• Lee (2/5): We should have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere - Close to amenities Most rooms were under reconstruction. Large rolloff dumpster in lot. Only usable rooms were upstairs and we could not do the stair thing so we took a room on first floor that we were told was ready. It was NOT ready for occupancy. Many things missing or not present (bathroom mirror, no outlets in bathroom, frozen towel in refer freezer, had to slam front door as jamb not in properly installed and others). Only redeeming values were beds were comfortable and staff very helpful.
• Michael (1/5): The motel was putrid and ghetto. - Staff was pathetic. Poor guy didnt have a clue what he was doing. Had to make multiple phone calls to upper mgmt for help. Took almost half hour to check in. Carpet was sticky and gross. Very loud tenants with dogs, i felt very unsafe there. Everything.
• David (1/5): Worst hotel I've ever seen. - Foul odor in room. Dirty. Key cards stopped working 3 hours before checkout. Staff was trying to remove rust from stairs with power tools at 8 a.m., throwing hot metal sparks on guest vehicles.

Maintenance guy walked in on us when I was naked, and after started through our windows cause it was so hot. Would not recommend this place at all.

• Jill (2/5): - We stayed 2 nights in a room that had clearly not been finished with "renovation". The shower was very dirty and had both long and short black hair inside the tub, on the edges, and shower curtain. Even the shower curtain was dirty. When I went to find someone to tell about it no one could be found. I had asked for this particular room because it was directly in front of the handicap space so it was more convenient for me to access the room. So I cleaned the shower myself. When I started the faucet and pulled up on the lever to get spray the faucet fell out of the tub wall and there was hard spackle, or whatever, inside the drain. No air conditioning either. Fan only worked 1 of 2 nights. Too close to the highway so all traffic is clearly heard. Anytime we looked for someone, even to check out, no one could be found. Also, they overcharged by 1 day, said they would fix it, but had to report to card services. Nope. Would not stay there again. Oh, and there was no soap in the dispensers.

• Iraj (2/5): - This was a disaster. I got the keys from front desk and walked to the second floor right by the stairs. I see the room door is open and a guy walks out of the room. One of the bed is messy the room is hot as hell and i dont know what the guy was doing in the room that was suppose to be ours. I informed the lady in the front desk. She came upstairs and she said oh there was a switch btw rooms and the lady down stairs was upstairs and she forgot to tidy up. I was like WTH is going on here. She came tried to clean the room and bathroom. She left the cleaning detergents In the bathroom my son was spraying it and i didnt notice. No parking provided they told me to park on the street which was a disaster also. Not hot water in the bathroom the tube doesnt hold any water thershower is falling a part. It said 6.6 in expedia but its more like 3. They charge a lot for this dump. I need my money back.

• Just (1/5): Not the greatest but fairly cheap on short notice. - The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the TV had good service. I hate complaining about things but this hotel drew the line a little bit for me. I walk in and it felt like an oven, their was no AC, the room had the smell of death, I had to move the table in order to use the coffee machine, the bathroom shower head was about to fall out of the wall along with the fan in the ceiling of the bathroom. I'm lucky that I had soap and everything because their wasn't a drop of anything left in the shower or even hand soap. The two worst things of them all was my window didn't lock so I was worried about my stuff when I took my dog out for a walk, and when I was checking out the clerk seemed like he didn't know what he was doing and that's fine, but he couldn't figure out the guy's key that was in front of me so he ended up giving him all the hard keys for the rooms. So I felt I had to worry about someone not just getting thru my window but also just walking in the door. I'll never be coming back for sure. I would have taken photos but the room smelled electrical and I wasn't gonna have my phone burnt up.

• William (4/5): - Run down old motel. Badly maintained. Turned a light switch on and no light. Plugged a phone charger in the plug next to it and the light turned on. Unplugged the charger and light turned off. On the plus side, bed was clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for.
• Jina (2/5): Won't stay here again! - Took us over an hour and a half to get checked in, and the front desk person was nice but clueless. He had to call the manager multiple times to get help over the phone. He had us on speaker, and she was nice to me; however, not very nice to the employee. It was awkward for all of us. Especially by this time, there were multiple people in the office trying to get checked in. Then they couldn't get our key card to work, so they told us to knock on his door, as he lives on the property, when we got back. When we got back, they had moved us rooms and stated that was the issue and why the key card wouldn't work. Luckily, we had not put our stuff in the original room, as they had already placed someone else in it. The room has no air conditioning, but it does come with a decent fan. But if you're staying on a hot day, expect to be hot and sweating. The bathroom was gross. It was dirty and needed a deep clean, with no water pressure. And the faucet was hanging off in the tub, and the shower head was clamped to the wall. The faucet in the sink was too big for the basin, so if you turned the water on high, the water would pour out onto the floor, so you had to keep it at a drizzle. The bed was small but soft. I had reserved a queen, and it seemed much smaller. The TV was too small for the room as well. The pool was also out of order - there was no water in the pool.

They are old rooms which needs a complete renovation. The staff was understanding! I just couldn’t take the smell of the room after staying one night

Customer service was absolutely horrendous, the guy could barely operate a phone or computer. When I needed a refund he couldn’t even do that. Not only did I not stay there but I still haven’t gotten refunded because he needed another staff to figure out the problem.
• Melanie (6/5): Reasonably priced option - We needed a place to sleep - in late, up early. The place needs a little TLC, but the bed was clean and comfortable, it was quiet and the water was hot with good pressure. For the price, we felt it was a good stay.

• April (10/5): Clean rooms and comfortable beds - We've stayed here twice so far. The owners are very nice and helpful. We ordered food and didn't have any plates or silverware, but the owner supplied us with both and saved us a trip to the store. It's an older motel but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Even though it's on a main road, it's surprisingly quiet. We will be staying here again.

• Donald (3/5): Poor - Walking distance to restaurants and stores. I was traveling in the rain and they kindly let me into the room before check in. The first room they put me in the bed sheets were dirty and dirty towels on the floor. So I asked for a different room. That room didn't have a chair to sit on. Only 1 plug in in the room was easily accessible but I had to unplug the lamp to plug in my phone and c pap. There was no plug in near the coffee maker so I had to move a table or nightstand in an awkward place to make coffee. When I took a shower water was coming from behind the sheet rock down the newly renovated shower wall. Don't know how much black mold was back there. Thought it was odd that the no vacancy sign was turned on and by 9 o'clock only 3 vehicles in the parking lot.

However, they overcharged me compared to what was shown in the hotels.com app. I was charged ~$104 (including the fee's) on hotels.com app. While, the same price was written in his register (which he showed) but the owner still charged me ~$128. I told them about the discrepancy atleast 4-5 times during my visit, but each time the owner said he need to talk to his manager and never came back to me. Even in the end he said he would call and clarify. However, he never did

• 477jesw (2/5): It was gross to say the least atleast front desk lady was nice - The lady at the office was nice last night when we arrived but the gentleman she had with her came out shirtless and looked at me and my fiancé sideways-yes in the office. When we got into our room we started checking it out and it was beyond filthy the walls in the corner are mushy and soft the bathroom reeked of cat pee it looked like a cat had been spraying behind the bathroom door there was something brown in the tub and the grout on the shower was moldy pink and so was the shower curtain. The fridge was very dirty and had something that resembled pee in the bottom of it. Definitely was not cleaned. Worst part was when we went to goto bed the comforter had some giant black stain on it🤢177$ for straight up filth not to mention the shower downspout isn’t connected to the wall and the shower head leaks bad like it’s messing up the paint bad.
