• HSINHO (10/5): 傳統日式房屋 - 從東福寺站出來到旅館的路程很近，非常方便！只不過中途要經過平交道，如果有趕路需求，要納入等平交道的時間。 桌上放了摺紙書跟兩張和風色紙，還有遊客的塗鴉本跟觀光書，非常用心跟有趣！ 榻榻米的味道很香。 兩件廁所很不錯，雖然其中一個的位置很難過去XD 提供護照資訊的部分是填寫一個網站，我覺得比寄email還令人放心，這點很滿意。 烘衣機很好用。 火車的聲音很刺激（？） 城市稅是需要額外放在桌上的。 二樓樓梯很陡，行動不方便的人不建議睡樓上。 浴室沒有坐椅，略微可惜。 行李箱不能在榻榻米上拖動，也不建議扛上樓。 一樓的床很多毛球。
• YEN LING (10/5): 房東有專門錄製走路前往房子的影片。當初選擇這間房子距離車站這麼近又有足夠的房間。打掃的很乾淨。老屋翻修的房子很有意思。尤其保留了很多老物件。 - 地點非常傑出。 床單跟棉被很細膩睡起來很舒服。 有兩間廁所。

• Alex (8/5): - Great location. Nice and traditional. Tatami floors are a little more worn but still smell great. Close to trains some make more noise than others but once I was asleep wasnt bothered at all by it.

• Zhen Bang (10/5): Perfect for Families and Large Groups - The room size is awesome and perfect for large groups wanting to stay in Kyoto. The space is well-equipped with most essential cooking appliances, so you can easily prepare meals at the resort. The location is also incredibly convenient—it's very close to the train station, and you can walk to a convenience store in just 2 minutes

• 橋本 (5/5): - 東福寺駅からすぐ近く。どこに行くのもアクセスがよいです。コンビニ、ドラッグストアも近くにあり便利。美味しい飲食店がありました。 古い建物なのでとても寒い。エアコン30度設定でも風が入ってくるのか寒かった。京都は犬が泊まれるところが少ないので、泊まりましたが、犬を連れての旅行でなければ、２度と泊まりません。料金を追加で支払ってほしいと電話が急にありました。支払いましたが、事前にはわかりにくいです。外国の方が泊まること多いようですが、理解できるのでしょうか？疑問。給湯器が不具合があり、寒いのにシャワーのお湯がすぐに水になりました。改善したほうがよいです。
• Rosario (10/5): Perfect Stay in a Traditional Kyoto Home - Our stay at this accommodation in Kyoto exceeded all expectations. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the traditional style of the house allowed us to experience one of the best sides of Japan. The place was very spacious, and even though it is close to a train station, we hardly heard any noise. The bathroom was excellent—exactly what we needed after long days of sightseeing. I especially want to highlight the outstanding location: close enough to easily explore Kyoto, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood that made it easy to rest after long walks. Overall, a perfect place to stay, combining comfort, authenticity, and convenience.

• Mandy (9/5): Our Kyoto stay - Great location. Value for money. Old traditional home. Loved the kimonos & origami paper. Netflix and free wifi. Comfortable beds & pillows. Great shower & bath. Suggest add liquid hand soap to kitchen and bathroom sinks. Suggest a clean sponge/ scrubber in the kitchen & some complimentary tea bags.
• Jikai (1/5): サギ会社 - 駅近くで使いやすい カギが指定通りで開かなかった。 そこのインターフォンで連絡すると「本日その様な宿泊者はいません」と言われる。 先日ニュースになった「ブッキングドットコムの宿泊予約をしたのに、業者には通っていない」という問題がでたのか、と思い、悔しい思いをして仕方なく別の宿泊施設を予約する。 4時間後「いつ到着されますか？」と連絡がくる。 なんだそれ？ 予約が通っていないと思っている宿の前で、子供か抱えてずっと待っとくのが正解とでもいうのか。 ふざけんな！すでに別施設にチャックインしてるし、どうしようもないわ！ キャンセルされず、お金は全額とられる。 は？「本日その様な宿泊者はいません」と言っていて全額支払い？

• Trish (10/5): The perfect authentic Japanese experience. - It was so much fun experiencing an authentic Japanese house in Kyoto. We loved the tatami flooring, the sliding walls, the low table, and especially having a washer and two dryers for our stay. Lots of sleeping areas for our large family. Right around the corner was the train station, kombinis, two coffee shops, and a great restaurant that we patronized twice!

• Wan (10/5): Great traditional Japanese house experience - The house was amazing - the best stay during our whole trip. The owner is very considerate and kind, and keep us updated and answers our queries fast. The house is spacious, with comfortable living room, tatami mats, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious as well. There are 2 toilets and a bathroom but all on the first floor. Amenities were provided sufficiently including iron etc Nothing much, the house was a great experience. Thank you.

• Vanessa (9/5): This is a perfect home for a quick stay in Kyoto. - Check in was super easy. The home and street are authentic Japanese style. The kids enjoyed trying on kimonos and using the art supplies provided. Plenty of space for our 4 kids to have a separate space from us. Kids got futons, parents took the bed. The home is backed to train tracks. At first we were afraid we’d hear the train running all night. But we didn’t; we all slept well. Bonus, there were 2 dryers to help speed up our laundry. There were tons of food options within walking distance. And just a 23 min walk to Fushimi Inari. No parking at the home. Can’t be helped. We paid for parking about a 5 min walk away.

Place is kept cost and warm, though plan to see the sites rather than h - Very handy location, near a station on the Nara line and the downtown metro line. Very accommodating host, had no problem with us checking in quite early. Very handy with instructions. Good facilities with a washer and 2 dryers, as well as 2 toilets. For a place, rented to a group of 8, it had a tiny table with 4 chairs. Obviously, the lounge room was converted into a bedroom to create more space for paying guests. The kitchen was literally just the entrance.

• James (6/5): A very noisy but traditional Japanese house - the many photos give you a good idea of what to expect. the price was very good as a last minute booking. the location suited us perfectly. easy to catch the bus and train to different locations. very useful to have a washing machine / tumble dryer AND Ann outdoor area to air dry clothes. try mobile wifi worked very well but note that you need to be in the room to use it. go upstairs and it won’t work. Probably the worst place for a light sleeper EVER. the Illuminated green emergency exit sign was so bright I could hardly sleep. then the 6am trains start up. they and soooo noisy and you can feel the vibrations in the house. also, the neighbours are noisy at ALL hours. bring ear plus and and a sleeping mask with you!!! The description says garden & city views. there are none. if you are taller than 6 foot OR you are a large (fat) person you probably won’t fit into the toilet. I have never seen a toilet so small. my head and knees were up against the toilet door and I’m quite flexible. the bathroom shower was very poor. tall people will struggle to shower well.

• Conan (6/5): 추천하지는 않음,가격만 보고 왔다면 딱 하루만 쓰세요 - 셀프 체크인입니다. 2층에 종이 놓여있습니다. 거기에 쓰라는거 적으면 체크인 끝 난방..잘 안됩니다 좁은건 아닌데 시설이 안좋다 라고 느낄수있어요 도후쿠지 역에서 3~5분거리.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 長期滞在したい宿 - 友人たちと複数人で泊まるにはちょうど良かったです。 真冬は少し寒そうですが、アクセスもよく観光に行くにも便利でした。 古さが逆にいい味を出しており私は好きでした。 敷布団だけではなく、マットレスがあれば最高でした。 洗濯機や調理器具もそろっており、長期滞在もいいなあと思いました。
• Val (4/5): Vétuste et mal placé - Confort minimum, très poussiéreux avec une forte odeur de renfermé, les installations électriques sont dangereuses (multiprises sur multiprises branché à une seule prise). Piqués par des puces (la seule fois lors de notre voyage) et l'emplacement n'est vraiment pas idéal (le long de la voie ferré et mal agencé), très excentré des sites touristiques.
