- William (10/5): - The cost of the hotel was low but the hotel was actually quite nice. Although, it does need a renovation. Yet, the airport shuttle is near the hotel and the cost is only $2. There were many food options in the area. I needed to visit a clinic while I was there which was located only several block away. There is a coin laundry only a block away.
- Sunny (2/5): - Place was so bad. I got the suite and it was not good at all. DAY 1. They gave my room i booked away to someone else. When I got the hotel to check in, they couldn't find my name so I had to show them my booking on here. Booked the suite with 2 beds, my nephew and I. After avoit 30 mins they gave me my room key and I asked for 2 since there is TWO of us and the lady said no. So we got one key. Finally get to the room and there was only 1 bed. Had to go back down and talk to her and she said to stay in that one and they will give my nephew another room for the night. As I walked around the room to check it out, there was dead bugs and dirt behind the table stands then i saw 2 lizards running around. I had to catch them and put them outside. Had to wait until after 2pm to get the room I booked and well. It did not look like the room in the picture. Decided to not go complain and deal with it. So the pictures DO NOT MATCH THE ROOMS. Just a fyi. We needed the room one more day and did not want to go get another place, so I went to extend it and they said the price for it was doubled. Said f it and paid for it since I did not want to go look for another hotel for one night. On the extended day we got back to the room and my nephew went to use the bathroom only to find out we had no running water. So we had a toilet with poop floating around. Finally went and checked out, we had them do laundry ONCE and the guy at the desk told me it was $55 CASH. More but cant fit what I wanttosay

- Satoshi (6/5): - フロントの方の感じは良かったですが、節電のためか照明をだいぶ減らしていました。また、設備が老朽化したり、壊れかかっている部分があり、テレビとか洗面台とか、工夫して使用しました。ホテルのスタッフに対応して貰えば良いのかもしれませんが、スタッフも少なそうで難しそうに感じました。

And my bed was a spring mattress, I didn’t even think those were made any longer! Unbelievable!! I will say that the included breakfast was pretty great. But I’d never want to stay here again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 추천합니다. 가성비 좋은 숙박 시설이에요. - 비행기 시간으로 인해 체크인 시간을 넘어 도착했음에도 직원이 친절히 맞아 주었음. 번화가에서 약 1km 정도 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있어 시끄럽지 않고 지저분하지 않아 참 좋았음. 아침도 과하지 않게 먹을 수 있고 직원들의 친절함과 상냥한 웃음이 참 좋은 곳입니다.

- Noriyuki (8/5): - 一階のバーが夜賑わっているが、部屋の中は静かです。今回の朝食はビュッフェでしたが、前の週に宿泊した際はメニューから選ぶ方式でした。照明がやや暗めの設定なので、より古く感じますが、それも環境に優しいといえば、そうとも思えます。
- ???? (8/5): - ホールや廊下など、消灯して薄暗い雰囲気はありますが、ホールで打合せしたい時など、お願いすれば快く照明をつけてくれます。値段は手頃で、四つ星ならではの設備とサービスです。少し古い感じはありますが、部屋内の電気製品は最近の型に入れ替えてあります。フロントも応対良く、朝ご飯はいくつかあるメニューを複数選んでもいいよ、と、おおらかでした。あまり日本人は使ってない様子で、韓国、欧米系、ベトナム系の旗がホテルに掲げられ、利用が多い気がしました。宿泊時は、あまりお客さんで賑わう感じではありませんでした。

- Seng (6/5): - LIKE: centrally located and reasonably priced. DISLIKE: lobby and hallways need to be better lit. Very dark and unwelcoming. A/C unit locked and cannot turn on A/C or heater. Staff were unable to assist. I DIDN'T GET the room I selected online. I asked for single bed in the rooms but was given one with 2 beds and one with 3 beds (seriously over stuffed). Fee for soft drinks in the room.
- Sven (4/5): Not sure about 4 star rating 🤔 - Was a bit disappointed, I moved to the Vientiane Plaza to treat myself after staying in a 3 star hotel, 100 meters away, should never have wasted the money, comfort level was the same, breakfast a little better but all in all, not worth it.... This is a old hotel, needs maintenance, not sure it deserves the 4 star rating it’s given, it’s the same as the 3 star, just everything is more expensive...

- Sammy (2/5): マネジャークラスの対応が大変良くない - このホテルの女性マネジャーにはびっくりしました。明らかに、ダブルブッキングがわかっているのに、わからないようにして、サインをさせて、ダブルで宿泊費を取ろうしてました。それもExpediaさんではなく、個人から取ろうするやり方は、詐欺と同じです。このホテルは止めた方がいいです。

- Verified traveler (8/5): Location good. Rest OK - When I made the payment by cash while cheking out, the hotel should have reversed the charge they made on my credit card earlier. They did not do it. When my PA wrote to them about it, the mail bounced back for some reason. When she tried to reach them over phone, no one answered the phone. Finally, I have now written to Booking.com to intervene and resolve the issue.
- chong (6/5): Good location - We could access easily to most areas such as the day and night market, restaurants and places of interest as the location is ideal. As the trip was also very much about playing golf, the hotel staff were able to arrange 2 fantastic golf courses which were reasonable in price and not too far from the hotel as well. Both myself and my wife also enjoyed the breakfast. Though the food remained the same for the 5 days we stayed, we nonetheless looked forward to meeting the friendly staff and the well-presented food, though it would be even better if more could be added such as having soup and pancakes for breakfast.
