She went above and beyond helping us with a lost luggage case at the airport, spending a lot of time following up and assisting us with real care and dedication. She was extremely friendly with my child and family, always positive, supportive, and welcoming. Her professionalism and kindness truly made our stay much easier and more comfortable. Nothing worth mentioning. The overall experience was positive, and the staff support was excellent.

We had a stressful issue with lost luggage at the airport, and she put in a lot of effort helping us follow up, search, and coordinate. She was patient, proactive, and genuinely caring. On top of that, she was extremely friendly with my child and family, always warm and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference in our stay and turned a difficult situation into a manageable one. Nothing significant. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the staff support—especially from Gina—was excellent.
