• Sheona (9/5): Fabulous guest house in the heart of Trastevere with fantastic hosts - We had a such a warm welcome to the stunning property that had all of the facilities of a hotel but felt far more authentic, charming and homely. The self serve breakfast that was always open was such a bonus and being able to leave our luggage after check out meant we were able to enjoy every moment of our stay. Immaculately clean. Fabulous hosts made this a wonderful stay and I would love to stay here again in the future. There is some noise at night but not much and totally acceptable for the fantastic central Trastevere location.

Mekanın konumu gerçekten çok iyi, etrafta çok sayıda restoran ve market var. Akşam saatlerinde caddenin gürültüsü de az, uyumak sorun olmadı. cadde üzeri bir bina, ve İtalya’da ambulans çok fazla ve aşırı aşırı gürültü geçiyorlar. Apartman dairesinin tam ortasında açık bir mutfak alanı var ve odalar buraya bakıyor, sabah erken saatlerde kısa süreli ses olabiliyor(kahve makinası vs).

Estava nos Alpes franceses (Val Thorens) e por conta da nevasca não conseguiria chegar em tempo de pegar o Voo para Roma naquela manhã (mais de 6h para sair dos Alpes). O que avisei logo que percebemos o que estava ocorrendo por volta das 9h da manhã (riscos de avalanche e invasão na pista). Não tive a compreensão da acomodação, que tinha reservado um dia antes e nem da booking que mal retornou meus contatos.

For the price, we felt that this residence was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and it's in an amazing location to try food and explore. The owner and staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. We also loved how central this location was -- everything we wanted to see in Rome was within a 40-minute walk or less. The biggest bonus was that the air conditioning worked wonderfully, and we stayed cool overnight despite the heat wave! The only slight downside to this residence was that it was located on a busier street. However, it didn't bother us and the noise was minimal! The location otherwise was ideal.

• AnNette (10/5): Ursula hat uns mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten jederzeit sehr willkommen fühlen lassen. - Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich schön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Die Kunst hat uns absolut begeistert und macht den Aufenthalt etwas ganz Besonderes. Lage: Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir problemlos zu Fuß erreichen – besser hätten wir es uns nicht wünschen können. Frühstück: Auch wenn wir das Frühstück nicht genutzt haben, machte es einen hervorragend organisierten und sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Dass man sich alles individuell zusammenstellen konnte und Kaffee jederzeit verfügbar war, fanden wir großartig. Ursula hat mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wertgeschätzt fühlten – von frischen Croissants bei der Ankunft bis hin zu einem liebevollen Silvester-Buffet mit Prosecco. Sie machte unseren Aufenthalt dadurch unvergesslich. Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Jonathan (10/5): The warmest welcome I have ever received in a hotel. - The breakfast is a self serve affair with a wide choice of quality products. There is no dining room so you have to eat in your bedroom. The hotel is well situated for shops and restaurants with a free bus to and from the station - with regular trains to the airport. The bus stops just outside the hotel. However the best part of it all is the warm welcome and kindness of the hotel owner and her family. (Her husband even delivered fresh croissants one morning after we had left and chased us up the road to give them to us!) The hotel is on a busy road so the traffic might be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

They had everything you may need in terms of breakfast and you could have it anytime you wanted (avoiding the strict timelines of standard hotels). You could wake up at 11:00 and prepare your breakfast as you liked it. Nothing to mention here.

La residenza è un B&B, devi farti la colazione da solo e portartela in camera (dove non c'è un tavolino). Sebbene in linea con i prezzi di Roma, il costo non vale l'offerta a mio parere.

The star of the show was Ursula herself and her ‘hugs.’ She made herself available to help with anything she could, without seemingly being present, leaving you to enjoy your stay and the beautiful surroundings. It’s central to Trastevere, therefore there can be a lot of street noise if that bothers you. That said, earplugs are provided.

• Nicolle (6/5): Location is great but was a double edged sword. - I read the amazing reviews for this property hence why we booked it and I can understand the commentary however for us, probably a sentiment not entirely shared. It's a cute layout - a number of rooms (bed/bath though some may be bigger) off a common hallway and shared (self service) kitchen similar to a dormitory setting. Unfortunately we were delayed in our arrival on account of the flash train strike at Milan but communications with Urzula (host) were great throughout, and we appreciated her son David waiting until we eventually got there. We were only there one night and without doubt the location is perfect to access places of interest, great restaurants and shopping, but that said, we found the location to be a double edged sword. The building is on a main thoroughfare shared with buses, light rail, constant vehicular traffic (taxis, motorcyclists, and emergency vehicles) as well as a lot of foot traffic. As such, the property location is great until such time as one needs to sleep. The external noise level (with all windows closed in our small room) was unrelenting. There are complimentary ear plugs on the bedside tables which we thought odd initially but realised why. We actually had to resort to sleeping with our noise cancelling ear pods in order to get some sleep ahead of an early start for a long haul flight. Admittedly we stayed on a Friday night but suspect it's just busy all of the time. It's unfortunate because it really is a very quaint place and a unique business model though we would have relocated for this reason if our stay was longer.
• Richard (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residenza Dells Arti. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the care you’ve clearly put into creating such a pleasant space. The number of restaurants within walking distance was impressive. Being able to walk to the various landmarks was a plus! That being said, taxis are always close by. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future. Thank you for making our time here so enjoyable

Edificio clásico de techos altos, perfectamente restaurado y modernizado, habitación amplia, cama supercómoda, limpieza perfecta y un desayuno espectacular. Siendo un alojamiento ideal, lo más extraordinario es la atención de Ursula y su familia, son un auténtico encanto, amabilísimos y siempre preocupados de que tengas la mejor experiencia posible. Allí no eres solo un huésped bienvenido, estas mucho más cerca de ser alguien de la familia. Sin ninguna duda es el alojamiento perfecto para visitar Roma y al que siempre merecerá la pena volver. Very close to taxi stand or tram. Hosts were exceptionally helpful throughout the visit. Comfortable and clean. If traveling with others there is not a common gathering spot to sit and converse such as a bigger lobby area. Minor but of note.

Located on the main road but traffic noise is not an issue due to the heavy glazing and shutters, if required. As an added bonus, the window can be opened. • Petra (10/5): Perfekt! - Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man wird von der Vermieterin sehr herzlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Sie ist jederzeit ansprechbar, und steht mit Rat und Tat zu Verfügung, wenn man etwas braucht und kümmert sich rührend, egal worum es geht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Perfectly located in Trastavere close to the Tiber and easy walkable Trastavere area dining & attractions as well as river crossings to the heart of Rome’s most famous sites i.e., Fontana Trevi, Collesseo, Via del Corso and Vatican City’s Saint Peter’s Basilica et al many more; lace up your comfortable walking shoes. • Ruth (10/5): Exceptional service, great breakfast, big room. - Great location, lovely help yourself breakfast (which was there all day), big room, big bathroom. Real homely feel. Don’t be fooled by the exterior. This is a lovely apartment in a block converted into a mini hotel. 5 bedrooms and big shared reception/ hall area. Best thing though is the level of welcome and service from Ursula and her son Davide. She could not have done more for us, including standing out in the rain to get us a taxi. Above and beyond. Could not recommend more. The outside is not as nice as the wonderful interior, but that really doesn’t matter. It’s great.

• julie (10/5): - We just had an amazing stay here! The location is fantastic and the accommodation is the perfect combination of comfort and style. Our room was huge and has everything you need. What makes this accommodation the best though is the lovely Ursula and her sons. She is beautiful inside and out and went above and beyond to make our stay and visit in Rome memorable. ❤️

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the host, Madame Urszula, and her family for their warm kindness and consideration. When I told them about my enjoyment of gelato in Italy during check-in, she immediately bought us some delicious gelato from far away. I was really touched. And I could see her sincerity in the clean and well-organized hotel and the neatness of the breakfast. My wife and I were able to forget the fatigue from our trip with the special comfort of staying here. And because of our late flight, they were considerate enough to keep our luggage until we left for the airport and even arranged transportation to the airport. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Urszula's family for being so kind to us, traveling from a faraway country. If we come to Rome again, we will stay here. Thank you! URSZULA! 없어요.

• Virginia (9/5): Fantastic - Urszula is a wonderful host warm ,welcoming and generous the provisions for breakfast and snacks were bountiful and it is apparent by the little things that she is passionate about providing a comfortable environment. We were met at the property by her very charming and helpful son Lorenzo who showed us all the facilities and also provided local information and useful tips. Residenza Delle Arti is a lovely Art Deco building and the location was great for us as all the sights we wished to see were a 15-20 minute walk across the river and the Travestere neighborhood is great - full of many restaurants & bars. I would recommend this as a good place to stay Just a bit noisy because it’s on a main thoroughfare however there are shutters & earplugs provided to help mitigate this
