• Alina (9/5): Very nice - -The hotel is very close to the beach. in that area the beach is very beautiful with fine sand and clear water, there is also a beach with sunbeds but also free -many restaurants and shops -The breakfast buffet was very rich and with fresh products, as was the dinner, both for a fee -they provided us with transportation to and from the airport for a fee -concert on the terrace on certain evenings The door for bathroom was transparency

• szgdoktor (10/5): Nagyszeru - Szép szálloda, nagyon jó helyen. Kedves és barátságos személyzet, szép szoba, hűsítő medence, “all you can eat” reggeli és vacsora. Ár-értek arányban tökéletes hotel. Igen, lehet apró hibákat találni, pl fúga problémák a fürdőszobában, vagy festés hibák a plafonon. És esetleg egy kis adag tus fürdő vagy sampon is jó lett volna.

• Vera (7/5): Good - Great location, free parking, supermarkets nearby, nice beach at walking distance, beach not crowded. Good base to visit other areas of the island. Nice for families with children. Good air conditioning. Small room, old style wood wardrobe with heavy sliding door, shower base always leaking water to the floor. Poor sounding proof window does not stop loud animation provided by the hotel itself or the next door hotel. For two nights strait there was loud music in the evening that would only stop at 23h00 and sounded as if the door to the balcony was open even when shut. When using the toilet at night, the glass door from WC gives to much light into the beds area disturbing the ones sleeping. Beds ok but not great, poor selection of TV channels.

• Emily (9/5): Great location and facilities - Great property, pool was clean and size was decent. Was only a very short walk to the beach and very central to a promenade of shops and restaurants. Amazing location. Buffet was also FANTASTIC! We had the breakfast every morning and tried the dinner buffet for one night which was good. They had a singer/s on a couple nights we were there, on a random Monday the singer at the pool did not finish until 11pm which we could hear blasting from our room. Elevator was small and took a long time to get to your floor. Often had to use the stairs.

• Laura (10/5): Went for a hen do and was excellent, we had a fab stay and location was perfect. - Location amazing, right near beach and restaurants and bars. Staff so helpful and friendly. Spa lovely and pool area not busy or overcrowded and plenty of sun loungers.

• Lilly (6/5): Nice hotel in a great location - The hotel has a nice reception and common areas. Interestingly decorated. Excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Nice, large room. Welcome drink which was very nice :)The hotel looks clean, however our toilet was filthy. Also the balcony was not cleaned. Check-in takes ages: documents, photos, explanations, addresses, local taxes,100 signatures, no smile from the staff even though we spoke Spanish. We really did not feel welcomed despite the ‘welcome drink’. Everything took about 40 minutes. I can't imagine what happens when there is a queue. A little more energy and a smile from the staff (lady with short hair, short with glasses) would certainly not have hurt.

The hotel is modern and well equipped . The location fantastic just a few minutes walk from the beach and shopping strip. Honestly would highly recommend and worth 4 stars not the 3 it has . Very close to bus stops (1 min away). 1 plug socket Fridge didn't work Super thin walls - heard all sorts throughout the night from all surrounding rooms. Chest infections, vibrating notifications, arguing, baby screams, snoring, 7am alarm clocks, etc etc. No lilo's allowed Moody, "slow walkers" at reception. Hotel right next door - excessively loud PA system which completes (and wins), with hotels own "entertainment". On the last night I noticed some tiny, little hopping things in one of the beds. (Tried not to think about them in order to sleep).

• Manuel (8/5): - Das Hotel Morito soll Familienfreundlich sein, grundsätzlich können wir das bestätigen, zum. vom Personal und der Ausstattung. Was uns gestört hat war die Lautstärke der Unterhaltungsprogramme. Entweder durch das Morito Abendprogramm oder des Nachbar Hotel „Hipotel“. Dort gab es Tagsüber sehr laute „Animation“ und Abends immer laute Musik, bis 23 Uhr. So waren Mittagsschlaf und halbwegs normale Schlafenszeiten für unser 2,5 Jahre altes Kleinkind schwierig. Das Buffet war Ok, sowohl morgens als auch Abends, für mehr Abwechslung haben uns die Restaurants in der Umgebung mehr angesprochen. Parken rund um‘s Hotel ist sehr schwierig, wir haben den letzten kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgrundstück bekommen (5 € / Tag, ca. 6 Parkplätze). Das Babybett gab es erst ab Tag 2, unsere Anfrage vorab war untergegangen. Late Checkout war nicht möglich, aber das ist grundsätzlich ja abhängig von der Auslastung und die war eben hoch. Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Preis-/Leistungsumfang für ein 3 Sterne Hotel zufrieden, deshalb „gut“. Nochmal würden wir jedoch nicht hinfahren.

Unfortunately the bathroom let the room down, it wasn’t has pictured. The worst part was the bathroom a little out dates but mainly door wouldn’t close shut, at most 50% not ideal when sharing with a family.

Sweetest staff. Easy to park the car nearby. Mosquitos on the balcony, only place I have experienced these and have been 7 different places.Only decaff cofee available in the room. Recycled sand colored toilettpaper.Pool to small, crowded and with yellow grease floating.

Sal og der var rigtig mange kakerlakker og andre små kryb på badeværelset om aftnen/natten. Der er ingen udsugning på toilettet. Men ellers et skønt hotel med et dejligt pool område og serviceminded personale.

• Vilma (6/5): Pleasant - The junior Suite was quite spacious. No shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, unpleasant smell, wooden wardrobe didn't look good, overcrowded hotel with little pool.
• Wendy (9/5): Super Hotel - This hotel was run like clockwork. Almost all of the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The service in the bar and restaurant were excellent and for a hotel bar the prices were cheap. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The location was also excellent. * One member of the reception team was not as "cheerful" as the others! Maybe because everyone else was so helpful & friendly, he stood out!! * Too many balls in the pool (constantly being hit/splashed didn't make it relaxing in the pool). **These are just observations not complaints - they are the only things I can think of that I didn't like!!!**

• Neringa (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect, the beach is near as well as all shops and restaurants. No noise from entertainers/restaurants was heard in the room. Junior Suite was very spacios, the furniture not very new, but also not worn out. Breakfast we had only one morning, the choice is very good, but we found it too expensive (I guess it costs 9.5 Eur/pp). We don't eat that much in the morning. The staff in the reception was friendly and helping. I also liked the interior of the hotel. They have interesting decorations throughout the hotel. Some may find them kitchy but for me hotel doesn't look boring and steril like others. The pool is OK. Spa and training facilities not used by us, therefore I can't rate. It is not the hotel's problem, but every night there were guys, driving noisy motocycles or scooters back and forth on the street nearby.

• Francesca (10/5): Excellent stay! - Great location. Next to shops, restaurants and bars. A 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach! The staff were friendly. It was a lovely hotel and our room was a very good size. It exceeded our expectations, considering it’s only 3*. We will return in the future. We couldn’t get WiFi when in our room.
• Michele (8/5): Lovely indoor & outdoor spaces in a unique, quiet hotel. - The location is very convenient-- to beach, shops, restaurants... and serves lovely food & drinks onsite. We have stayed here twice, and would come again. A quicker check-in --- both times there were delays in copying our passports and getting our rooms sorted -- when you arrive late, an extra 20 minutes at the desk is too much-- even with a glass of champagne. We just want to get settled in. We would gladly have left our passports at reception, got our keys and sorted the rest in the morning...
• Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - - great location - great view from the balcony - helpful staff, but a bit slow - room size and facilities - wifi that was actually working - check in took forever - so many forms to bi filled in - check out took forever, only one person in reception in such a huge hotel at check out hour not a great idea - bed was comfy but everytime i moved it made laud noises - this should be looked into
