and comfortable facilities
- Almohadas rotas
- Humedad en los cuartos
- Los pasillos huelen a la lavandería
- Haydee (10/5): - It's a little small, but very good. We have all the commodities in very well distributed room, and the people that work there are very kind.
- Angel (8/5): - Excellent location
Sinceramente no disfrute mi estancia 👍
- Pedro Bruno (10/5): - Volvería a hospedarme

Muchas gracias

- Isabel (10/5): - Fue agradable nuestra estadia. No tuvimos ningun incoveniente.
- Marco Antonio (10/5): - Sin comentarios

- Maria (2/5): - The area is great
- Maria (2/5): - The installation of the place isn’t great
- Engelbert (6/5): - .
- Rodolfo (8/5): - Le falta mucho mantenimiento.
- Alex (8/5): - Good
- Alexander (2/5): - Our room had stains on the walls, sheets, A/C unit, and headboard. There was also one particular staff member that sleeps in the lobby who was pretty rude to our party. When we asked to have the room changed because of the cleanliness, we were told none were available and we were welcome to leave and get a refund. Come to find out there were 2 empty rooms in better condition that we were not offered.
- Jose (8/5): - Great place to stay, near everything you need, really safe. Great staff
- Diego (4/5): - Very noisy in the night by the restaurants and cars passing by. The bathroom was full of mold and dirty in areas like behind the door all dirt was accumulated. The elevator doesn't work. The staff not friendly at all. Good location though.
- Wen Heng (8/5): - Sometime the room service staff forget change the towel in the bathroom.
- Samer (2/5): - Rude staff
Rooms are not clean
Corridors are dirty
- Samer (2/5): - Rude staff
- Samer (2/5): - - Rude staff
- My room lock didn't work, couldn't close door
- they charge 6 USD for keeping luggage
- Adrian (6/5): - Roach was on curtain to patio, drain in shower was very slow and towel bar fell. Ac was very cold and comfortable. Sheets and bed kept tidy. Restroom very clean and was pretty.
- Pilar (10/5): - Great location at that price
- Fernando i (6/5): - Dirty to small high price for
- Juan (10/5): - Very convenient location. Walkable to a big variety of restaurants and sightseeing like Angel de Independencia, Diana Cazadora, Paseo de Reforma, MetroBus stop. Safe area and easy to locate. Friendly staff, clean place. The only thing is a lot of noise on the ground floor suites. But if that doesn’t bother you is a very good place to stay in. Also very affordable.
- Juan Carlos (8/5): - Esta bien ubicada
- Mike (10/5): - Great property... Loved that I was close to all the action, however, the hotel was tucked away. It was like staying at a boutique hotel without all the frills.
- Jimmy (6/5): Needs remodeling - The location is great, just needs to be updated, there are no windows, AC works which was much needed, price was good for the area, you get what you paid for.
- Jose (8/5): - The rooms are small but very clean and nice appearance. Price is great if looking to would definitely return.
- IKER (8/5): - Very affordable considering the neighborhood, just one block away from Reforma avenue. Rooms are tiny. Recomended if you are in budget or looking for a short stay.
- Liliana (8/5): Convenient location - Not so comfy beds but serves its purpose
- Emmanuel (6/5): - The staff is very kind, the location is incredible, but the bad is that all the towels, sheets, pillows and furniture are already quite worn and dirty.
- Kevin (10/5): - Some items at the time of my visit to this hotel did not work, i.e. the safe, the coffeemaker machine; yet, the assigned property managers were quick in resolving these problems, i.e. by replacing the coffeemaker machine and repairing the safe to its working order. The property managers at Suites Lerma are well mannered and attentive. Furthermore, the property, which is located in the municipality of Cuauhte’moc, is centrally located making the rest of the city easy to access. In general, this property is clean and well kept, and, other than those items previously mentioned; this one night stay turned out to be a pleasant experience.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice staff very freindly overall good experience
- Guillermo (4/5): - Small room, very noisy and old.
- Alberto (6/5): - Ok for the peice paid for altough for a little more around the area I have stayed at a much better places.
Very noisy in the morning, lots of people talking, trash trucks carrying outside stuff, run down property
Definitely not a come back
- ruben (8/5): Unsatisfactory stay - The service people never left toilet paper or soap or shampoo.. every night I had to go downstairs to request and get it.
Also the next day after check in I could tell they had not washed the comforter as it had stains that I did not realize it had the night before when I checked in
- Verified traveler (8/5): - was Good the hotel and the neighborhood, I recomend it
- Edward (10/5): Good Pick - Great location. Friendly staff. Not fancy, but well worth the price. Watched our luggage while we wandered the city before leaving.
- Phillipe (8/5): Storing my bags after check out. - I was really impressed that after I checked out. I asked if they could store my bags for a few hours till I could come back later and get them. They said yes! After a few hours of running quick errands, I came back and collected my bags. I was thankful they were able to store my bags for a few hours so I did not have to drag them all around with me on my last day in Mexico City.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was clean. However, there were many other things that disappointed. The room didn’t have any windows, it seemed way smaller that what we reserved, the flushing system in the toilet was broken and we had to open the tank to fix it every single time to be able to flush. Sheets had stains. We asked to get another room after the first night and the guy at the reception wasn’t able to make a decision, we were told we had to wait for another person to get there. We didn’t want to wait 2 hours and decided to explore the city instead, so we stayed in our bad room for another night.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good safe area, it´s right at the heart od Mexico City in Reforma.
- MICHEL (6/5): Could be better - I have stayed several times in this hotel, service is basic, there is a coffee maker but they don’t offer any coffee, water is limited to two bottles for your stay. Electrical outages are recurrent
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great and safe location. Everyone was very nice. It’s right next door to a hooters and various other restaurants so it is a bit loud at night. For the price, couldn’t ask for a better hotel to stay and visit a few days in Mexico City.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not recommended for the price. I thought the area would be nicer, but not. The air conditioning did not work, the staff did not change my room. There was no toothpaste, so, not a service I expected for the recommendation I saw on the reviews.
- danielajazmin (10/5): - everyting is good and the service is well and near to the stores in the independence angel
- Verified traveler (8/5): - In the start we had a very small room with no windows but after complaining about it, we got a new room with a balcony.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excelente place clean. Organiza. Excelente beautiful. Great nice perfect
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everthing was really good!!!! Very good service.and really like to came .back next time.
- Jahaziel (8/5): Amazing location, good price! - Great location!!! Service is good. Don’t like the fact that you have to insert key for electricity to work, because when you come back from your day the room is very warm
- K (8/5): - This first room (102) smelled very bad. After pressing the issue I was moved to a new room which was better.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - clean hotel with friendly staff. Located in a great location with a great view and local restaurants.
- Louis (8/5): - The fridge doesn't work if the lights are off. The taxi and the reception have a deal. The reception gives you a price and the driver wants to take advantage of you charging you more. It's an expensive place for a small room with no windows. The elevator didn't work the first day. The internet goes on and off. Location is good.
- Brian (10/5): Clean and comfortable - The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. Rooms were very clean and ac worked great! Definitely worth the bucks
- Mara (6/5): - Nice little room. A little bit noisy. Good location lots of restaurants near by.
- Gabriel (8/5): Great place at a great location - Good hotel for its value, the rooms are a bit small but cozy and the location is unbeatable. I would definitely recommend it.
- Jose Alberto (8/5): - Good quality in an amazing location! You'll be within walking distance of Mexico City's landmark "El Angel".
- Lee (10/5): Clean, updated, small but efficient, great staff - So the location can't be beat. It's right by Zona Rosa, which was nice. There was a parking garage close by. DO NOT LET THEM GIVE YOU A ROOM ON THE PB FLOOR (which is the entry level). These two rooms are right off the front desk and lobby and people stand there and talk ALLLLLL NIGHT and it's super loud. I did not get those rooms, but someone in our group did and they were miserable.
My room was on the third floor. It was SUPER SMALL but cozy and efficient. There were no windows in either the bedroom or bathroom, but there was AC and it seemed to be well enough ventilated. The staff is nice and attentive and even provided a plunger when we had a drain issue. There is a fridge, coffee pot, and a TV. The beds are the best part - extremely comfortable in my opinion.
Be aware that the rooms you see in the pics with windows and balconies - those are special rooms. Not the normal rooms. The normal rooms have no windows. So if that bugs you, then make sure you upgrade. And please - DO NOT STAY ON FLOOR PB. You will not sleep!
- Verified traveler (2/5): They did not receive me - They just said I could not check in cause their system was slow and could not give me my rooo
I waited more the 3 hours and had to book another hotel
- MICHEL (6/5): Nice hotel close to the Angel Needs improvement - I have stayed several times at Suites Lerma 205 because the location is convenient for my meetings when I do business in Mexico City and it's a safe area. Unfortunately, I had to experience a power outage for up to more than 2 days, elevators out of service ...No more coffee in the room and wifi signal is erratic depending on your floor. Staff is very courteous
- Joseph (8/5): Satisfied Overall - Rooms were basic but clean. Front desk personal was very nice and assisted with any questions or requests. There was 24hr security. Lots of restaurants, convenient stores and coffee shops within walking distance. No gym, restaurant or ice machine within the hotel.
- Cristopher (8/5): - The hotels is great for a fun weekend. Great restaurants near by.
- Juan (4/5): Very bad experience - When I got to the hotel at 8.30 pm I was told that the room was not ready and transferred me to another hotel of the same chain. It took so long to get the transfer done. The new place was in a not so good area, the room I got was not even in the main building. Sower falling apart.
- Juan (6/5): Only decent! But if I can avoid it next time I wil - This experience was only ok. I got a very small room, with no windows, a little bit noisy.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worse hotel experience in my life so far - I usually don't spend my time writing reviews on anything, but this hotel was so bad that I felt the need to voice my experience. When I arrived at the hotel they gave me room PB-1 which is at ground level right next to a busy street with restaurant with loud music, at this point I was already upset since I booked this room way in advance and they said they were full and that was the only room available. Once I got in the room I noticed that I didn't even have a telephone, which in this particular case was a necessity because my phone was not functioning, but what really made me leave this place and book somewhere else for the night was when I open the curtains to the porch and realized that I was looking at the hotel storage room right through the glass doors. I was literary accommodated in the hotel storage room. I grabbed my stuff and left the place to a different hotel down the street. I'll never in my life book this horrible place!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent stay! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Plenty of bars ans restaurants around yet a safe street and great atmosphere.
- Jose (10/5): Great area - Amazing area
- Edgar (4/5): It was disappointing - The staff is excellent. But they have a problem, sometimes there is no water for the showers. Another problem is that there is a lot of noise during the night.
- Aron (4/5): No windows. No hot water. - Our room was clean and tidy and the staff was nice, but there were no windows which gave the room a bunker-like feeling. The really big downside was the lack of water. We had to call the front desk every time we wanted to shower and ask them to turn on the water. Potential guests should also be aware that the hotel has no restaurant or food service and you need to leave the hotel to find food. Drinking water is not complimentary - the front desk will charge 10 pesos a bottle for drinking water.
