• imran (7/5): Nice hotel but choose the room carefully. - The staff were nice and changed my room/suite to a better one as the basement suite I booked initially wasnt clean. The suite I was upgraded to was Very nice had all the ameneties needed and was clean and comfortable Initially I booked the basement room, which had a strong odor coming from the drain in the bathroom (drain flies) and a lack of soundproofing so that noise from upstairs/outside was fully audible. The room shouldnt have been availble for booking if managers/cleaners had looked over the room. After staying 1 night I put in a request through booking/hotel to cancel the rest of my stay (4 nights). After which the hotel manager changed my room to one of the suites (hence the slightly better rating than it initially deserves)

• Amy M Morgan (10/5): Great place! - Great place to stay in a fairly busy area of Konyaalti. The apartment had all the necessary amenities for a self-catering trip (stove top, microwave, kettle and refrigerator), but it was also close to MANY cafes and restaurants should you wish to not cook. The beach with the lovely promenade was just a five minute walk away. The staff at this hotel were always exceptionally friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vom ganzen Team ist mir richtig positiv aufgefallen, man fühlt sich einfach direkt willkommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Frau Ayşe, die mir bei einem kostenlosen Umzug in ein hochklassigeres Zimmer beim Packen geholfen hat. Das ist echt nicht selbstverständlich und hat mich sehr gefreut. Auch sonst läuft hier alles super unkompliziert: Wenn mal irgendwas fehlt oder man ein Problem hat, reicht ein kurzer Anruf und es wird sich sofort gekümmert. So einen Service erlebt man echt selten. Die Atmosphäre ist total angenehm und familiär, man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause. Auch die kleinen Gespräche mit den Mitarbeitern waren immer nett. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was ich gebraucht habe. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann es jedem empfehlen, der eine persönliche und herzliche Unterkunft sucht.

• abas (10/5): - I have stayed in several hotels in Antalya, but I always prefer Aspendos Suites whenever I visit the city. Over time, I’ve spent more than 20 days here and experienced three different rooms, all of which were consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—just a two-minute walk to the beach and very close to a lovely park. There is also easy access to supermarkets and a variety of restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen and washing machine, which is especially helpful for longer stays. The Wi-Fi connection is fast and reliable, and each room has its own air conditioning, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your preference. One of my favorite features is the terrace on the third floor, offering a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly, the management team is really friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which makes the overall experience incredible.

Having a kitchen with the necessary utensils was very convenient, especially for longer stays. The location is great, with easy access to markets, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Нужен ремонт в отеле. Номер обветшалый. Запах канализации. Мы в шоке. Подвальные номера очень не приятные, были тараканы в туалете, не много, пара тараканов за 3 ночи, но все равно приятного мало...😔

The room was very clean, especially the bathroom - The location was very good literally 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach a lot of restaurants and mini supermarkets in the area. Very good public bus transport links to various parts a straight bus to old town. I also like the fact that you had a lift in the property, as I have mobility issues I also enjoyed the balcony really great sun trap. The bathroom was fairly modern had a good supply of hot water, although the showerhead was faulty . Good working AC the bed was comfortable . The swimming pool was on site, although I didn’t use it because I came in November however there are a number of steps to get to the swimming pool so be mindful . Unfortunately I found the appliances for the kitchen in the property unsatisfactory. The microwave was dirty. I asked for the microwave to be replaced which she did . The utensils were very old & dirty need replacing in fact most of the items in the kitchen I believe needs replacing very outdated didn’t look very hygienic including the cooker hob.

• Biktagirova (4/5): - Были в этом отеле в 2023 и в 2025 году решили вернутся . В первый раз нам все понравилось , а вот второй опыт был ужасным . По сравнению с первым посещением отель весь убитый . Грязно , все сломано , номера не убирают , за девять дней проживания убрались один раз . На рецепшене сидит мужчина , который при въезде даже не встал со своего места , дал нам ключи и сказал идти самим заселятся . Заселились в номер , там мигают лампы , не включается кондиционер , не включается стиральная машина . Подошли на рецепшн один раз , попросили посмотреть , никто не пришел , попросили второй раз - опять ноль реакции , в третий раз уже начали ругаться , только после этого мужчина с рецепшена соизволил встать и пойти с нами посмотреть номер . Вообщем не советую отель , больше туда не поеду.

The rooms smell of dampness. They clean poorly. The rooms need repair. Be prepared to take out the trash yourself. The pool is small, the area around the pool is small. There are other hotels around 5 meters away.
• Mohammadmehdi (2/5): - Terrible experience – avoid this hotel I had a very disappointing stay at Aspendos Hotel. The room was in unacceptable condition: dirty, with broken furniture, malfunctioning lights, and a strong smell of dampness. The kitchen was barely equipped – missing basic utensils like plates and cutlery. Worst of all, the window didn’t close properly, so I couldn’t sleep due to constant noise from the pool area. I raised these issues with the hotel staff and manager multiple times, but they refused to help. They told me all rooms are the same unless I pay extra. I also contacted Expedia, and although they tried to reach the hotel, the management didn’t cooperate. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave the hotel early.

Could do with slight maintenance, for example, the toilet roll holder 2as broken and the shower was not attached to the wall. Occasionally noisy at night from the local bar playing loud music.

• Iaroslav (8/5): Very good - During the winter season, it's maybe the best place around, inexpensive prices here and in the nearby markets, and no much nightlife in the bars and restaurants nearby. It wouldn't be so quiet in summer time. The most serious problem was occasional blackouts in local area; luckily, they were no longer than 15-30 min. In the future, the electricity network in this district should be improved.

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. WiFi was a bit slow in the evening, but during the day was fast - good enough to work remotely. Free parking. Really nice place to stay! It was hard to park nearby, especially Friday night. The street is narrow, our car was damaged one night. Lift was frequently occupied by cleaning personel, not a big issue though.

Their exceptional service was the highlight of our stay. I was disappointed to find that the quality has declined significantly since my last stay here 2-3 years ago. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and there was an unpleasant odor that impacted our comfort.

Coincidence? - location nobody clean room and change towels 3 days, water leaking everywhere (shower, kitchen, walls), rusted washing machine, photos of the room do not meet expectations. Room was in underground floor with so destroyed walls and pieces of cement in bathroom. Really terrible room.
