• Gaye (8/5): Convenient and comfortable - A basic but comfortable small apartment in a convenient location. Beds were comfy and it was roomy enough for the two of us. We did find it odd there wasn’t a kettle, so had to use the microwave to boil water for tea and coffee. Other kitchen supplies were very basic but we didn’t attempt to cook anything. Good location to walk into the old part of town and to the morning markets, and less than 10 minutes to the station. No kettle, very small cups

• MIKHAIL (9/5): 1 ночь 3 взрослых и 1 ребенок - Расположена в тихом месте. Можно оставить багаж до/после проживания, но на свой страх и риск, так как вы просто оставляете его за ширмой в коридоре. Близкое расположение к станции и к старому городу. Почему-то не было чайника, а только термопот.

It is 6 rooms, there are no staff on site, the bathroom was a bit unusual and the 'towels' were the thinnest I have ever used. The walls are very thin - you could hear the person next door snoring at night!

It was great exploring the many lanes of old houses, getting to sample sake and the eateries What we dearly wanted was a washing machine, and the apartment did not have one

• Lim (9/5): Comfortable accommodation. Great place! - We had a wonderful stay at Thanyaporn Hotel Takayama. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful — especially when our luggage didn’t arrive with us. The airline was able to communicate directly with the owner, who kindly arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the hotel two days later. We really appreciated the support during what could have been a stressful situation. The location is also very convenient: within walking distance to the train station and Nohi Bus Center, Miyagawa Morning Market, and Takayama Old Town. There are also several supermarkets nearby, making it easy to get daily necessities. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended! None

After I booked the room, I had specifically mentioned my preference for a ground floor room due to a knee condition. However, I have been assigned a room on the 2nd level.

The owner provided guidance every step of the way and was attentive from the moment of booking until check-out. It made me feel truly impressed, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. -

Comodissimo il bagno con la vasca e la doccia in un unico locale. Posizione davvero comodissima, a pochi minuti dalla stazione e a due passi dalla città storica. È stato davvero un soggiorno piacevole! Solo due cose ma si tratta proprio di piccolezze: la mancanza di un appoggio accanto ai letti nelle camere e la scala per raggiungere gli appartamenti al primo piano senza ascensore che con le grosse valige del viaggio non è stata comodissima.

Love that it have split toilet & bathroom. The host were helpful. Definitely be our option of staying for our next time here again. There is no lock for the luggage storing so store it at own risk. We are lucky everything is well for us. The closer combini is familymart is opposite the takayama bus station, need to stopby there first before returning to room.

Es un apartamento funcional para hasta 4 personas con dos habitaciones que se pueden juntar o separar mediante una puerta corredera. Tiene cocina equipada con lo básico, mesa, sofá y nevera. El baño es correcto y dispone de secador. No hay recepción y no dispone de guardaequipajes en sí, pero nosotros nos pudimos enviar las maletas desde el Post Office que hay cerca sin problema. Es un hotel muy correcto para pasar unos días en la ciudad.

El menaje de cocina era para 4 personas, salvo los platos llanos que solo habían 2. La separación entre las dos habitaciones son unas puertas correderas, a través de las cuales se escucha absolutamente todo y se abrían solas

• Laura (10/5): - El apartamento es muy grande. Tiene dos habitaciones separadas, una cocina con salón, un baño y una ducha estilo japonés enorme. Es un apartamento muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días. Las camas son muy cómodos y se duerme genial ya que hay mucho silencio. Está cerca de todo, tanto de la estación de tren y bus, como del casco histórico. Totalmente recomendable.
